30/11/2025: We went for dinner; I ordered a beer and a Joker Burger. The beer selection was fine, but the food left a lot to be desired—overpriced for simple sandwiches. Despite the €15 price tag for a double burger with 3,000 ingredients, it tasted like nothing. I usually appreciate everything, but I'm sorry to say, it was barely edible. The meat wasn't cooked properly, being undercooked on the outside and raw on the inside, and yet it was extremely dry on the palate. The appetizers were good. Service was poor: we even had to ask for napkins. The atmosphere, at least, was welcoming. I'd go back just to try a few specialty beers.

01/09/2025: The bar staff are friendly and welcoming, always smiling, and the kitchen serves excellent quality dishes worthy of our region. Very fair prices and generous portions. Great owners 👏🏻👏🏻 I recommend it for a coffee break, an aperitif, or lunch; it's the best in the area 😃

30/08/2025: Full menu for €13. It's self-service, so service is practically nonexistent. colossal portions à la Bud Spencer (they can feed 2-3 people). The first courses are very good, the pasta is very well cooked. The second courses, with just a side dish, are good; they could feed a family from Northern Italy! The bill includes sorbet and coffee. If I'm within a 100km radius, I'll be back.

15/12/2025: A very unique and charming Western-style restaurant, because even though it's not very large, it's organized to feel immense. The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff and very short wait times. It's a shame about the prices, which are a bit high for the quality of the food, but the quantity is generous.

08/12/2025: Nice Western-style restaurant. Too bad about the food I ordered! A charcuterie platter (strictly discounted) with a ventricina that was definitely not from Abruzzo and other low-quality cured meats. The lasagna was tiny, drenched in acidic sauce to give the impression of abundance. For the price, it's disrespectful. Also, the waiters were too quick to clear the table even though there was almost no one there. I definitely won't be returning.

14/09/2025: A very cute little place, delicious food. We absolutely recommend the mixed bruschetta (especially the caciocavallo and peppers) and the homemade arrosticini made with mutton. Special thanks to Giovanni for his impeccable service, professionalism, and friendliness. We'll definitely be back.

03/10/2025: We (sadly) returned to this exceptional privately run campsite for the second time in six years. It's quiet, with no road noise. At night, you can hear wolves howling or deer bellowing. The site is flat and wooded. Almost every pitch has an outdoor sink. Electricity is available. The bathrooms and showers are basic but clean. Anyone staying here in Abruzzo shouldn't miss Nicola's delicious cuisine. We'll definitely be back.

19/09/2025: Campsite nestled between Caramanico Terme and the Maiella. We stayed five nights in a tent. The pitch was well-organized with electricity and a sink, and clean bathrooms were just steps away. The restaurant was also excellent. It was a unique experience to hear the deer bellowing at night. If you're in the area, it definitely offers a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

06/12/2025: This is a place I trusted, and it not only lived up to my expectations, but exceeded my every expectation. ​I'll start with the Pallotte Cacio e Ove, a true symbol of our region. Unfortunately, few know how to make them truly well, and Nonno Liborio is among those excellent interpreters. The sauce is expertly crafted, and the cheese is perfectly flavorful. ​We continued by tasting the Formaggio di Farindola, carefully presented and enriched with some unique details that pleasantly surprised us. ​Special praise goes to the Pecora alla Callara, with its unique softness. ​Finally, we enjoyed two exquisite first courses that I prefer not to reveal, but which I highly recommend you try. ​Everything is cooked with great passion and served with a kindness that makes you feel immediately at home. Alessandra is a superb host who elevates Abruzzo's tradition.

28/09/2025: GRAVINO is always a sure thing! Friendly and welcoming staff, truly capable of making you feel at home no matter what the occasion. In my humble opinion, they serve the best arrosticini in Montesilvano (and Pescara combined)! The fried pizzas are absolutely delicious, a must-try. Always recommended!

19/10/2025: Zero stars can be given....after many, many, many minutes of waiting (even for a simple bottle of wine), the meat arrived cold. I pointed this out and the same dish was brought back to me a few minutes later...the medium-rare meat, as requested, was now burnt on top and thrown onto the plate, inedible!!!! All paid handsomely! Never again!

19/10/2025: I hope my review helps improve the service because the food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, the staff at the tables aren't very well-coordinated; we had to ask several staff members several times to get our drinks and desserts too late. The meat is very good, both the raw and the cut portions. We were charged for extras on the bill, but these were promptly corrected.

26/08/2025: I stopped by for dinner with my family. Everything was excellent, except that at the end my son was still eating and they took his plate away from him. 😅 We had an appetizer, 2 hotdogs, 5 arrosticini, chips, and pinsa bianca.

19/07/2025: The agriturismo is immersed in nature, between the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountains. It offers authentic Abruzzo cuisine, with typical local dishes and products. Agriturismo Il Carro Menu Agriturismo Il Carro was founded in 2004, in the hills of Loreto Aprutino. After a childhood spent in the kitchen, Gianfranco and Patrizia decided to breathe new life into the old family home, where Gianfranco grew up and lived throughout his youth. The agriturismo is completely immersed in greenery, far from traffic, and offers its guests traditional Abruzzo cuisine, with dishes that reflect time-honored traditions. The raw materials used in their dishes are the fruit of hard work in the countryside, sourced from their family farm and small local businesses.

06/12/2025: Leaving Campo di Giove on my way to Pescara, I stumbled upon this little restaurant almost by accident. I asked if they had room, and they kindly seated me. It was truly a great discovery. The place is clean, simple, and quaint. The food is delicious, especially the handmade pasta dishes, followed by the excellent quality of the meat. The value for money is truly exceptional. Keep up the good work.
