Very nice place with convenient private parking. Excellent pizzas, both the dough and the toppings are good, using quality ingredients. The service is a little slow, but courteous and discreet.

There were five of us who ate pizza here. Definitely some of the best pizzas we've ever had. The dough was delicious from the thin center to the thick crust, and the toppings were very generous. We also really enjoyed the dessert. Highly recommended.

I’m a traveller from Los Angeles, staying in Francavilla al Mare to visit the Eucharistic Miracle in Lanciano. I’ve been to Rome, Pisa, Florence and Amalfi, but this restaurant has the best pizza I’ve ever had in Italy!!! Their seafood pasta was also very delicious! To top it all off, they also had very kind and professional service. Very welcoming. I’ll definitely be back again one day. Highly Recommend!!

Taverna Ducale

03/05/2026: A very welcoming place, just steps from the Ducal Castle of Crecchio! The sagne coi ceci are excellent, as are the pallotte cace e ove and the pork steak! The owners are very friendly. We had a very pleasant lunch. Considering the taverna is small, I recommend making a reservation! If I were to ever return to Crecchio, I would gladly return here!

27/01/2026: A historic family-run seafood restaurant The care and love for the cuisine is evident, with a menu that demonstrates a desire to innovate without compromising the flavor of good seafood. By reservation, they also make an excellent fish broth (with or without bones, as you prefer), which is an experience in itself!
