06/10/2025: Good location and service, very beautiful plating. It's a shame the quality/price ratio isn't at all unreasonable. We felt like the place prided itself on using quality ingredients, especially from the presentation of the extensive menu. The sandwiches arrived very quickly but were cold. The meat inside wasn't rare, but raw, with some tough pieces inside. The ingredients weren't easily distinguishable, except for the pumpkin cream. But basically, the sandwiches had no flavor whatsoever. Paying €20 for a sandwich like this is a no-brainer; for much less in the area, you can definitely get better! So disappointing compared to expectations, I don't understand the reputation. 😂

A wide selection of beers with labels from all over the world and staff always ready to recommend the perfect pairing. Friendly service, honest prices and a menu that offers options for all tastes. Erminio is very knowledgeable. Let him recommend a good beer. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, variety and an environment where they can feel at home.

17/09/2025: It's a little far from the city center, but it's a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. If you plan to use Uber or taxis to get around, the breakfast is delicious and it's recommended as a base for sightseeing.

02/09/2025: Charming and welcoming place. Good service. We went especially for the Fiorentina steak, which was listed on the menu and the website, but wasn't available. Too bad. We settled for two excellent meat dishes. Maybe next time (but we'll call first).

01/10/2025: Historic restaurant in the area, well-known and much-loved by tourists and locals. The menu offers a wide selection of both fish and meat, and the pizzas are delicious. Excellent value for money. Friendly, fast service.

07/09/2025: A bit expensive for me, 2 lasagnas, 1 pasta ragu, 1/4 galera, 1/2 water, total over €50. It wasn't fish so maybe I was in the wrong place, the taste, quantity was not comparable to the cost. Friendly staff but I tried to show up 3 times and nothing, they went to others and then others who had finished later. One gets stressed with the noise forced to wait and then exhausted decide to leave. At the checkout same thing, in line, someone gets up from a table, gets in the way and climbs over me, but the cashier had seen me. So additional inconvenience but never mind it's Sunday. If I have to spend and break, I'll do without.

15/09/2025: I'm a vegetarian, but I respect all dietary requirements and know when meat is truly excellent. I discovered this butcher shop while accompanying my daughter, and was surprised to discover that they prepare ready-made meals that can be eaten on-site, including vegetarian options. Congratulations!

06/09/2025: If you find yourself in Recco, a stop at Fondo Birreria is a must. A welcoming place where the young, always friendly and smiling staff will make you feel right at home. Excellent beer, quality products, and a relaxed atmosphere make this place perfect for an evening with friends, in the heart of one of the Riviera's most charming towns.

06/09/2025: A strategic location for exploring the Maremma. Situated in a location with views all the way to Montalto di Castro on one side, and Argentario, Giglio Island, and, if conditions permit, Montecristo on the other. To get there, from the spa, 13 km away, don't follow the GPS, but follow the signs for Saturnia, Capanne, and Catabbio. There's a restaurant, but I can't say for sure, as it's open on Saturdays and Sundays. However, if you're interested, call ahead.

16/09/2025: We ate here the evening we arrived. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, so we couldn't decide, so we chose the set menu with three dishes. Unfortunately, each portion was like a normal portion, and after the second course, we were really full. That's when you lose your sense of taste. We had thought that with a three-course menu, the portions would be adjusted so that you could manage three courses. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so it seemed a bit chilly. About 24 hours later, we got severe food poisoning. Since the hotel staff was also affected, we got it either from dinner or breakfast. Unfortunately, that cost us valuable culinary days in Italy :(

23/08/2025: Spectacular place, quality food, although very expensive for what it is. The waiter let us in at 9 p.m., saying there was plenty of time, but from the moment we sat down, we felt the pressure with up to three waiters standing next to our table. It's incredibly uncomfortable to eat with family like this. I would have preferred if he'd told me he couldn't dine, and I'd have to figure it out.

16/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and immediately connected with the kind and helpful owner, who promptly found us a table. The unpretentious location has a small but very welcoming sea-view terrace. The food is excellent, with Neapolitan specialties, which is always a plus. We'll definitely be back.

10/10/2025: It's become a weekly staple... so I can never give up my rare picanha... accompanied by the legendary chimichurri!! Lunches are sometimes busier than others, but I can only compliment these guys, watching them rush to avoid disappointing their customers! It's been said that no one wants to do these jobs anymore, but these guys really give it their all!! Hats off to these guys!

10/10/2025: The service left much to be desired, I'm really sorry

13/10/2025: I was in Florence for the second time, since 2019, and i was actually looking for the great trattoria - Trattoria dall'Oste Chianineria. Did not think to check my reviews on my account, and saw it first now, that it actually still exists. This restaurant though, in comparison with the other one for example, is just bad. Unacceptable behaviour and bad service as in management to run a restaurant. One gets a beeper for when to enter the restaurant, as in a que for a free table. We were told to wait about 14 minutes, and it went to 25 minutes, and the attitude and service of the girl at the desk is just awful. Basically its visible by the staff how bad it is in there. There was a couple that came after us, and when their beeper beeped before (!) ours, i went in and asked about the situation, and she just could not speak properly because she lied about that i should "talk (? Not sure exactly what she said) to a responsible person upstairs". Note that the couple that came after us, were very helpful and came along into the desk to also tell her that they actually came AFTER my company. I think i also saw two companies, along with this nice couple, that had their beeper beeped before ours. So, bad service, bad attitude from that girl in the welcome desk, bad management in general. We left to another better Trattoria.
