25/08/2024: Splendida location nel centro storico di un antico borgo, con terrazza e spettacolare vista sulla Maremma. Tutto molto curato e raffinato, dal tovagliato bianchissimo, alle lampade a led che regalano un’atmosfera romantica, al giusto numero di tavoli che consentono al personale un’attenzione particolare ad ogni ospite. Personale molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile, in particolare i proprietari Barbara e Gian Paolo che accolgono gli ospiti con calore ed ospitalità’. Lui pronto a consigliare il giusto vino da abbinare alle portate, Barbara capace, con la sua creatività’, di rendere uniche portate belle esteticamente e realizzate con prodotti locali di elevata qualità. Menu’ molto vario e non banale, con una sezione dedicata a portate a base di tartufo. Carta dei vini con proposte da varie cantine della zona. Da sottolineare l’ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

11/08/2024: Edit to review: Unfortunately something has changed. On August 10, 2024 we went with friends and we also made a bad impression. They brought a 1050g Sorana rib eye to the table. and 390 g. it was bone. When I pointed this out at the time of payment, the owner replied that they pay for it too. Is this an answer to give to a customer? 390 g. They are 40% of the rib. There was a double bone. Well, he definitely didn't get rich but he lost a good customer. I attach the photo of the bone that luckily my son's dog ate. The following is my previous review which I rated 5 stars. To be fair, I'll leave it and if you want to try it, the food isn't bad, on the contrary, but the owner no longer deserves my attention. We didn't use the rooms but from indirect knowledge we know they are good. We had lunch and we can say that the value for money is excellent. Unfortunately we are on a diet and we were not able to try many dishes but the two starters and the Sorana rib that we had were very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful and consequently the service excellent. Very welcoming place, in vintage style, clean and functional. Parking is also good.

14/08/2024: August 13, 2024 Unfortunately I have to tell you that you come in at 10pm and leave at midnight without having dinner, when you ask that you are hungry and want to have dinner they tell you that there was a problem in the kitchen, you tell them there are tables of 10/15 people arrive at least half an hour later they eat their dinner and you get full watching them... so I found myself feeling terrible and without dinner. I recommend it only to those who want not to dine but to look at who dines. For goodness sake, God forbid and free us. Go and take organization courses before thinking about becoming culinary entrepreneurs. Gentlemen of table 58.

21/08/2024: This restaurant is wonderful. We ordered 2 chicken burritos and 2 beers, everything was exquisite! Important fact: The house hot sauce is EXQUISITE and costs €1.50. The attention on the outside was very good. We leave happy!

We ate well, I took the Poco all'aglione without knowing what it was and I was honestly expecting a more particular flavour, but I think it's precisely the dish that is so The pasta was a little overcooked They also have gluten-free pasta. The evening we went there was the village festival "cali di stelle" and the place was very crowded. There was clearly a lack of staff (maybe they don't have so many people) but the waiters were very good, courteous and quick despite the confusion. Congratulations to them!
