11/07/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance (someone had recommended another place to us, but it was love at first sight!! The owner, "pure kindness," immediately connected with our granddaughter.... From that moment on, everything was perfect... but the tasting menu pleasantly surprised us and was very much appreciated!! We can't say we'll be back soon... we're too far away... but we can say we'll recommend it to all our friends who come to Caltagirone!! Thanks for the lovely evening!! 21/04/2026: We’ve been to this restaurant four times in a row for dinner, and it’s been the best decision. The ingredients are always fresh, there’s a different daily special every day, and the waiter who served us could answer all our questions and even recommend places to visit as a tourist. If we ever go back to Sicily I’m sure we’re gonna visit this place again.

03/07/2026: On this summer evening, I sat with my friends outside, where a cool breeze lingered, thanks to the recent respite from the heat. We ate quite well, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The quality-price ratio isn't great, but the experience of eating in the city center and easily taking a walk to work off the heat is worth it.

The cuisine is simply top-notch: dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using the highest-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. Everything was paired with their own "Masseria Sette Porte" wine, which perfectly complemented every single course. And then there were the desserts, created and made by them... The service deserves absolute praise: impeccable, attentive, and professional, yet never formal or aloof. You feel pampered and at home every moment. A place that deserves full marks. 25/05/2026: A great place to grab a beer or a Scotch... a relaxed atmosphere. They don't serve food, but their beers are excellent. For a peaceful and enjoyable after-dinner drink.

07/05/2026: Excellent pub, great for watching Champions League games. Very friendly service. They don't have a kitchen, but they have an informal partnership with the neighboring pizzeria (which is also very good).

05/06/2026: This review comes from 38 years ago when my father was stationed at Sigonella. They didn't have any available base housing when we transfered from Maine, so we stayed in Motta in a high-rise apartment building our first year. I remember sheep being herded down our street, I remember the AMAZING street markets every weekend. I am lucky enough to remember it all. Most of all, I have NEVER FORGOTTEN the pizza sauce from Valentino. There are only a small handful of places that have made pizza that gave me a hint of the taste of that sauce. Every time it hits, takes me right back. We went almost WEEKLY, which was insane for a military family...we didn't eat out at all. I have now made my first pizza at home, myself, and I will spend the rest of my years perfecting the sauce from my childhood. I wish you all the best!

13/03/2026: This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.

08/06/2026: I've always eaten pizza at the restaurant and have always been satisfied because the pizzas are really good (we usually have aperitifs). Today, for the first time, I ordered them from home and they arrived on time, piping hot and delicious, just like at the restaurant. Congratulations 😉. See you next time.

07/06/2026: We ordered pizzas, but after waiting over two and a half hours, they still hadn't been delivered. When we contacted the restaurant, we were told that the order had been lost. The pizzas eventually arrived, but we weren't asked to reconfirm the order. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but we would have appreciated more timely communication and greater care in managing the situation. Overall, the experience didn't live up to expectations.

14/06/2026: True Neapolitan Pizza, in Catania you don't have to go to Naples to try this specialty, you won't regret it, my favorite is the Diversamente Margherita or the Sfiziosa, in my opinion they are delicious and I can't wait to eat them.

27/06/2026: Highly recommended. It looks expensive, but it's anything but. We had a good meal (tapas) with a glass of wine, and it only came to €20 per person (including wine and dessert). It's a great place for a date or a quiet dinner. The best part was the service—super friendly and attentive; you feel like you're special.

09/06/2026: If you come, don't order the lasagna (I can't believe they serve lasagna in Italy that's literally just 3 bites you can eat in 5 minutes) or the salmon salad, which is pure lettuce - they took ages to bring our food and the restaurant was pretty empty.

09/04/2026: Excellent pizza and delicious dessert. The price is in line with the quality of the food. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

22/03/2026: Two pizzas, a bottle of water, and a beer, and a bill of almost €50. Why? Especially considering the pizza was so hard to digest, the post-dinner heat was incredible, and we waited well past our reservation time. Disappointed. We won't be back.
