08/09/2025: I ate excellent raw ham, although the portion was certainly not large. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only flaw is that the restaurant isn't air-conditioned.

10/01/2026: Four of us had dinner: two with Smartbox and two of my guests. After reviewing the menu, we discovered that only a few appetizers and main courses were available that evening. My guests opted for only one first course: busiate pasta with Nebrodi pork sausage. The dishes arrived quickly, especially since there were very few of us in the dining room. The bill: €72.00 for two plates of busiate pasta and two tiramisu dishes for the guests. Furthermore, the total included two covers prepaid via Smartbox, which I found unfair. I didn't say anything. The food quality was average, with probably excessive salt use. The location could be improved, and the service was basic. On a positive note, the young cashier/waiter/handyman was courteous and helpful, although unfortunately not very knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, a decent experience, but with several aspects that need improvement.

06/01/2026: Our favourite restaurant in Taormina! We came here on our first evening of our honeymoon and enjoyed it so much we came back on our last. The restaurant interior is lovely, but we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard on both occasions. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, explaining dishes and helping us to find the right wine pairings. The manager in particular was super friendly. All round incredible place and a must visit.

29/12/2025: I booked this pizzeria based on reviews online, and I must say I was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the price we paid. The restaurant is elegant and refined, the waiters are attentive and helpful, the pizza is delicious and easy to digest, with a wide variety of flavors, and we paid a very reasonable price.

05/01/2026: We dined two consecutive nights at this trattoria in the beautiful Ragusa Ibla. The place is very beautiful and unique. The service is excellent. They explain all the dishes thoroughly and, if you want, offer recommendations without ever being intrusive. The wines they recommended were excellent, based on our tastes, both white (Grillo) and red (Nerello). The portions are generous and well-prepared. Our only complaint, but it reflects personal taste, is that we found the grouper tortellini too "seasoned": the seasoning overpowered the flavor of the grouper a bit too much, which, in our opinion, could have been better showcased. Overall, an excellent experience. They know what they're doing.

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! 06/01/2026: The place was comfortable and very charming. The food was excellent, all fresh and of high quality. There were no unpleasant odors, the place was very clean...even the toullent. We had a great time. The background music was very pleasant, not at all annoying. Finally, the staff were very friendly.

21/01/2026: We've passed this restaurant several times, always intrigued by its architecture, and during a visit to the Antiquarium of Himera, we decided to make a reservation to satisfy our curiosity. I must say it was a great choice: the beautiful setting exudes rural history and retains an authentic aspect, including a millstone and tools. The service was very professional and genuinely friendly, and the dishes were meticulously prepared, plentiful, and truly delicious. We were amazed by the appetizer buffet, featuring a wide variety of locally sourced artichokes, battered cardoons and broccoli, and the seafood-based pasta dishes. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered.

18/01/2026: I went for dinner the other night and was immediately greeted warmly by the super helpful and friendly staff. The food is fabulous, with a wide variety of choices. I'll definitely be back.

18/01/2026: The place was small and unwelcoming, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a positive one due to the service. During the pizza, halfway through, we found a blond hair on the slice. The waiter justified himself by saying that everyone in the kitchen is bald, but there was a blond woman in the dining room, while we at the table don't have blond hair. The handling of the incident was completely incorrect: the waiter only took away the slice with the hair and gave us a clean plate to put the other slice on, without offering to remake the pizza or offering a proper apology. The pizza was still charged. Of course, we weren't expecting anything, but a minimal gesture of attention to the customer would have been appreciated. We also asked for another Coke, which never arrived. Finally, when it came to dessert, the blond woman in the dining room was visibly annoyed that we hadn't ordered it and took the dessert menu in a not-so-nice manner, leaving almost angrily. It's a shame, because with more professional and attentive management, the experience could have been positive. The service definitely needs improvement. I'm giving it one star because zero isn't possible.

30/12/2025: I've been to Minas Tirith several times, and once again I had a wonderful evening with great music and delicious food. Davide, the bartender, is young but very knowledgeable about beer. It's always a pleasure to chat with him; he makes you feel at home! I'll definitely be back.
