17/02/2025: We took a very short family vacation in Carloforte and we found THE TOP! The “Residenza al Castello” has only positive points: spacious, bright and very clean room, equipped with all comforts and with 2 panoramic balconies! The structure is very close to the center, reachable on foot in a few minutes! The owner Anna Carla gave us all the useful information for a truly pleasant and high-level stay and she was extraordinarily kind, helpful and professional! Another absolutely positive point is that this structure was open in low season (February), while many local structures are closed in the same period! In short: highly recommended experience and structure! Too bad I can't give more stars! Alex, Carla, Enrico

28/05/2025: Although the pizzeria was very busy at lunchtime, the service was very fast and friendly. We highly recommend the pizzas (wood-fired oven), and the salads were fresh and crispy. You should definitely try the homemade desserts; they're a real treat. We'd love to come back.

23/02/2025: Close to the Tirso de Molina theater and the splendid Coppede' district, this place is a real gem... Warm, welcoming and particular. The cutting boards are rich and delicious, the owner is very kind, the quality/price ratio is excellent. We will definitely be back

20/04/2025: Second consecutive year that we go here at Easter. I'll start by saying that I had a good time especially the previous year, this year I'm bringing other friends and relatives with me, I inform them that we are a large table between adults and children and they move us to the other room, which in my opinion is beautiful, unfortunately I'm disappointed that this "table" is divided mainly for their needs. This was not communicated to me in the booking and I found it to be a very bad mix-up, splitting a group but never mind. Everything else was beautiful as always, little tip: the menu was identical to the previous year, change a little 😊.

09/04/2025: Delicious delicious delicious! Can definitely recommend the fish menu. Please eat just a little something from midday onwards 😀 Very good value for money!

11/04/2025: Forse non abbiamo beccato la serata giusta, però la cena devo dire è stata un po’ deludente Il locale era completamente vuoto e sarà per le luci un po’ fredde e l’ambiente un po’ vuoto sembrava di essere in un convento Complice anche il fatto che la cameriera non era particolarmente socievole, i piatti particolarmente Invitanti devo dire che abbiamo fatto anche un po’ fatica a scegliere cosa ci attirava nel menu Magari è stato un caso viste le molte recensioni positive , faremo un altro tentativo!

17/05/2025: I ate a very good pizza with Neapolitan pata but very good and very digestible cooked well, there is also the restaurant which from what I saw is very good.

10/06/2025: serves really tasty pasta and pizza, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The service can be a bit slow at times, but the food is definitely worth the wait.

09/06/2025: I came to this place for lunch, I had raw meat and entrecote; excellent products, well made and tasty, the only shame was that the meat was not cooked as I had asked for, but I ate it anyway because it was really good, soft and tasty (I only had difficulty swallowing because of a problem with my esophagus) but I will definitely return to this restaurant

28/04/2025: Per caso un gondoliere ci ha consigliato questo ristorante, effettivamente aveva ragione. Piatti buoni e saporiti, varietà tra carne e pesce, Località centrale e vicinanze piazza San marco. Unica pecca i prezzi alti, comprensibile tuttavia considerata la location

07/02/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado por nuestro gondolero. Parecen muchos restaurantes venecianos inteligentes, pero la comida, el servicio y el ambiente superaron nuestras expectativas en una ciudad de renombre por la comida mediocre cara. Los platos destacados fueron la pasta casera de tonnarelli con mariscos y una exquisita lingüina de cangrejo. El restaurante estaba lleno, pero era manejado por un atento maestro y su amable equipo. Este fue con mucho el mejor restaurante en el que hemos estado en nuestros viajes a Venecia y el paseo en góndola de 80 € resultó ser dinero bien gastado.

20/05/2025: Good pasta, came on both our days in Rome & got a take out pesto and a tomato & basil. Both tasted amazing. Only down side is the staff seeming very uninterested & not very welcoming. Would go back only for the pasta

19/05/2025: Avoid. The carbonara weighed me down all day. When I asked for the invoice I was told they didn't know what it was. Clearly not the cashier's fault but the person who should be training them.

11/05/2025: Stellar level of cuisine! Incredible. Creative chef and traditional flavors revisited. The terrace has spectacular views.

21/04/2025: Uno splendido pranzo di Pasquetta. Menù degustazione vegetariano, ben pensato ed eseguito. Bellissima location sulle colline del monferrato. Sicuramente consigliato e da ritornarci!

19/05/2025: This is already the third time I go there, the last time I also tried the appetizers and I had further confirmation that everything is excellent. The pizza is top, the appetizers too, the service is fast and the guys are always attentive and kind. You can feel the freshness of the ingredients from the first bite. So I would say everything is excellent.
