24/03/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per puro caso presso questa struttura tramite le recensioni positive…un po’ scomodo arrivare ma una volta entrati all’interno del locale si respira da subito la bontà del posto. La cucina a vista, pulita in modo maniacale, è il primo biglietto da visita di un locale. Si consigliano le portate di pesce (non fatevi confondere dal luogo), tutto genuino. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto vantaggioso, proprietari gentili ed accoglienti. Si consiglia per gita domenicale pre/post monte faito (dista 15 min).

19/03/2025: Normal restaurant, not much space and privacy between one table and another. It offers a menu of both land (more varied) and fish (with choice limited to a single dish per type). There is better in the area, but the food is still good. Average price. I haven't tried the pizza, maybe I'll return for an outdoor evening in the summer.
11/02/2025: Niente da dire con le pietanze ,ma sotto il profilo economico è stato deludente. Non è passibile comunicare il conto senza una specifica, sprovvisti anche di menu’ X il controllo prezzi. Lo sconsiglio pienamente.

11/03/2025: It's a medium-sized barbecue place in Frigole, with two rooms, I believe it's a family business. The meat is good, the service is quite fast. You first order the starters and drinks duly marked in an order, then proceed with the meat at the counter. Everything, as soon as it is ready, is served at the table.... Noisy environment, as it is not very large... The prices are average: for two small plates of grilled vegetables, a small piece of bruschetta, 2 slightly thin burgers, water and half a liter of house wine, €36 for two.... For the same price, the Locanda del Macellaio in Lecce offers more meat and bruscetta with carrots, fennel and three cupetine, are offered on the house..
17/01/2025: Excellent butcher's shop. The best cuts of meat and many ready-to-cook specialties. Expertly managed by Graziano, an expert, kind and professional. If you want quality you have to try it. For me, living in Campi, it's a little out of the way but I'll go back as soon as I can.

13/04/2025: If you are a meat lover, Dupon Meat House is a must. They specialize in the highest quality meat and prepare perfectly cooked steaks and burgers that will literally make you drool. Among the specialties not to be missed, I recommend the amazing bombette (minced beef and cheddar meatballs wrapped in bacon), the Special Dupon (sandwich with hamburger, lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon, cheddar, caramelized onion, fried egg and Dupon sauce) and, to end on a sweet note, a delicious Oreo cheesecake, which will leave you speechless. The staff is very kind and always available, ready to advise on the menu, really well stocked. You will find both conventional labels and fine bottles, such as the renowned Sassicaia di Bolgheri, perfect for accompanying an important dinner together with true connoisseurs of good wine. An experience to repeat!
11/04/2025: I'm sorry to be against the grain given the excellent reviews. It certainly must have been a bad evening. I have come to this restaurant several times in the last 3 years, both with family and friends and I must say that for me it was a point of reference for good food and good meat. Unfortunately, a few nights ago something went wrong. I always start with their “Fat bomb”. Unfortunately this time it was very dry. The meat was loose, dry and there was no cheese inside. Furthermore, the accompanying sauce which moistened the meat was very little and therefore difficult to swallow. In fact, both my daughter and I left a good part of it on our plates. We got 2 sandwiches. In mine, (the one smoked with apple wood), one of the 2 burgers was not very fresh. And I say this regretfully, but with awareness of the facts, given that I have been working in the kitchen for 40 years and I know the raw materials very well. And also the side chicory, I don't know if it was spoiled or not preserved well, but it had a "not exactly fresh" taste to say the least. The waiter was kind and took it off the bill, but here comes the other sore point, the service. We had to highlight the fact that we didn't eat the chicory and the reason, because the waiter cleared the table with indifference and without asking anything. When almost all the dishes are left over, there is some reason and the minimum on the part of the staff is to try to understand the reason. Furthermore, as pointed out by other reviewers, the prices are slightly above the norm and therefore it is a bit frustrating to go out without having eaten and having paid a good amount. Furthermore, unlike the other times, the service was distracted and absent and there was not the usual atmosphere as always with waiters present and ready dialogues or explanations/clarifications regarding the dishes. Even though the restaurant had few tables to serve. Last but not least, my family and I spent the night in the toilet, thinking about the Dupon Meat House. I'm sorry, because they are good guys. As mentioned above; it was a bad evening.

06/04/2025: Well organized and delicious lunch at the Fuori osteria. We were with the FAI delegation from Florence, about 20 people. A delicious appetizer with hot croutons, excellent roast chicken and rabbit with delicious baked potatoes and spinach. To conclude, an excellent homemade rice and apple cake. The diners were delighted.
01/02/2025: A nice discovery in Montelupo. The place is very nice. There were two of us, we had two first courses including a wild boar parpardella and a ricotta and spinach tortello. Both very good. One and two hundred kilos of very good steak and a bottle of wine and water. The cost was 130.50 euros. They offered us coffee and limoncello. The cost is a little above average. Advised . .

24/03/2025: We were on Saturday 22/3/25 evening for dinner at the trattoria la Toscanaccia (Valsamoggia Bo) with two of our dear friends Anna/Franco. We spent a pleasant evening in a beautiful and welcoming place and ate divinely excellent dishes of delicious meat (the sliced ​​Polish vacchetta was delicious) all accompanied by an excellent house Sangiovese wine. The owner Daniele is a very nice and helpful person, courteous and prepared staff. If you pass by those parts, stop, it is a place that deserves a stop. We will definitely return very soon curious to try other dishes.
23/03/2025: Siamo stati sabato sera alla trattoria la Toscanaccia (Valsamoggia) con due nostri cari amici Anna/Franco . È un posto carino e molto accogliente , con pochi coperti e con un ampio parcheggio . Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevole e mangiato degli ottimi piatti di carni buonissime accompagnate da un ottimo sangiovese della casa . Il proprietario Daniele, è una persona disponibile e simpaticissima, non è mancata la sua disponibilità nello trattenersi con noi a fine cena nel raccontarci la " storia "e le differenze delle varie tipologie di carne da lui servite. Se passate da quelle parti ,ve lo consiglio, è un posto che merita una sosta . Ci torneremo molto presto curiosi di assaggiare altri piatti.

14/02/2025: Eh, I don't know where to start so I only suggest to my carnivorous friends to rush over, when you are in Locorotondo, to savor the taste of our local meats and the delicacies prepared by Gianni Gianfrate. Unmissable!

Indisputable quality of the meat, wide and assorted wine list, tidy and clean place and absence of cooking smells in the room. Excellent value for money. Experience to be repeated
