The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. The ingredients are top-notch and the quality is above average. The beer is simply breathtaking. Definitely worth trying again.

Invited by friends very nice place run by top young people food in the norm good shin the only flaw in the service little cutlery based on the n. of the diners I'm talking about the serving dishes and the fondue chefs asking for cutlery every time and too many courses without waiting a bit to give them the chance to finish the starters also because piled up on the table it was chaos to eat the excellent beers there's nothing to say

25/03/2026: In this bakery you can find bread made with all types of flour, from solina to senatore cappelli, buckwheat, turmeric, whole grains, all strictly low in salt as per tradition.
23/01/2026: Very kind and helpful. Excellent bread and the fried pizzas are out of this world, just like the round ones, which are crispy.
