16/08/2024: Quella da Bisteccatoscana è stata un' esperienza incredibile. La Bistecca è l'elemento centrale attorno al quale ruota tutta la meraviglia di questo posto che cura ogni minimo dettaglio: dall'arredamento dell'ambiente ai vini e ai piatti di accompagnamento, dalla griglia dove viene cotta la bistecca alla scelta accurata della carne. Tutto prepara a quell'incontro di sapori che si sprigionano nel mangiare una Fiorentina come non avevo mai provato prima.

25/08/2024: An excellent place, renovated a few years ago and therefore very beautiful also aesthetically. Interesting menu with the possibility of choosing either personal cooking on a lava plate brought directly to the table or cooking on the grill, furthermore there is a wide variety of cuts and types of meat to choose from, including very particular ones such as kangaroo. Very kind and professional staff. I highly recommend making a reservation because it is a very popular place and it is not easy to find a seat. The restaurant has some reserved parking spaces right in front, otherwise there are public parking spaces on the road just ahead The only downside for which I give 4 stars and not 5 are the prices, which in my opinion are a little high compared to the average of other similar places.

07/08/2024: We had dinner at Butcher on July 24th, passing through Verona. We highly recommend this place which is located a few steps from the Arena, in a quiet street. The rooms are well-kept and modern, welcoming and sophisticated at the same time. A treat for the eyes even before the palate. That evening a light rain did not allow us to dine outdoors and we were therefore welcomed inside. It is striking that although the kitchen is visible, no odor is perceptible in the environment, another sign of the care and attention given to the customer in terms of design. The lack of smells must naturally not be mistaken for a lack of taste: from the first reading the menu reveals a careful search for the raw material, with a visible eye for seasonality and territoriality. The taste does not disappoint: the dishes are presented with extreme elegance and the flavors are excellent. Remarkable are the tartare, the lavender porchetta and the meatballs, served on a revisited carbonara cream. The meal is also accompanied by an amuse-bouche designed by the chef and homemade bread and breadsticks: a further sign of attention and care that embellishes the service. Even the wine list reveals careful study and non-trivial research, confirmed by the very elegant open cellar located on the first floor. The staff, starting from the owners, will accompany you in the tasting with professionalism and friendliness: Butcher seemed to us to be a familiar but not homely environment in which we hope to return soon to repeat our experience.

25/07/2024: We went with the whole family for dinner, we were eight adults and two children. Since it was the first time, we opted for the tasting menu, just to get an overall idea of ​​the offer. We were all satisfied, from the welcome entree to the dessert. The waiters are very kind and attentive. Truly a beautiful evening. I advise.

Lo mejor ....el personal ( Oliver , Philoppo y Alberto )Atentos en todo momento, amables, todo lo que diga es poco. Calidad/precio buena. Lo último la tarta que queso con reducción de chianti ...mmmmmmm!!

06/07/2024: Wow. If you want Florence steakhouse, this is it. It was our first night in town and we did not regret going here. We got the Tuscan Menu and they started us off with a platter of amazing assorted meats. Then they brought out a Florentine steak and it was quite possibly the best steak I’ve ever eaten. The service was absolutely top notch and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Florence.

14/08/2024: Excellent restaurant with excellent meat dishes. We had, among other things, the Fiorentina T bone. Very well prepared. Other meat dishes were also very good. We can recommend this restaurant to everyone. The service was also very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was also great, dining in the garden of the restaurant.

10/08/2024: So, I'll start with a premise: I gave the food 4/5 solely and exclusively as a matter of personal taste. (Ex: for the Baltimore I would have used a different bread/) the quality of the foods used, the refinement, the COOKING METHOD, everything is amazing. But the real turning point comes from the kind owners who give you a corner of peace, serenity and love for food in the center of Milan. It's like immersing yourself in their lives, listening to them and asking them questions, seeing their passion for what they do is what leaves you in love with this place which will never be just "a delicious steak house in Milan where you drink excellent whisky" . PitBeef is much more, go there!

27/08/2024: In vacanza su questa splendida costiera ,abbiamo deciso di cenare diversamente dal pesce in questa bisteccheria che ha ispirato i nostri occhi! Devo dire non male rispetto alle proposte dei colleghi limitrofi ,aimé non eccellente per i nostri palati. Devo denunciare il fatto che quella sera lo staff era operato di cose da fare ,perché il locale era pieno e a loro discolpa devo dire che è molto difficile fare un lavoro minuzioso quando i tavoli da seguire sono tanti e le persone molto esigenti , ma nel mio piccolo non posso dire che il servizio sia stato eccellente! Nessuna proposta di primi ,chi accompagnato da persone che non preferisce la ciccia non ha molta scelta. Un locale semplice senza tante pretese e magari in compagnia di una famiglia numerosa o di amici con il quale è un piacere passare una serata può essere il locale giusto!!

11/08/2024: Fantastic dinner - well worth the short walk from the centre. The menu has plenty of options with regional specialties including four types of cappellacci di zucca, the Ferrara pasta hats stuffed with pumpkin. We had them with duck ragu and slices of fresh truffle - it was to die for. We also enjoyed tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, an aubergine, tomato and basil starter and a tagliata of beef with rocket and grana that was fantastic. We finished off with a very nice pistachio semifreddo and washed the lot down with their very drinkable house wine which is served by the glass or in carafes. Service was good especially the warm welcome from the chef who took time to explain the dishes to us. We really enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back next time we are in Ferrara.
