Last night we tried Marcello Trentini's new menu Few words, but the flavor of the universe. Definitely a unique experience. Professional and trained staff. Cozy restaurant. The menu offers tasting of 5 or 10 dishes, or you can order a La Carte but the price per dish becomes high. We ordered the 10 course menu. The dishes offered are good but some are a little "risky" for my tastes, for example the onion pasta or the venison. The dishes with pigeon, cabbage, veal and others are fantastic.

Un ristorante ottimo per eventi speciali. Una cena tutta da scoprire! Ottimi piatti non convenzionali.

La figlia ci ha regalato quest'esperienza, così io e la moglie siamo andati a provare il primo stellato della nostra vita. Un pò intimoriti dall'ambiente, dopo poco tempo eravamo a nostro agio con la collaborazione del personale di sala gentilissimo e professionalissimo. Menù da 5 portate, che dire, una più buona dell'altra con gusti insoliti e accostamenti a volte azzardati ma sempre ottimamente riusciti. Ottima l'assistenza ai tavoli con spiegazioni dei piatti avvincenti ed esaurienti. Decisamente un esperienza piacevole. Non dico i piatti perchè variano in continuazione.

L’uomo nero, che nella leggenda di paese, si “arrabbiava” con i bambini che non finivano il cibo ha dato vita vent’anni a questo ristorante. Il servizio è molto attento e gestito in modo superlativo dalla proprietaria, in cucina il socio prepara piatti, anche “vecchi” di dieci anni come attuali, 10 anni consecutivi di stella non possono essere un caso e in ogni particolare si denota ricerca e amore per questo lavoro. Ci siamo sentiti “a casa” e questo se ami il buon cibo è un altro valore aggiunto. Insomma una vera magia.
