For my lunch break at the office, I ordered some vegetables. They arrived very quickly, hot and delicious, accompanied by some slices of their warm, fragrant homemade bread. A very positive experience. I'll try eating there soon.

Amazing local Italian pizza. We took primavera and prosciutto. Amount of toppings is extremely generous and pizza is incredibly delicious and fulfilling Great place, next time when I’m in Bolzano I’ll definitely come here!

18/02/2026: Fantastic South Tyrolean cuisine! The food was delicious and we were able to fully enjoy our last day of vacation. We highly recommend the Gasthaus Kohlgrube. The service was also first-class and perfectly rounded off our visit :-) Thank you
