14/10/2025: 1st Review: One of the best pizzas in Catania, we'll be back. 2nd Review: DOWN WITH THE TWO STARS, not because the pizza is good, on the contrary! Simply because once we arrived, they sat us down, the waiter asked if we wanted water and brought this bottle with a familiar water purifier logo. At first, we didn't say anything, thinking it was free. I tasted it and had a stomach ache (my problem, I can't drink purified water), so I ordered bottled water. The cream water arrived in a glass, and I could finally quench my thirst. But the surprise came with the bill, when we saw on the receipt that both bottles (the purified tap water) and the cream water (in glass) were the same price. Also, I don't want to question the fact that it was truly purified, but who's to say it's simply bottled tap water? I'm not saying it should be free, since it's literally TAP WATER, but at least it's cheaper than the glass bottled kind. Ladies and gentlemen, we spent €5 on water. With €5, I can buy at least three cartons of water, not to mention how much water I could get at the HOUSE OF WATER. Some may think it's a small thing, but for me, it's a cause of customer loss.

24/09/2025: I went to this place for a birthday party. The appetizers and sfiloncione were good. The place is spacious and new. Kudos to them for managing gluten-free options so that no one has to miss out on a special evening together.

23/09/2025: We enjoyed the many selections available on the menu. Our pizza was wonderful and so delicious. The waitress was helpful and patient ( we don't speak Italian). The bruschetta was amazing and a fantastic price. There were several other diners here, and that's always a very good sign. My wife enjoyed her fresh fried shrimp and calamari very much. We Recommend this restaurant!

24/10/2025: I ordered after seeing videos and photos of the products and everything seemed exceptional. But Aimé the dough looked like chewing gum the edge of the sausage and chips was huge it almost looked like an old face very few sausages cut very thin and chips thrown haphazardly even on the other half which had a different flavor in short even the other toppings were really poor after having paid 16 euros for a pizza the mozzarella was really good and also the toppings let's say disappointed with expectations

23/10/2025: This restaurant may as well be one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner. We found it online and decided to check it out spontaneously, and just wow. The garden is beautiful, with several citrus trees. Super romantic atmosphere. All the staff has specific roles, so the sommelier only does take wine orders, the waitresses only bring food and take away empty plates or refill empty glasses and there are separate people for taking food orders or bringing out the bill. Although it might feel a bit slow (reading some of the other comments), there definitely is a system in place that works well. And then the food… eating a variety of vegetarian food has been difficult in Sicily. Not at this restaurant; they have an amazing selection of high quality vegetarian food. Probably the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. We started with a delicious burrata and tomatoes, then lemon linguini, fried artichoke and shared two desserts. We did not have any wine, just two bottles of water and I was surprised with how low the bill was for the amazing quality of food. Feels like dining in a Michelin setting, but for a super reasonable price. Thank you to the staff for this amazing experience!

19/10/2025: The place is enchanting at first glance. The garden is beautifully kept, and the exposed stone gives the setting a sense of age. In short: beautiful! Except for the interior, which is a bit bare. The quality of the food is truly high. The raw fish is delicious, and the tagliolini with purple shrimp and Bronte pistachios are truly special. I highly recommend it! The value for money, for Taormina, is extremely good. The focaccia served with olive oil—a local custom, but usually only with bread—is also very good. The service is attentive. Nothing special, but definitely worthy of the place.

12/11/2025: We tried several different doughs, and they were all truly delicious: crispy dough, Roman, pinsa, focaccia pugliese, pizzolo, pizza with a crust, and finally the brioche. I found the crispy dough and the crust (just the right thickness and completely hollow inside) exceptional. The ingredients and combinations offered were also excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and above all, very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

08/10/2025: Years ago, when you were with friends, you'd look for a restaurant or trattoria with three steps leading down; it was a guarantee of quality food. A confirmed tradition, I recommend the caciocavallo in a bread crust, the tagliolini alla Natale, or the fresh pasta with pork ragù. As always, it's best to come back for confirmation. Once again, we were completely satisfied.

24/11/2025: We've always had a great experience; in fact, we always end up here for any event without even thinking twice! Friendly and professional staff, fast service, and the pizza is always a guarantee. We always leave satisfied.

A terrace offers a captivating panoramic view of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea. A minimalist-chic interior welcomes guests, with a mix of tables, comfortable sofas, and a bar. A beautiful panoramic elevator ensures a breathtaking view of the entire futuristic structure. A simple menu, including traditional Catania dishes, impeccably prepared, clean, and original, using seasonal and local ingredients. Delicious homemade breads, simple yet captivating. A comprehensive wine list, including Sicilian and international wineries, and an excellent selection of champagnes. The elegant, friendly, and helpful dining room staff made all the difference. Perfect value for money, obviously in line with the peers in the same sector.

28/10/2025: Beautiful to look at from the outside. Depending on the table, the seating in the covered part of the restaurant is a little strange. I had two starters, which were good, but very minimalist. Not much atmosphere inside; it's definitely better outside. High prices. But no cloth napkins!!! The best thing was the bread! Staff: Very quick, very polite. Not at all warm. Would I like to come back here again? Undecided. Because the experience was lacking.
