20/05/2026: Finally, the first good restaurant I found in the region. There are so many restaurants but many are very touristic and food is mediocre. The food here was delicious and tasted fresh and flavorful. Service was warm. A place I would come back to if I lived in the area. It can become a long meal if you order many courses as it’s run by a small team. We had nowhere else to be though and enjoyed the experience. Try to make a reservation to avoid disappointment! Or come early at opening and hope for a last minute table.

03/06/2026: We dined at La Panacea after reading the excellent reviews online, and we can say that our expectations were fully met, indeed exceeded. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant, familiar, and authentic. Special thanks to Gabriele, who looked after us throughout the evening with great professionalism, expertise, and courtesy, providing excellent advice on both the dishes and the wine. The meat was truly excellent, perfectly cooked and of superior quality. The trio of tartares was not to be missed, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The recommended Syrah was also excellent, pairing perfectly with the dinner. A place where you immediately feel at home, with quality products and attentive staff. If you're in the Pisa area, it's definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! Finally, I'd like to add that restaurants like this need no reviews or introductions; they're already excellent in their own right. Keep up the good work!

31/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience — far beyond a meal. From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional. Our waiter took the time to explain every dish with patience and enthusiasm, and his recommendations were spot on. This is clearly a place run by people who are passionate about what they do. Almost everything is made in-house — the charcuterie on the antipasti, the bread, the pasta, the desserts. You can taste the difference. The meat was outstanding: perfectly aged, expertly cooked, and the owner's knowledge of each cut is impressive. The atmosphere is wonderfully local and family-like. No pretension, just genuine warmth. The owner himself came to our table several times throughout the evening to check in, share stories, and make sure we were happy — that personal touch made all the difference. But the real cherry on top? After dinner, with 7 km back to Pisa and five of us unable to find a single taxi, we were stranded as the last guests of the night. Without hesitation, the owner offered to drive us all back to our accommodation — in his vintage car. It was one of those magical, unexpected moments that turns a great dinner into a truly memorable story. If you're anywhere near Pisa, make the trip. La Panacea is the real deal.

The meat is truly high-quality, and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. We tried a tagliata and an entrecôte, both excellent. Also not to be missed is the revisited tiramisu with biscotti, truly original and delicious. Attentive staff and attentive service. Highly recommended!

05/05/2026: Very good food and especially good service!! We sat down when everything was closed at 1:00..at lunchtime..the spaghetti was incredible, fresh in 10 minutes and very good prices!! They make you any spaghetti you want for 8 euros..and great service, especially the gentleman who serves there in front!! Thank you very much!!

The meat was excellent, the wine list was well-stocked, and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything was truly excellent; we'll definitely be back!

09/05/2026: After weeks, my daughter and I finally returned to this wonderful place. The only flaw is that it's so tempting! Mind you, that's not a flaw, but a real compliment! Everything is so delicious, it's mouth-watering! This evening, in addition to the excellent meat, we ordered something from the new seasonal menu: the parmigiana. It's simply fantastic, truly delicious, and I highly recommend trying it! The owner was magnificent as always: courteous and an excellent meat recommendation! He also knows how to accommodate customers' requests. We'll definitely be back. See you soon!
