28/06/2025: My two friends and I arrived, trying to sit in one of the outer booths, but a very nice waitress, with a decidedly rude attitude, reprimanded us, telling us that it was already reserved and to sit at another table. We then managed to order (2 Aperol Spritz and 1 mixed Spritz). We waited a quarter of an hour, with the place 3/4 empty, while all the people who arrived after us were being served. Needless to say, the order arrived wrong and, not happy, the waitress (the same one as before) was also offended by a sentence taken from a conversation that didn't concern her in the least and of which she didn't understand a thing, even starting to argue. I don't think we'll be back.

06/06/2025: Sono stata qui a cena per un compleanno. Il locale è molto bello e curato, immerso nel verde e circondato da piscine. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, prodotti freschi e piatti curati e saporiti. Buon servizio. Unica pecca: porzioni un po’ risicate e prezzi un po’ altini (per essere fuori Milano).

19/05/2025: Il posto è bello e suggestivo, anche se, il navigatore, ti porta all’ingresso del centro sportivo…e dalla strada non è tanto semplice e intuito raggiungerlo, per chi non lo conosce. Giornata di menù fisso per comunioni e compleanni. Decidiamo di non optare per il menù fisso perché è disponibile un menu alla carta…! Per quanto sia bello e suggestivo, il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Da quando ci siamo seduti a quando ci hanno preso l’ordine sono passati più di 30 minuti, nonostante avessimo deciso da un po’ e segnalato ai camerieri che fossimo pronti. I camerieri, tanti e confusionari. Chi ti dava del tu, chi del lei, chi del voi. Finalmente arriva il ragazzo a prendere l’ordine …scazzato e svogliato, non ci dà alcun tipo di consiglio. Si capiva che fosse infastidito del fatto che non avessimo optato per il menù fisso ma, non è colpa nostra sé viene data la possibilità di scegliere alla carta. Ci chiede che vino volessimo ma, la carta dei vini non c’era stata consegnata con il menù. Finalmente ordiniamo. Da quando ha preso l’ordine all’arrivo dell’ antipasto passano 40 minuti circa. Un altra mezz’ora abbondante perché arrivino i primi che vengono portati separatamente. Prima le sei pasta e vongole, poi chiediamo degli altri due, pacchero e carbonara, che arrivano separatamente anche quelli, prima il pacchero e poi la carbonara. È bello mangiare tutti insieme non separatamente …! Altri venti minuti per tre fritture. Offri la possibilità, oltre al menù fisso, un menu alla carta? La cucina deve essere organizzata con una linea per il menù fisso e una linea per i menu alla carta. Se poi l’organizzazione manca non è colpa del cliente, a cui viene data la possibilità di scegliere un menù alla carta. Dalle 13:30 che ci siamo seduti, ci siamo alzati alle 17:30 circa…non è poca l’attesa. Non so a quanto sia ammontato il conto, perché eravamo ospiti, in ogni caso, non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Do un buono come valutazione perché la location è molto bella. Il servizio merita un due, capisco la giornata ma, troppo lenti e confusionari. Il cibo è buono. Mi spiace dirlo perché il potenziale c’è ma, non ci ritornerei.

14/07/2025: I loved both the beautiful location and the restaurant. The food was excellent, the service excellent. I was very satisfied. Furthermore, at the end of dinner we were able to visit the museum with the remains of an ancient Roman imperial villa located beneath the building. Wonderful!

