Excellent pizzeria in Ragusa Ibla. Modern and elegant venue. Fast and professional service. Good pizza but cooked in an electric oven. Little variety of pizzas on the menu. Low prices

Upon arrival we waited politely until we got a spot. A group of 3 ladies walked past us onto the terrace and called the waitress over. Even though they called her, the waitress (much to the dismay of the 3 ladies) walked over to us to give us a table first because we were waiting politely. Very nice of her! Nice girl who knows how to do her job. We were also helped by a friendly man who clearly enjoyed his work and radiated this. The pizzas are delicious and richly topped. Good food and drinks for a fair price!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but this is certainly not the right place to eat a salad. We spent €19 each (including 10% service charge which, as mentioned, the staff deserved) for a pasta (good portion at €14.5), a Sicilian salad made with half fennel and two oranges (paid €9/cost at the restaurant €2), a water (€2.5) and a beer for €0.5 (€8… as much as the salad). The location is more or less in the center of Ragusa Ibla, behind the main square (perhaps the €7 salad paid for the "view"). Thanks again to the guys who worked because if it weren't for them, the experience would have been very different!

Very nice place in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, really good pizza with a variety of particular flavours. Super friendly and prepared staff. Acceptable prices. Advised

Il locale è situato in una piazzetta davvero carina. Mio figlio ha ordinato un omelette che era davvero enorme e ottima e noi la classica pizza alla Norma davvero molto buona e un piatto di fritti misti. L'interno del locale è di una bellezza incantevole e il personale davvero cortese. Lo consiglio

Ragusa Pizza was amazing as well as the mussels soup I’ve tasted for the very first time. Stuff Is super friendly and professional. The atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our dinner at this great location. Highly recommended!

Chez Mama

02/01/2024: I attended the New Year's Eve party at Chez Mama by booking a table with friends. We had a table of around 15 people and they didn't even give us a sparkling wine to toast at midnight. They told us there was a cloakroom but they didn't tell us where. After a while I found it next to the bathroom. The bathroom, a big flaw of this place. There is only one available for each gender and with so many people I was in line for over 15 minutes. The cocktails were pretty good, the music so-so.
08/11/2023: I highly recommend the owner to completely eliminate the kitchen and restaurant service because it is not up to meeting expectations. The location is very beautiful, the two dance floors are well done but the two cocktail counters are poorly organized and the service is literally suffocated, both by the lack of staff and in its distribution. One horrible scene was the nauseating smell of the vinegar that the waiters used to polish the glasses inside the dance floor! Imagine the scene. Rare.

01/11/2023: Gentilissimi ci hanno atteso nonostante il forte ritardo, una cucina a mio avviso molto buona e gustosa, il parere generale di tutti commensali è stato estremamente positivo
19/09/2023: Ristorante con affaccio diretto sul mare. Menù all'interno del quale il pesce la fa da padrona. Ho apprezzato molto la caponata che può essere accompagnata in vari modi, ma che ho provato nella versione classica con solo verdure. Gusti equilibrati e decisi. Come secondo piatto ho preso il fritto misto, un buon assortimento di molluschi e crostacei freschi accompagnati da verdure e panelle. Porzione abbastanza abbondante e preparazione perfetta. Il conto non è proprio economico, ma risente molto del turismo locale legato a Montalbano
