19/11/2025: We left home in a storm, but fearlessly we decided to continue and reached Sorrento, where we stopped. Continuing along the road that leads to Massa Lubrense, we were hungry, and after a bend, a sign called "Il Nastro d'Oro" (Golden Ribbon) was there, so we decided to stop. Luckily, the view was breathtaking: Capri is within touching distance. The owner, Francesco, is courteous, knowledgeable, and, above all, passionate about his work. You can tell he takes great care in preparing his dishes... Exceptional, I won't tell you exactly what it is, because you'll have to discover it by going there. And what can I say about Enrico, the owner's son: polite, professional, and eager to please. It was a special day celebrating the birthday of a dear friend of ours. If you're passing by, stop by! It will be an experience you'll treasure in your memories.

11/11/2025: The owner was so kind. Made me feel like I was actually wanted in Italy. Only great experience I had. Wish I could have seen him and eaten there again. Definitely go and tell Francesco, Ryan the American sent you.

18/01/2026: We folks at Sony came to this delightful location for lunch. The location is definitely a strong point, the service is the restaurant's driving force. The lunch itself was pretty average—sufficient, I dare say—there's not much to say. With dishes served at a certain price, you'd expect a certain excitement in the flavors, which was totally lacking. I didn't smile while eating, but I certainly did when the excellent waiter arrived and served the wine. The only downside was that Shrek came in through the window yelling "get out of my swamp," a mystical, almost irreverent sight that definitely changed our day. 7 out of 10. I'm sure the place was much more enjoyable when it was a tavern.

09/01/2026: We stayed here on the evening of the 31st and had lunch on New Year's Eve. The welcome was excellent, the room was simply but functionally furnished, and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was abundant, with all the highest-quality products, almost all homemade. As for lunch, what can I say? A wonderful haute cuisine experience. The amuse bouche and pre-desserts were also highly appreciated. All the staff and owners were friendly and helpful (even with our four-legged friend). Highly recommended!

04/03/2026: We stopped by chance and it was an excellent discovery... Fresh fish menu with sublime dishes... the appetizer is divine, as are the first courses! The girl in the dining room was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and friendly! As was "Plinio" himself, who occasionally came to check on us to see if everything was to our liking... A friendly and very polite person... In short, we'll definitely be back as soon as we're in the area! Congratulations!!!

16/02/2026: In the heart of Frosinone's historic center, this is a quaint, very welcoming place with excellent cuisine! Definitely worth a try! Kudos to the service; the girls at the tables were excellent!

30/12/2025: The waiters were very kind and welcoming, they even explained the menu to us in English, how they cooked their dishes and gave recommendations. Our favorite was their fresh baked bread, super soft and tasted quite unique compared to other places’ bread we’ve tried in Italy. The hospitality was great!

25/02/2026: We came with four and the two tables outside were put together swiftly to seat us in the sun. The antipasti was of great variety and really delicious. We had two different pastas as mains, both really good. The pistachio tiramisu and pear chocolate cake both blew us away. Honestly this is a great place with super friendly service. Highly recommended.

11/02/2026: We stumbled upon it one Sunday by chance, having run into an unexpected problem. And it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes are traditional, and it's a family-run business. The appetizer was delicious, and the pork shank was excellent.

08/02/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel we stayed at. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, despite the elegant and chic setting. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. Excellent food, top quality, and reasonably priced. A place we'll definitely return to!

14/02/2026: Small shop with delicious food, we had a focaccia with ruccola, mozzarella and Parma ham, calzone with spinach and olives, and a smaller round thing filled with pasta and cheese (sooo good!) the staff were lovely and chatty in the best way. Best service in Salerno as tourists in my opinion!

01/12/2025: We stopped off for lunch here on our way from Palermo to Cefalu, back in late September 2025. We're so glad we did! The food was great, really generous portions, freshly made and with love. There were non alcholic drinks options a plenty. The staff were delightful and super helpful. So nice to see generations of the family working together. This is a gem of a restaurant with lovely views and a great vibe! Definately worth a detour from the highway!

23/02/2026: Amazing staff, the sandwiches were rich in taste and the beverages super refreshing. Very good pricing! And the Atmosphere is perfect, being right in the center of the town.

29/01/2026: The love and enthusiasm with which Massimo prepares his sandwiches is surprising. It's reductive to call them just sandwiches, given the explosion of flavors that unfold. Highly recommended.
