25/05/2025: We had dinner for two in this restaurant found by chance while walking around the port and I must say we made an excellent choice. Appetizer with octopus alla Luciana, delicious, fried anchovies excellent and both abundant in quantity. Followed by a plate of spaghetti with clams that they kindly divided into two portions. For second courses we ordered a sea bass with potatoes really very good and a tuna fillet served with special sauces very tasty. Courteous and not intrusive staff. Pleasant atmosphere with background music. Absolutely average price. We will definitely return

07/06/2025: 3.5 STARS FOOD: good food quality and well-presented dishes. FIRST COURSES 3 stars: presa Busara (cavatelli di Busera with shellfish bisque and royal prawns): this is the dish that disappointed us a bit, contravening, in its presentation, what its description had led us to think, presenting itself as an almost poor dish. MAIN COURSES 4.5 stars: the second courses were very good and well-presented, I took Baccalà like a Pil Pil, and seared tuna tartare was very good and well-presented. DESSERTS 4 stars: good, but without fireworks. WINE LIST: wide choice of wines; well-structured list but oriented, for all the wineries, to a high target from 70-80 euros and up. Very limited choice of medium-range wines (from 30 to 50 euros). SERVICE: very kind young people (some interns). Very kind head waiter. The chef and owner, Tommaso, is very kind. AMBIENCE: nice place, well kept, not very big. Comfortable and well spaced tables. Well looked after cover. QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: average. with medium-high prices quite adequate for the quality.

20/06/2025: An experience that was nothing short of scandalous. We had lunch here with a group of colleagues, 11 people in total, with the intention of having a quick lunch. What was supposed to be a simple meal turned into a real bloodbath. Only one course was ordered per person, accompanied by just two bottles of wine to be shared between everyone and two cold cuts appetizers. The final bill? A whopping 300 euros. A figure that was completely disproportionate to what we received. Only one dish for each of us, of a meager quantity and not even particularly memorable. The quality-price ratio is non-existent and, frankly, offensive. This is not catering, but an elegant way to rob customers. An experience that to call disappointing is an understatement: it was irritating and embarrassing. I strongly advise against this place to anyone who respects their money. I will never set foot in there again.

22/06/2025: We were at the Gibas Restaurant in Pesaro last night and I really want to compliment the entire staff. It was a wonderful experience from every point of view. Breathtaking view, a view that alone is worth the evening! But the real added value was the combination of kindness, attention and quality. The staff was always present, polite and super helpful, as was the owner: kind, attentive, always smiling and very present in the room. We ate really well: well-prepared dishes and excellent raw materials. A special round of applause for the choice of oysters and for the patanegra, a real delight! The care towards children was also much appreciated, something not to be taken for granted and which always makes the difference for families. We had a really, really good time. We will definitely return and I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great experience of sea, taste and hospitality. Congratulations indeed!

01/06/2025: This is a real Florentine restaurant. It was one of the few places the guide showed me, and the atmosphere, taste, and service were all great. My wife and I enjoyed the ragu pasta, vongole pasta, and even tiramisu for dessert :) Another good thing was that the pasta here wasn't as salty as other places.

As a vegan it was a surprise to discover that most of the customers are not, further proof that eating plant-based is for everyone especially when you do it in a creative way, with attention to raw materials and their seasonality. 10/06/2025: All very good I would say of a superior level if you think of a place with hundreds of seats, maintaining a high level is not a given. Took the tasting menu that includes appetizers two first courses and two second courses. Good service and fair bill for what we ate.. Recommended
