23/11/2025: Always very good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent ingredients, and a wide variety of choices. Recommended. Prices are reasonable.

09/11/2025: Nothing to complain about the meat they serve. But the service is embarrassing, to say the least. In a half-empty restaurant (I counted at least 8 empty tables), the waitresses were competing to clear our plates (one even took a plate with a slice of eggplant still on it) and urge us to leave. (I should point out that we had been seated about twenty minutes earlier.) You DON'T kick customers out like that!!!!! Because afterward, you might want a dessert or a liqueur (which they also have on the menu). Do they even know what it means to be a restaurant owner? TERRIBLE service. They'll never see me again. And as usual, the fish stinks from the head. Worse than the service is the owner's response: she's evidently accustomed to treating her guests like idiots. We were there just last night, November 8th. Reservation at 8:00 PM, receipt issued at 8:36 PM, as you can see from the attached photo. Ask your staff at the table of three—the one with the completely empty De Carlo olive oil bottle—(I hope your "attentive" staff noticed) who had burritos, hamburgers, BBQ meatballs, and bombette, with eggplant, zucchini, and baked potatoes. Your assistant, who "helped" us place our order by pressing the "send" button, asked us if we wanted sweet and sour BEFORE pressing "send," and while we were nibbling on our burritos. In both cases, these were inopportune moments; I challenge anyone to know BEFOREhand what they'd want AFTER. The staff came to the table several times to "clear it," but the plates we'd ordered were still full because we were eating them. If she were in my place, would she have seen this behavior as promptness and attentiveness to the customer? Or wouldn't she have much preferred to eat in peace without being told: "If you take these zucchini away, I'll take the plate away..." Anyway, whatever your answer, I take the zucchini away when I say so, not because a waitress is in a hurry to clear the table. Do we want to give customers the freedom to dine calmly? For guests, dining out is a moment of relaxation, conviviality, and extra conversation. When I called to make a reservation, the person who answered the phone specified that we would have to vacate the table by 10:00 PM at the latest because they had other customers later: I understand, of course. But we, who came in at 8:00 PM, were kicked out at 8:35 PM: (check the time the receipt was issued) does that seem acceptable for a restaurant? You can't, nor should you, force the customer to stuff themselves as quickly as possible. That said, it seems paradoxical to me that I have to explain all this to HER.

14/09/2025: We arrived in Puglia yesterday and were hungry. Restaurants here naturally open later than in Germany. Calogero opens as early as 7:00 PM, and the reviews were very good. Absolutely right. We can recommend the restaurant without reservation. If you're looking for a sea view, you've obviously come to the wrong place. But the food is excellent. We had Scottish beef tagliata, grilled and fried vegetables, a pizza, wine, water, a sorbet, and espressos. All of the finest quality. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. Of course, there was also water for our dog. We will definitely visit the restaurant again. Many thanks to the whole team. Continued success. 01/09/2025: I spent a delightful evening with friends at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and above all, we were treated very courteously, attentively, and pleasantly by the tall, black-haired waiter.

15/10/2025: I went on Friday 10 October 2025 with a friend, we had dinner in this restaurant, we had a good time, and immediately approached by the waiters, we had not booked, but they gave us a table anyway and we ordered in a few minutes, very kind

03/11/2025: We returned after a while with great anticipation. The appetizer was very good and varied, especially the salads, with excellent cured meats as well. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the gnocchi with chicory and pecorino cheese, due to the cream, which wasn't specified on the menu. Please, no cream, at least not for us, and not just for the inconvenience it can cause. We were only able to partially enjoy the dish, and not so much with the bill.

27/10/2025: I went there for the first time yesterday, Sunday 26/10, for lunch with my family. I was really happy and I recommend it to everyone. The food was really good and of good quality, generous portions, especially the appetizer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was well-kept and very clean. My compliments to the owner and all the staff. Even the girl at the piano bar was very good with the quiet music, without stressing us. I will definitely be back. 💯💯💯

27/10/2025: We were yesterday, a very nice place, we had already been there, the food is very good, they added the piano bar, great company and entertainment, but speaking of the food, which is the main thing, you can't complain with the basic menu for €25, lots of mixed starters that can change some but they are the Neapolitan classics that are never missing, mozzarella croquettes, cured meats, Mexican-style beans and meatballs, top and others that I put in the photo as first courses, always 2 tastings, this time there were cannelloni, really really good, the sauce was very tasty and Genoese, also tasty, but a plus note on the cannelloni that I liked a lot, second course meatloaf with potatoes, meatloaf rich in provola and cooked and as they say in Naples "arruscato", very good and potatoes unfortunately lacked salt but a good second course, dessert a slice of Viennetta that cannot be missed, which degreases everything, not a small thing, there is the platform for the wheelchair but there are 2 small steps that are doable with crutches, we will definitely be back again very helpful and friendly staff.

03/11/2025: I went for lunch on a Sunday. It's a quaint, truly pleasant Argentinean restaurant. Upon entering, you immediately notice the large grill where they'll cook whatever they have available. The meat is excellent, best enjoyed with a glass of wine. I enjoyed a great cut that literally melted in my mouth!

09/11/2025: We went to the Roadhouse in Rovigo today with family. We had a reservation for 12:30 and waited a little longer than usual for our food, but we were relaxed and chatting among ourselves. At a certain point, a member of staff came over to apologize for the wait, and at the end of the meal, they offered all five of us sweets and liqueurs. A truly appreciated gesture, especially since we hadn't complained. Truly wonderful customer service. Compliments to the staff.
