I have nothing to say about the dough, which is excellent, but the flavors aren't up to par (especially considering the high prices): the scampi on the pizza were very few, and overall the pizza lacked any flavor—I'd dare say it was bland. The double buffalo mozzarella with the burrata was bland and downright flat. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, although we were crowded into the outdoor area with all the tables close together, making it difficult to communicate even on a Tuesday night (though I understand that's more convenient for the staff).

It was a wonderful surprise! Excellent pizzas, delicious desserts, and welcoming staff. Paolo greeted us as soon as we walked in; he was very helpful and made us feel at home.

The use of the highest-quality ingredients, many of which are PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), complements the quality of the dough, which has a high, airy crust and is available in a variety of flours. Excellent selection of beers. Friendly staff.

The pizza was good, but lacked that "wow" factor that would make me leave it at five stars.
Also, the experience was a bit uncomfortable: we were sitting on stools, and eating wasn't exactly easy. For me, who's quite tall, it was already complicated, so I imagine those who are a little shorter would have an even harder time.
The staff was very kind and helpful, although the service was a little slow, but given the busy situation, that's understandable. I appreciated the fact that even though there were people waiting outside, there wasn't the pressure I've experienced at other pizzerias.

I've been coming to this pizzeria for years, and I can say with certainty that it's my favorite place. Not only is it the best pizza I've ever eaten, but I literally feel at home here. The friendship that's developed over time makes everything special. What I love most is that, despite their tradition and local roots, they manage to constantly innovate, offering gourmet doughs and ingredients that always amaze. The quality is excellent, and you can see the constant research and passion, as well as careful teamwork. Well done guys!

Very elegant place and fast service. Since I'm lactose intolerant, they also have mozzarella, or you can change your order without mozzarella! What can I say? The pizza is super good, it's like eating a cloud! The generous toppings are truly exceptional! I'll definitely be back! Congratulations!
