09/08/2025: Terrible quality, terrible service. If you're Italian, avoid!

23/07/2025: Horrible place. We ordered mussel soup — they brought us something that looked like slop on a plate: shrimp full of sand, mussels that smelled rotten. As I expected, I got food poisoning even though I only ate a few. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! _________________ Locale orribile. Abbiamo ordered a zuppa di cozze — I hanno portato a specialty of schifezza nel piatto: gamberi pieni di sabbia, cozze che puzzavano di marcio. Come immaginavo, mi sono intossicata anche se ne ho mangiate solo un paio. Non lo consiglio a nessuno!

23/10/2025: The location of this restaurant is undoubtedly stunning – which makes it all the more unfortunate that the dining experience didn't live up to it. We each ordered a Parmigiana di melanzane followed by a Tagliatelle funghi. The Parmigiana arrived after a 40-minute wait, without any side dish or bread. Only after asking were we finally handed three slices of toast. The tagliatelle arrived, a second disappointment: a pile of mushy, overcooked pasta. Parmesan is available upon request, but the waiter immediately takes it away. In a country where culinary arts are deeply rooted and food is celebrated with love, tradition, and pride, this experience unfortunately left only bewilderment and disappointment.

11/07/2025: Maten var medioker, service från den unga tjejen var urusel, snorkig/ingen servicekänsla behöver gå en utbildning i yrket.Dåligt bemötande för alla-utom om du är italienare, då fjäskar personalen.

23/06/2025: Visitamos la pizzería Vesuvio Ristorante en Rapallo como parte de una excursión en crucero, justo en el paseo marítimo, por lo que la ubicación es ideal para una escapada panorámica. Nos ofrecieron aperitivos gratuitos y una parada de baño aquí durante el recorrido. La pastelería era fresca y sabrosa, los cacahuetes eran sorprendentemente buenos, y el jugo golpeó el lugar en un día cálido. Si bien no pedimos una comida completa, el servicio fue amable y rápido. Consejo: Si vas a caminar por el paseo marítimo o en una parada de crucero como nosotros, es un pequeño lugar genial para refrescarte y disfrutar de la vista. ¡Consideraría volver a probar su pizza!

01/12/2025: Rude employee. We ordered a cheese and ham toast, but only half of it had cheese and ham... I don't recommend it!

16/11/2025: We were a group of three, and we ordered a bottle of wine and water. When it came time to pay the bill, the waiter (who hadn't provided any service or attention) was very rude and demanded a tip. It's a shame about the service, as the place is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the Piazza di Spagna.

02/05/2025: Esto es lo que yo llamo una auténtica trampa turística. Lo que parece ser un excelente restaurante basado en apariencias exteriores, resultó ser una verdadera decepción. Llegamos bastante cerca de la hora de cierre de la cocina, que el empleado nos advirtió rápidamente. Rápidamente elegimos un aperitivo y los platos principales. Nos quedamos francamente sorprendidos cuando el plato principal llegó antes del aperitivo! Así que está bien, el plato en sí era de 14 € y era literalmente solo materia prima. ¡Jamón, queso y champiñones! Sí, hongos crudos. ¡Los ñoquis que pedí eran incluso más baratos que esto! Los ñoquis en sí eran salados y parecían una comida pre-preparada que podía microondas en casa. Total decepción. No recomiendo.

03/04/2025: En Tirano durante 2 días y se topó con este restaurante, ya que parecía ocupado, así que debe ser bueno. Encontramos que todos los lugares para comer y beber en la ciudad no estaban todos juntos, sino repartidos. El personal era amable mientras nos sentábamos a pedir nuestra comida y bebida. Tenía raviolis a 14€ , mi pareja tenía lasaña a 13€ , agua a 4€ y vino blanco a 9€ así que buenos precios y la comida era muy agradable.

28/06/2025: Clean and well organized, welcoming, helpful and kind staff (coffee offered to customers!) in the betting area there are many screens from which to follow live sports including football matches. The slot area is also a smoking room with excellent ventilation. Pleasant place of leisure for regulars and occasionals.

09/12/2025: They should be embarrassed to serve this and call it a Margherita pizza. WC was also in the same state of embarrassment as their pizza.

07/12/2025: The food was okay, and so was the service. The atmosphere is more like a train station restaurant. So, nothing outstanding, but you can eat there.

15/07/2025: Terrible people. One of them screams and has an annoying voice. I don't think they even wash their hands since I didn't see them. Avoid eating there. The ingredients are of poor and questionable quality. I bought a takeout piadina and threw it away... Answer: Just because you can't accept the truth doesn't mean you're making things up. Have a good day, frustrated people ;)

16/06/2025: It has been a shame for years and continues to be a shame, I'm sorry that it is located in a strategic point and unfortunately has customers, but then people who work there scream and smoke all day (I have my doubts that they wash their hands) since I have a friend who lives in those buildings and sees them in the courtyard. I don't know how to respond to the owner's lies so I'll extend my review: 1 I advise you to learn to read and understand the Italian language before commenting and telling lies. 2 he is the one who works for you with the duck voice who screams all day inside or outside, NO ONE has spoken of customers who disturb. 3 I took the liberty of going back these days and asking someone who was leaving number 21 and they repeated the screaming adding also that you smoke *** in their courtyard. 4 it's written "staff" not staf 5 NOBODY has ever talked about knowing your staff and I don't even care for God's sake. I hope you learn Italian and that at least you understand this.

12/09/2025: I came here for ice cream, and as I was handing over my €3 change, it slipped through the crack between the window and the ice cream cooler, something I think has happened to other people before. I wasn't expecting my money back, but at least another scoop of ice cream. Instead, the person who served me immediately turned away, saying there was nothing he could do and the money was irrecoverable, leaving me with a €5 expense for a scoop of ice cream that wasn't even that great. Sometimes courtesy and kindness make the difference, which apparently doesn't exist here. One thing is for sure: I won't be returning to this bar again.

25/10/2025: Mediocre but serviceable food. Grab a bite before seeing Pompeii, nothing much else to say.

16/11/2025: Avoid this place at all costs, even for a coffee! Even after informing the waitress that we were only there for coffee, we were surprised to discover that the price had increased, supposedly because we had to pay for the cover charge. Thinking it was a mistake, we asked the owner, who verbally attacked us, telling us that it was customary in Italy (€2.50 for a cover charge for a cup and a spoon—isn't that a lot?). I absolutely do not recommend it, especially since this same owner was serving visibly drunk men on his terrace—what an atmosphere!

11/11/2025: Tragedy! If you want to eat pizza that tastes like a Japanese restaurant, this is your place. The pasta is tasteless and poorly cooked, in my opinion it went through a microwave. The grilled shrimp have not met with care even in their dreams. Without any taste. There are interesting things on the menu, but the staff says they are not offered. The only reason to visit this establishment is if you want to spoil your overall impression of the beautiful Florence.
