I have been a customer for years, space restaurant both in terms of location, very kind staff both in the old management and in the new one, in the hands of young guys not to mention the space food. It remains the best restaurant on Lake Iseo, highly recommended!!

Intimate and wonderful place for the lake view especially in the evening. Excellently managed, courtesy and professionalism conveys passion for one's work.

The 7 course menu was excellent. The view is breathtaking. Great service. Gladly again. Thank you very much.

Visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. Unrivaled locations: windows that allow you to admire the panorama 360°, rooms with large, spacious tables spaced apart, which create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very warm, also heated by a very scenic, as well as useful, stove. Amazing food: I had carefully read the story of chef Bonfitto, and tasting his dishes bears witness to and recalls his experiences alongside multi-starred chefs. The white trout with the emulsion of chicory in saor, white chocolate and horseradish is an explosion of flavours. In the risotto the sardine was perhaps too prevalent, hiding above all the taste of the roasted apple and the citrus note (small discordant note: the risotto arrived really too lukewarm, so much so that after the second forkful it was practically cold. The sommelier promptly asked if you could bring anything else, but the risotto was so good that I ate it tasty, even if in a hurry so as not to let it cool further). The pipes rigate were amazing and balanced and the loin of wild boar was worthy of note, I would have done an encore. Good desserts, but not exciting. Service: unfortunately, except for the very good sommelier who was always present, attentive, professional and recommended us a very good local wine that we didn't know. For the rest, inexperienced staff who made several mistakes during the service. The truly embarrassing thing, however, was at the end of the dinner, when we asked for the bill: the lady brought us the receipt to the table and waited, with the POS in hand, for us to pay immediately, without ever moving away to allow us to check the account or giving us the opportunity to speak to each other to choose the payment method. This created an unpleasant situation, supported, immediately after the transaction, by the phrase "shall I bring you the jackets?" It was 11pm, not late at night. We felt like we were in over their heads, like they couldn't wait for us to leave the place. This thought was also strengthened by the fact that, while we were still drinking the coffee, the tables next to us were cleared, moved and even the chairs were stacked... It's a shame to have a harmonious and perfect dinner in atmosphere and taste, and have this terrible memory of the end of the evening... I congratulate the chef, above all because, despite his very young age, he was able to give me explosions of taste and flavor with his dishes with great attention to detail, even in the plating. However, I recommend much more attention to the service: it is the only improvement to be an impeccable restaurant on all fronts.

Beautiful place with a great view of the lake, it felt so private. Although it was a rainy day, we still had a great view. We had Saturday lunch here and all we ate was awesome, all were delicious! The giant fish head was incredible, which was showed to us before cooking it more and plating it. It was a 'fuori menu'/special plate on that day. Also highly recommended the Risotto with Sarda di Monte Isola, incredible taste! They have parking by the road and also down near the entrance of the restaurant, so convenient. They allow pets, too ;) We will return to try more of their dishes.

We come for lunch every year on our way back from a skiing trip. We’ve never had a bad meal. The food is excellent, the staff very friendly and the views are magnificent. Can’t wait to come back.

Mi sono prima letto quasi tutte le recensioni già pubblicate e ho notato che i "locali" (molti sono amici dello chef , però) ne parlano in modo entusiastico, i turisti leggermente meno... noi frequentiamo questa splendida Location da anni , ed effettivamente vi è stato un cambio di rotta tra la precedente gestione e l'attuale. La nuova effettivamente è rappresentata da giovani entusiasti e pieni di voglia di fare (concordo con l'osservazione riportata in alcune valutazioni, gentili ma non da scuola alberghiera)... la cucina, ottime materie prime, gli abbinamenti validi seppur "coraggiosi" .. durante pranzi "standard" ! Quando invece debbo affrontare i grandi numeri, forse, peccano in esperienza.. mi spiego: se fai uno spaghetto limone e bottarga di lago per 3 persone e lo trovi equilibrato... e poi devi rifarlo per 40 persone , non puoi gestire matematicamente le quantità e pretendere che risulti altrettanto bilanciato, se lo fai (come hai fatto) il limone prenderà il sopravvento, ma non va considerato un errore da matita rossa, ma da scarsa esperienza... per il resto, secondo me, bravi , volenterosi e si stanno sicuramente facendo le ossa.. e tra poco tempo, secondo me, anche la famosa guida "rimetterà" lo zu tra i consigliati in zona.

Che bella esperienza. Un pranzo godereccio servito in riva al lago. Il percorso degustazione creato dallo chef Angelo Bonfitto ci ha pienamente soddisfatti. Così come gli abbinamenti dei vini. Ho già voglia di tornarci.
