30/12/2025: Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The only thing we liked was the tartare. Everything else was simply not good. We didn't like the pasta, the main courses, and the other appetizers—especially the profiteroles with salmon cream. The overall feeling about the food here is that the chef wants to create something interesting, but fails and ends up wasting excellent ingredients. The service could also be better. The question, "Did you like everything?" was asked without interest and without listening to the answer. I've been to many Michelin-starred restaurants, but this is the only one I definitely won't return to.

02/12/2025: This restaurant, which has countless mentions in the Michelin star guide according to the stickers on the door, is a scam. From how some guests are treated (others, probably known to the staff/owner, were treated very nicely) to the food on the plate. The waiter failed to give us details about the dishes, instead of a hamburger we only received a very well-fried meatball (pork, not beef) with 3 tasteless pickled onions and a little homemade mayonnaise. I was speechless when I saw the "dish". I asked for a mixed salad (tomatoes + lettuce) and 20 minutes later 2 cherry tomatoes cut into 4 and 2 torn lettuce leaves arrived, without any dressing. And when I asked for vinegar/lemon the waitress "barked" at me: "Only olive oil and salt! That's it". The food/its taste/aroma was of a low quality, not Michelin guide ranking at all. I gave the rating for the ambiance because it was November 30th and the sun was shining beautifully over Piazza della Rinascita.

25/12/2025: My partner and I stopped by this wonderful pastry shop today. I can't say enough about it. The cappuccino was made to perfection, the freshly squeezed blood orange juice was excellent, and the desserts? It takes you back in time. This is truly a truly artisanal pastry shop. Congratulations! I can't wait to try the panettone we bought.

09/01/2026: Exceptional pizzas and more! I haven't had them hot in a long time, and they're undoubtedly among the best in Pescara. Great selection, highly recommended.

30/12/2025: I will never set foot in this pizzeria again because I noticed that after waiting 25 minutes for my ordered pizzas to come out, they gave me lukewarm pizzas on the counter that came out 10 minutes before mine and then sold my piping hot pizzas to the next customer... I find it unfair.

10/12/2025: We had a graduation lunch and it was fantastic: excellent food, impeccable service, and extremely helpful and friendly staff, even though we had exceeded the scheduled/agreed time. The owner was extremely helpful from the start and took great care of us. I hope to see him again every time I'm in Pescara!

18/01/2026: Fantastic experience! I went to a Murder Mystery Dinner at Bistrò Poesia and it was a super engaging and fun evening. Excellent actors, a gripping plot, and a truly delicious dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful and the organization impeccable. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

30/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the carefully crafted presentation of the dishes, which had a touch of originality. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and professional, especially Giovanna. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: I stopped by for dinner with my family. Everything was excellent, except that at the end my son was still eating and they took his plate away from him. 😅 We had an appetizer, 2 hotdogs, 5 arrosticini, chips, and pinsa bianca.

11/01/2026: What a shame! Maybe it was because it was crowded, or maybe it was because they offer a lot of takeout (which I think should be limited). The food was excellent, but the cuoppo arrived cold, and the friarelli pizza was overcooked (burnt friarelli). The staff was sparse, though very friendly, and the wait was long. It could get 5 stars. We'll definitely be back during the week, but for the weekend, I recommend increasing the kitchen staff, too.

28/12/2025: Excellent pizza, light and filled with top-quality ingredients, a truly pleasant atmosphere, and quick, accurate service. Special mention for the gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, and for the fantastic waiter, Enrico. A must-try!
