30/07/2025: Cena di lavoro in 20 persone. Atmosfera accogliente, ottimo il servizio. Materie prime di altissima qualità sapientemente elaborate dallo chef. Cucina di livello top in centro città. Qui la buona cucina e l'attenzione al cliente si intrecciano per la soddisfazione del cliente.
Senza dubbio esperienza da ripetere anche a cena.
Consigliatissimo.

Piatti senza infamia e senza lode , ove si cerca di stupire con descrizioni altisonanti ma il risultato è molto discutibile.
Assolutamente da non riprovare

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent.
17/11/2025: Very friendly staff. I went with a group of friends. We met the restaurant manager and his daughter, who works as a waiter. They're very nice. Excellent service, and the food was good too.

11/05/2025: Arrivati alle dieci di sera, eravamo di passaggio ,come siamo entrati il cameriere gia era scocciato , durante il servizio è stato maleducato e ci fatto capire che ne aveva piene le scatole, la cucina era chiusa, quindi solo pizza, a dir poco oscena, difatti tutti e quattro non l'abbiamo mangiata. Abbiamo chiesto un dolce e ce l'ha negato. Le pulizie si lasciano desiderare ...nonostante il locale sia buio si nota comunque.

07/06/2025: Premetto che non è mia consuetudine scrivere recensioni né in senso positivo che negativo. Trovare insalata nel mio piatto ancora sporca di terra non è stato gradevole. A maggior motivo quando la stessa cosa è avvenuta ad un amica seduta al tavolo con me. Fatto presente il tutto al cameriere lo stesso si è ripetutamente scusato eliminando le portate dal conto. Purtroppo devo constatare che la qualità dei piatti in generale è peggiorata rispetto ad alcuni (pochi) anni fa. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.
Nb. Da porre attenzione agli scontrini. In due occasioni distinte ( pranzo di Pasqua e pranzo con amici) vi erano più pietanze di quelle ordinate).
LOCATION STUPENDA
30/05/2025: Bella la presentazione ma il cibo nulla di eccezionale, vale di più il panorama con la vista sul lago.
Non penso di ritornarci.

The boss is CHILDISH, sending his staff to us instead of coming himself.
He hid behind the counter and thought he was having a discussion.
NOT A GOOD HOST AND NOT GOOD KITCHEN.
I myself come from the restaurant industry to offer guests something like this for such awful money.

12/12/2025: A few days ago, I had the immense pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant with a friend, and the experience was truly fantastic.
The excellent quality of the food, as well as the presentation, immediately demonstrates the passion with which Chef Fratini interprets his profession.
Attention to every detail is evident, and the presence of the chef himself in the dining room is a real pleasure, always ready to pamper his guests.
I will definitely be back.

12/10/2025: We arrived at 8:30 PM and ordered at around 9 PM, but it wasn't their fault; after several reminders, the pizzas arrived at 10:15 PM. Given that nine people were served two at a time, the last three after everyone else had already finished. Considering there were very few tables, the wait was interminable. It's true that it's a matter of taste, but the dough was so tough that even the toppings hadn't softened it, and I thought it was excessive.

18/07/2025: sono andato in questa pizzeria e ristorante con due ospiti americani che mi avevano chiesto di provare una buona e vera pizza "Italian style" e non solo la pizza è stata un ottima conferma - pizza Napoli style - ma anche il resto del cibo ordinato è stato superlativo.
Nota di merito per la Parmigiana di Melanzane che era da urlo.
Altra nota di grandissimo merito per i miei parametri...velocissimi e onesti. Abbiamo mangiato in meno di un'ora ed era tutto ottimo a prezzi assolutamente normali

19/07/2025: L'accueil est gentil mais ni le lieu ni les plats ne méritent vraiment le déplacement. Des pizzas et quelques plats sans grande saveur sur une terrasse sans vue sur le lac.
Grande déception compte tenu des avis.

01/11/2025: My God! Hospitality is clearly not a given in this restaurant. For starters, and this is true everywhere here, there's a €3 cover charge. We were three adults and one child, and €3 for a two-year-old? Seriously? We only wanted two pizzas because we weren't very hungry, but they told us we had to order a minimum of three because there were three adults. Sure, the pizzas are good, but the rest is best avoided. Especially the person who acts like the manager—they're so friendly, even a prison guard would be envious.
