08/08/2025: This old-fashioned restaurant is definitely recommended. Excellent cuisine, with attention to both ingredients and detail. We ordered two first courses and a fried dish with broccoli rabe. To finish, we had crêpe suzette and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Impeccable service. Truly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

13/08/2025: I have family in Montazzoli, but I always stay and end up eating at La Collinetta. Although the bed is quite hard and the cleaning lady is quite noisy early in the morning, everything is very clean, and it's still very worthwhile. The owners are very hardworkers, super friendly and smiling all the time, and Chef Thommy is a genius in the abruzzese kitchen! We can't wait to go back ❤️

17/08/2025: A genuine experience, in a very pleasant location, sitting under the trees, they serve trays of juicy arrosticini, including liver (unfortunately, we didn't find any 🥹), three or four vegetables, and house wine.
To finish, the owner Nino offered us a plate of fresh figs!
17/08/2025: Wonderful place, no frills, it's like having lunch at grandma's house. Limited selection, but everything is high-quality. The cuisine is simple, but good and genuine. I'd go back every Sunday. The arrosticini appetizer and peppers are wonderful.

18/08/2025: Very nice place facing the beach, but if I had to deduct two stars it's because the cars parked right in front of the beach obscured the view, and the presence of insects spoiled the relaxation and sea view, but the food, starting with the classic arrosticini and the ventricina-flavored ones, spoke for themselves.

15/08/2025: It used to be one of my favorite food joints in Vasto, but now it's overpriced—definitely not street food, but rather a restaurant with table service. As for the food, the sausage sandwich was good (even though it only had a little salad with the sausage), but the cutlet and piadina were barely adequate. Honestly, I don't think I'll be back.

16/07/2025: We chose this restaurant for a family dinner, unfortunately the quality/price ratio did not reflect the bill we paid... simple first courses that you can also prepare at home for ordinary everyday lunches, nothing exceptional... good meat on the other hand, small children are not welcome with their toys... an experience that we cannot judge as positive, we definitely will not return.

Restaurant with terrace seating, excellent quality food with simple cuisine, homemade ingredients, and generous portions.
Very friendly service (we were served by a young woman, Maria, who was super good).
I recommend making a reservation and arriving a little early to find parking, as it's a bit difficult to find downtown.
If you're passing through Vasto, this is a must-see!
5 stars because it's the best you can get.

19/07/2025: Dopo diverso tempo torno in questo locale, ma stavolta con aspettative alte. Fortunatamente la professionalità e la buona cucina, unitamente ad un'atmosfera familiare, non tradisce le aspettative. Tutto veramente buono, ma da segnalare la pasta con tartare di tonno e limone, eccezionale.
03/07/2025: Paella valenciana deliziosa preceduta da tre squisiti antipasti. Abbiamo scelto un trebbiano e poi un cerasuolo di "Amorotti". Serata squisita.

24/05/2025: Best pizza in the world. Once you try it, you can't do without it. Courtesy, speed and so much goodness. Being a slice pizza place at heart, it's not a place where you can spend an entire evening, especially in the summer when the place works non-stop from late afternoon until late evening. One of those places I would never do without🫶