21/06/2025: Birthday night, never was a choice so bad. Very suggestive location but unfortunately nothing more. Prices above the starred restaurant without a minimum of quality. We order a wine, finished. We order the second wine (price 4 times the price on the shelf) we are told because it is hot and must be put in the blast chiller for at least ten minutes. To apologize for the poor service no one offers us anything while waiting. We are forced to order two glasses of sparkling wine, the choice is between prosecco or champagne. We opt for the second. One of the two glasses arrives completely opaque, we ignore it. The cost of the two glasses will be €50. We order an appetizer, two first courses, and a bottle of wine also with a price more than tripled. I will avoid commenting on the appetizer. A spaghetti with clams €32 ordered without parsley, arrived with parsley. Paccheri with red shrimp and pink pepper €34 advertised on the menu, paccheri with tomato sauce arrive with 6/8 shrimp (2cm max) that they assure us are red shrimp!!! we finish the wine, cancel the main courses and leave. Ah... €7 a bottle of water. The receipt is attached Unless you are a tourist who is totally incompetent in cooking, stay away from this place. Just for a laugh, look for the price of the Trebbiano Riserva Marina Cvetic 2020 wine. You will find it there, probably warm, for €240. Curtain.

14/07/2025: Be careful of the 10% surcharge. This is not on the main menu displayed on the street or on the over priced drinks menu. 10 euro for spritz!

10/07/2025: Tourist trap. As soon as we ordered, they wanted to sell us more things and change our drink after saying it was ready. The portions were very expensive for the quantity and quality. The desserts were 12 euros each and average quality. The coffee with cold milk. They added bread they didn't bring and an extra bottle on the bill. So we wouldn't have to repeat. Other tables also refused to charge us by card. However, the waitress was very pleasant and corrected the bill without any problem.

09/07/2025: The rooms need to be updated, nowhere near the 5 star quality advertised. Shower leaking on the floor, door handle fell off the door when closing, which left us thinking that we were trapped. Good location, nice breakfast buffet.

20/05/2025: Nice place, good food but really bad service. Even though we had a reservation they made us wait 40 minutes (it's okay on a Saturday night), if it weren't for the fact that we insisted and we probably would have waited even longer since the girl who welcomed us didn't want to seat us at a table because we had a supposed reservation and then didn't even show up, even though we had already been waiting for half an hour. After this long wait we finally sat down and were served, luckily the food was excellent and made up for the terrible and rude service of the waitress who clearly made it clear that she was annoyed by us, without a valid reason since at most we should have been the ones annoyed. At the end of the day I recommend it if you're not the kind of person who gives weight to the waiter's behavior.

18/06/2025: Went in around 4pm on a Wednesday. It was full because it's a tourist spot. It was the first time I've had to wait so long for pizza. Over 30 minutes for a Margherita. And it wasn't tasty. I understand that it's expensive being so close to the Colosseum, but I wish they'd at least serve something tasty. I came here with friends who were visiting me in Italy and was disappointed.

06/07/2025: The atmosphere and views are truly five stars at Il Flauto di Pan, and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, especially for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Many dishes were overly salty, and some of the fish tasted unfresh, which was surprising and concerning given the restaurant’s reputation. For the high price point, the food quality did not match the setting or service, and it did not feel worthy of Michelin recognition. Overall, while the view and service were wonderful, the food was subpar, and I would not recommend this restaurant. There are many other places in the area where you can have a better meal for the price.

28/06/2025: This is a great restaurant with outstanding views! The service is amazing but the food is not at the same level of other Michelin stars restaurants. Breakfast is amazing.

25/05/2025: Una poesia: il posto è molto caratteristico, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è la qualità die piatti e la gentilezza del gestore e dello staff. Ci hanno proposto un vino strepitoso (Sciallii- tenute Mokarta) davvero insuperabile (ne abbiamo subito acquistato 12 bottiglie bianco e rosato). Siamo stati davvero bene: consigliatissimo!

19/05/2025: Jolie terrasse, carte plutôt interessante et puis c'est tout. Des chats qui tournent autour des tables, se lavent, vomissent...Sincèrement il y a plus agréable comme spectacle lors d'un dîner. Personnel efficace mais déagréable, aucun sourire, aucun mot gentil. La planchette de fromages et charcuterie à 18€ c'est un piège à touristes dans lequel nous sommes tombés. La pizza doit provenir de Domino's. Par contre les pâtes étaient vraiment délicieuse. De loin le moins bon restaurant de notre séjour.

