28/02/2026: Had the pleasure to have dinner here on our quick, one night visit to Florence. Great atmosphere, great food and great service from Martin who had great recommendations and knowledge for our random questions about steaks. The standouts was of course the Florentine steak, the house wine and tiramisu. We wanted to get just one to share but it was too good and ended up getting another one. Would absolutely recommend!

Sergio demonstrates extraordinary mastery in the kitchen: carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and flavors that express the region with elegance and respect. Antonella in the dining room is simply impeccable: welcoming, professional, attentive to every detail. She makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. What's truly striking is the perfect balance between: • absolute quality of the ingredients • true professionalism • authentic atmosphere • attentive but never intrusive service You can clearly sense that behind this place are years of experience, passion, and dedication. In a world where we often chase trends, here you can experience something much rarer: substance, identity, and love for one's work. 17/01/2026: I went with a friend, intrigued after seeing tons of photos on social media. It's a modern restaurant with about ten parking spaces. Perhaps a little too small, as there was a smoking area inside due to the grills on the tables. We opted for the Taste Menu for €79 per person, which included a French fry with truffle and a bottle of Valpolicella red. Overall, the dinner was perfect and tasty. We left the restaurant feeling really full, so I recommend this menu if you have room for more. ;) Reservations are absolutely essential; it was Monday night and the restaurant was packed. Despite having made a reservation, we waited 10 minutes past our reserved time.

27/02/2026: Friendly staff and clean place. We ordered several dishes, all varied and delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the wine was pleasant. The room temperature was a little warm, but not uncomfortable.

23/02/2026: I went for dinner on Sunday evening and I have to say that I had a great time. The meat, two types of delicious steaks, melted in the mouth. The waiter is very knowledgeable about the quality of the meat and before serving it they bring you to see the meat. I had a good time. The prices are obviously not those of a restaurant but you pay for quality. Trust me, it's worth it.

10/01/2026: We spent a few days in Pistoia for the Christmas holidays, and on the evening of January 1st, craving a nice Florentine steak, we stumbled upon this typical trattoria. They offer a fixed-price menu, which I recommend, which includes mixed appetizers, a Florentine steak of a weight appropriate for the number of guests, three side dishes, and a dessert. Drinks are not included. The owner, like the staff, is incredibly welcoming. You can tell they really care about explaining the quality and provenance of the meat. Oh! By the way, aside from appetizers and side dishes: THEY ONLY EAT MEAT! It's a real steakhouse; they don't do first courses, they don't do fish... What a steak, folks! Served on piping hot plates so it doesn't get cold, and cut at the table by the owner himself. The only flaw: they served us French meat. Good, tender, but not the most flavorful. I would have preferred local meat. Anyway, I recommend it. It's worth it.

Enjoy fabulous grilled meats and traditional dishes with tasty crostini, excellent cured meats, side dishes, and appetizers, accompanied by a wide selection of white and red wines. The owners, with great professionalism and kindness, recommend these wines, turning a simple dinner into a truly exquisite culinary experience. The restaurant is truly beautiful, meticulously maintained, and fantastic for photographs. Excellent in every way! The food, wines, hospitality, and sophistication. Recommended restaurant!

19/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant again about two weeks ago, and each time is a pleasure, more so than the last. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, the place is warm and welcoming, as is the staff. Today, however, this review makes more sense than ever, and I must fully appreciate this establishment, its staff, and its owner. Following our last visit (which, I repeat, was two weeks ago), I met Andrea, the owner, who, having recognized me, made a point of informing me that our table had been charged a different bill than what we should have, because our order had been mixed up with that of another table. I was refunded the difference and apologized for the error... a gesture worthy of all my respect, which left me astonished. What more can I say? The perfect example of professionalism. 02/03/2026: Arriving for a business dinner, we found ourselves in a phenomenal setting, which made the evening wonderful. Not only is it a pleasant, traditional place, with the option of a table near the kitchen, allowing you to see everything and meet the chef. The wine list and menu are extensive, full of traditional dishes.

We were welcomed by the owner, a rare kind person, who immediately conveyed the passion, dedication, and love he puts into his work. Throughout the evening, we were treated with great care and attention, in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. We sampled traditional dishes expertly reimagined, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. The artichoke with fava beans was particularly delicious. The homemade breads were also highly appreciated, truly excellent. Impeccable service, top-quality cuisine, and meticulous customer service: we will definitely be back to explore other options on the menu.
