26/08/2025: Seafood restaurant located in one of the most panoramic spots in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Fantastic view, and to fully enjoy it, I recommend going just before sunset, or at least when it's not completely dark. Quality food, well-cooked, excellent options. The cold spaghetti with raw seafood is fantastic. The marinated mackerel is also delicious. The grilled meat is generous, and the mixed seafood is excellent in both quantity and quality. Attentive and precise service. If you arrive early, there are no delays in delivery. Other tables near ours had to wait a few minutes too long to get their dinner. Recommended in any case.

21/08/2025: A machine whose gears work perfectly. High-level staff demonstrates all their professionalism and dedication. The mixed seafood appetizers are very good, the first courses are delicious and unique (try the cold spaghetti), and the fried fish is enormous and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

09/08/2025: Very friendly staff. Check the business hours before going! They were closing when we arrived, but offered us some cold brew to help cool us down from the afternoon heat. I would visit again to try their other coffees.

21/08/2025: Very fresh fish and well-executed dishes. The cuttlefish jilienne was amazing, as was the swordfish. Spaghetti with clams was good but a little salty for my taste. Friendly and attentive staff. Well-kept location. It's a fishmonger's shop with takeout and a restaurant. Prices are a bit high for the quantity.

19/08/2025: Everything was top-notch, the fish was incredibly fresh (and it's only natural, considering it's inside a fishmonger's), and the staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were a little high, but that's understandable because the quality is top-notch.

03/08/2025: I rarely, literally rarely give a low review. However, without a doubt this place, on this Sunday afternoon at 6:30 pm deserves a single star. Sharon Osbourne once said, be rude to me. I can take, but not my family. My husband, who is very obvious in person, stood waiting for service inside and was promptly ignored. I gave a bit of leeway and said, let's sit outside and wait. We did, no service -no worries, I thought, I'll go in and get drinks. I literally stood as the ladies at the bar washed glasses, chatted with each other, other customers...served others and saw right through me-my BMI makes that impossible! Not sure what we should have done? I can dance and sing very well? We left.

24/08/2025: We've been wanting to go to Al Vecchio Forno for a while, and we finally made it during our short stay in Barletta. The location is elegant and welcoming. The entire staff was professional and friendly. We had one appetizer and two main courses, both very good and high-quality. The homemade desserts were also fabulous. We'll be back soon.

23/08/2025: Are you allergic? Don't go! At dinner with friends, we chose the house mixed appetizers and declared one of us to be allergic to nuts. The waiter, after going to the kitchen to inquire, returned and said, "All appetizers do NOT contain nuts." Unfortunately, however, as we ate, we realized the tuna had a sauce with nuts! We decided to leave immediately to monitor our allergic friend who had eaten the dish and to have easy access to emergency services if necessary. From then on, we realized the waiters didn't even know the difference between an intolerance and an allergy. The owner didn't even apologize, and when pressed, simply said "human error" and gave us the bill. Unfortunately, this was an unacceptable mistake that, if we hadn't had an antihistamine on hand and a lot of luck, could have cost us our lives. The superficiality with which something like this was handled leaves us truly bitter and frightened. We hope this report will be helpful in the future. Please be careful!

17/08/2025: My boyfriend loved it and so did I, but not even 15 minutes later I felt really, really bad. I had stomach cramps all night.

15/08/2025: The meatballs were superb... The mozzarella bites were fresh... The sandwich was also excellent, and there was a great variety to choose from... The only downside was the service, especially with the desserts: the waiter didn't tell us that you could choose individual portions, and instead brought us all three pieces... They were good, yes, but way too much for two people...

29/07/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is open late, which is a great blessing for us restaurant workers. This is my first time trying Filone Melograno, and I must say it's very good, excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back to try their other offerings.

20/08/2025: Really cute place! Excellent piadinas with a wide selection, the service was great, they even gave us free fries!

17/08/2025: Visited this piadina shop after a lovely tour of the Reggia di Venaria. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, good prices. Light dough. I chose the vegetarian one with pistachio pesto, a pesto I barely tasted. Recommended.

20/07/2025: I spent an evening with my family at this restaurant and I can say it was a truly wonderful experience. We enjoyed seafood dishes, all very fresh and carefully prepared: every course was delicious. The pasta was also excellent; my daughter chose the risotto, which she loved. The staff was extremely kind, attentive to our requests, and made us feel at home, making the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, high-quality dishes, and impeccable service!
