04/06/2025: We only came for the restaurant part. For antipasti we ordered breasola and burrata, for secondi gnocchi tartuffo and for prima tranche steak. Antipasti was amazing they combined creamy burrata with salty breasola and cured egg yolk slices which was an amazing touch for the dish. Gnocchi was amazing and made with truffle slices. Meat was also so delicious, and was very juicy and tasty. The aromas within the meat was so good. Overall it was all amazing! We ordered what the owner suggested as wine and (shocker) it was so good as well! Francesco the owner was so nice and informative to us. Definitely give it a try if you are in tuscany!

15/04/2025: The quality of meat is very very good and fresh!! I tried lots of different kinds of meat! The bombette is very yummy! And the staffs are very friendly, even I spoke very bad Italian. They also recommended to eat with roasted potatoes! Buonissimo!!! Highly recommend to everyone!!!

The meat is the real star: excellent in quality and cooking, enhanced by the lava stone that gives it an intense flavor and a perfect consistency. The bombette are a spectacle: succulent, well-stuffed and full of flavor. The concept of "do it yourself" extends to the table, which you have to set yourself - a detail that may not please everyone, but which all in all does not take away too much from the overall experience. Beautiful location with a great view, comfortable rooms, abundant breakfast with a great variety of sweet and savory foods, during dinner you have the opportunity to taste delicious pizzas with an excellent dough and well seasoned I recommend the carbonara, the real and the bomb, in addition to many really good and well-priced dishes, in the pool I appreciated the very resistant deckchairs that do not embarrass those who have a certain weight like me☺️, I really recommend this structure maximum availability and kindness and care from all the staff I will continue to go ...

The rooms were charming, comfortable, and full of character, but the real highlight was the food. Breakfast had almost everything which was homemade, using fresh, homegrown ingredients from their land — such as olives, sundried tomatoes, roasted eggplants and zucchini, olive oil, etc. Each dish a love letter to Sicilian culinary tradition. They also had a feast of bread, cold cuts, cheeses, cookies, and pastries, etc. Every bite was rich in flavor and authenticity. 08/06/2025: Nice simple place, excellent value for money, friendly and knowledgeable staff

20/05/2025: Discovered by chance it turned out to be a very good restaurant. Having been there for lunch, there was the Fixed Menu at 16 euros with very abundant and exquisite portions. Fantastic Maccheroncini al Musso and the steak cooked to perfection. We will definitely return in the evening to try the pizza or their à la carte menu.

22/05/2025: A must-visit when I'm in the area for business. Excellent fish dishes with great crudo! The staff—especially the Tunisian waiter—is very attentive and competent. The location in the industrial park isn't necessarily a highlight, but it's easily accessible and has ample parking.

07/06/2025: Very good food and a nice atmosphere. Fun styled menu with a great selection of meat dishes. I took the tagliata di manzo with balsamico and it was very tasty. Keep some room for the desserts, because there's many good options. Would definitely visit again if I'm around.
