The swordfish rolls are simply superb, one of those dishes that alone is worth the visit. The wine selection is extensive and of excellent quality, perfect to accompany every course. The staff is polite, attentive, and respectful: you feel welcomed like family, with that genuine courtesy that truly makes the difference. The location is another great asset. Situated in the charming Piazzetta Badia, the restaurant is intimate and comfortable in the winter, while in the summer it's right in the heart of the nightlife, offering a lively and pleasant atmosphere. A complete experience in every way: highly recommended.

22/02/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, February 21st, 2020, during a motorcycle tour of the Berici Hills, as we've done on other occasions. The restaurant is elegant and pleasant, the food excellent (the truffle risotto excellent), as were the wines, and the quality/price ratio is adequate for the overall setting. Recommended.

30/12/2025: We chose this restaurant on a beautiful Sunday in November, inspired by the numerous positive reviews, and I must say we were completely satisfied! We sat in the second room, more modern and welcoming than the entrance, and immediately appreciated the elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù, fried porcini mushrooms, a delicious roasted porcini mushroom cap, and the inevitable steak! A good red wine accompanied it, and a cream-filled millefeuille for dessert. What can I say... it was an absolutely satisfying lunch. We waited a bit for the meat, probably because the place was crowded, but it was absolutely worth it: quality produce, cooked properly, and beautifully presented... Excellent! The pappardelle with wild boar thrilled the kids, and the mushrooms were the icing on the cake of a lunch that simply leaves you wanting more. Considering the quality of the product, the bill seemed fair for what we ordered. Parking might be a bit difficult along the road that runs through this small corner of Nievole; I'd recommend arriving 10 minutes before rush hour. Otherwise, "Il Pellegrino" keeps all its promises and offers customers a totally positive experience! Top marks!

08/10/2025: A delightful little restaurant, just steps from Tiburtina station. There's also a small outdoor terrace overlooking the street. Tastefully and delicately decorated, the staff is young, friendly, and very welcoming. They immediately bring out fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil as a welcome. We had fried calamari and purple potato chips, spaghetti with clams, linguine with lobster, and an octopus salad. Everything was amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The highlight, for me, was the dessert. They amazed us with homemade cantucci, as if they were freshly baked, accompanied by a glass of Malvasia and an Amaro. The dessert by the glass was truly moving. A vanilla semifreddo, accompanied by basil granita. An unusual and winning combination. A triumph of taste and refinement. The wine list is very extensive; the guys who run the place are sommeliers. Seeing so much enthusiasm among young people in the kitchen, a job that's certainly not easy these days, is heartwarming. Prices are in line with the high quality of the ingredients offered. Recommended for romantic and intimate dinners.

06/10/2025: The wine list is the restaurant's real plus. It's nice inside, but the fishy smell is too strong. The mixed raw fish and cod meatballs are good. The spaghetti with clams is too salty and thick.

04/01/2026: A wonderful restaurant that caters to everyone's tastes, from those craving a traditional meal (they're one of the few restaurants serving sea snails) to those seeking a gourmet experience. Add to this the attentive and thoughtful service and a homey atmosphere. I'd return a thousand times!

08/03/2026: My favorite restaurant in Peschiera! Prices are good. The restaurant is open year-round. On tap Custoza + Duck Ragu Tagliatelle are match made in heaven. For something a little more upscale, the Amarone and Filet are to die for. Big shoutout to Youssef for being an amazing waiter. Come by yourself, or bring your friends/family. If it's the summer time, ask for a table outside. You won't be dissapointed! Thank you guys and I look forward to coming back soon!

23/03/2026: I had researched where to have my first lunch in Catania. Lovely swordfish and shrimp pasta washed down with half bottle of white wine. They gave me a free chocolate brownie pud after. Such hospitality. Busy and fresh seafood. Off the beaten track. Highly recommend

10/01/2026: Given that the food is good everywhere in Grado, this is a 5-star restaurant. A welcoming and refined place with soft background music. A 5-star welcome from the highly qualified staff. The seafood appetizer with grilled octopus in a bean sauce was superb, the tuna tartare was immense, the ravioli filled with sea bass and sea bream fillets, with a pepper and balsamic vinegar sauce 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰, and the tagliolini with shrimp were excellent. Dessert was a fruit salad with ice cream (see photo). Special mention for the black grape bread. We will definitely be back!

09/01/2026: There were four of us for dinner. The food was excellent, everything fresh and delicious. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was super friendly and very attentive, even though the restaurant was fully booked. It's our new favorite restaurant in Grado. Good wines and an excellent grappa. We'll definitely be back. It's a bit pricey, but the quality justifies the cost. If everything stays this way, we'll definitely become regulars. Grazie
