Wonderful experience at this restaurant. A variety of dishes, both traditional and non-traditional, are available. I happened to be there on an evening when the hood broke, but I still managed fine without it. The staff was friendly and professional.

A Wild West-style restaurant entirely made of wood. As soon as you enter, you're welcomed into a unique and evocative atmosphere, reminiscent of an American saloon. In addition to the pasta dishes, you can enjoy excellent Argentinean and Italian meats, and of course the arrosticini. The wood-fired, gluten-free pizzas are also delicious. A wide selection of craft beers, and for those who prefer, there are good wines. The desserts are also worth trying. The young, dynamic staff and fairly fast service. Live music is available in the evenings. Prices are average. Open for both lunch and dinner. I recommend booking, especially on weekends. Recommended 👌

We went for lunch, but unfortunately the grill I wanted to try wasn't available... On the other hand, we had two appetizers and a sandwich. The beans were delicious, but the chicken wrap wasn't the best. The Buffalo Bill sandwich was really good, with a great selection of meats. I can't even imagine what a grill is like.

What can I say? My wife, my daughter, and I are regulars at Aolito. We order the pizzas, which are exceptional, and I pair them with the truly fabulous Birfa Bianca. The girls are always kind, the atmosphere is clean, and the bathroom is fabulous. Congratulations!

02/01/2026: Small but comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is EXCEPTIONAL! (It's right in the center of Caramanico Terme.) Step outside the hotel and you'll find yourself in front of Christmas markets full of surprises: souvenirs, food (sweet/savory), and drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic). Everything was excellent. My rating for this hotel/B&B is 4/5 (overall average: 3/5 - 5/5 - 5/5). Thank you for your time over the past few days. I hope to return and I hope you receive more reviews like this.
30/12/2025: I liked the rooms, they were very large; the service was great too. The location is really strategic, as it's deep inside the city!