02/05/2025: Esto es lo que yo llamo una auténtica trampa turística. Lo que parece ser un excelente restaurante basado en apariencias exteriores, resultó ser una verdadera decepción. Llegamos bastante cerca de la hora de cierre de la cocina, que el empleado nos advirtió rápidamente. Rápidamente elegimos un aperitivo y los platos principales. Nos quedamos francamente sorprendidos cuando el plato principal llegó antes del aperitivo! Así que está bien, el plato en sí era de 14 € y era literalmente solo materia prima. ¡Jamón, queso y champiñones! Sí, hongos crudos. ¡Los ñoquis que pedí eran incluso más baratos que esto! Los ñoquis en sí eran salados y parecían una comida pre-preparada que podía microondas en casa. Total decepción. No recomiendo.

03/04/2025: En Tirano durante 2 días y se topó con este restaurante, ya que parecía ocupado, así que debe ser bueno. Encontramos que todos los lugares para comer y beber en la ciudad no estaban todos juntos, sino repartidos. El personal era amable mientras nos sentábamos a pedir nuestra comida y bebida. Tenía raviolis a 14€ , mi pareja tenía lasaña a 13€ , agua a 4€ y vino blanco a 9€ así que buenos precios y la comida era muy agradable.

25/06/2025: Honestly, I don't usually leave negative reviews. I'd rather leave nothing at all. I'm gluten intolerant and I had specifically chosen this piadineria because the website states that they offer gluten-free piadinas. I arranged to stop by on the fly, between one commitment and another, to grab something to eat before returning to work. When I got to the place, I waited several minutes at the counter without anyone paying attention to me, even though there were people inside (only 1 employee). When I was finally able to ask if they actually had gluten-free piadinas, I had to wait another few minutes to receive an answer... which unfortunately was negative: they don't make them. In the end, I wasted a quarter of an hour, I couldn't eat anything, and I had to leave on an empty stomach. The advice I can give is simply to update the information on the website, so as to avoid unpleasant mix-ups for those who, like me, have specific dietary needs. It would have been enough to know this beforehand to organize myself differently.

26/06/2025: A truly dreadful experience. We were served bread to start that was half eaten by rodents, which the server tried to dismiss by saying it was ‘just the birds’ - this was unacceptable. The spinach in the salad was wilted, Parmesan stale. The lobster with the spaghetti was overcooked, and the carbonara was undercooked. The service was okay but it is not a place that I would return to. Stay away.

22/06/2025: Good meal, decent service. The risotto and pizzas are also good. The tiramisu is highly recommended.

11/05/2025: Ieri sera siamo stati in questo locale con la comitiva di amici. Sulle pietanze nulla da eccepire ottimi anche gli abbinamenti proposti. Da migliorare lo staff ad eccezione del cameriere Giovanni. Non è tollerabile che un cameriere risponda da una donna in malomodo scocciato e dopo pochi istanti, lo stesso durante il servizio, ha accarezzato e baciato un cane. Da migliorare

18/04/2025: Andato assieme ad un altra coppia, proviamo questo ristorante dove vogliamo andare da tempo. Non discuto i piatti perche di qualità, ben preparati… specialmente la tartare all’interno dell’osso, sì discute la Quantita specialmente nel dolce ( lo stecco) per 9 euro avrei preteso di più e presento meglio! Non un triste stecco buttato così nel piatto! A fine pasto offerto chiacchiere vista la stagione…. Erano di parecchi giorni prima. Se si offrono almeno che siano fresche!! Servizio,chiesto info sul vino scelto…. Risposto bisbigliando qualcosa… per poi allontanarsi dal tavolo! Forse non ci sapeva rispondere… ma! Paghi tanto ma altrettanto si pretende tanto…

13/05/2025: En restaurant med nydelig utsikt mot gamlebyen og omegn. Personalet er kunnskapsrike, oppmerksomme og yter veldig god service, noe som gjør at stemningen i lokalet blir veldig fin. Mat og vin var helt utmerket. Vi avsluttet kvelden med en nydelig sjokolademousse som kan sterkt anbefales 😋
