29/12/2025: 5-star food, pizza chef Franco is a guarantee. I give the pizza a 10. 5-star service, impeccable waitresses, attentive to what was happening in the dining room and ready to answer any request very quickly. 5-star atmosphere, but that's nothing new because Ristofficina is a great place to be whether you're alone, as a couple, for a business dinner, or with children in tow. The price is very fair. After a day at work, we at ELETTRO wanted to eat something good, and in a welcoming place, we had a great time at Ristofficina. Thank you all. Highly recommended.

17/12/2025: Very poor service, cold food, then at the end a member of staff went berserk with colleagues in the presence of families with children, depressing!

20/08/2025: Nothing to say, I went for lunch, for a quick and light meal. I had a Greek salad and my wife had chicken curry with basmati rice and avocado: everything was really tasty, beautifully presented and above all... with a smile. Long live this place too 🙌

22/08/2025: This place is ABSOLUTELY to be avoided; it's not worth it. First of all, the sea view isn't very visible because the surrounding plants obscure the landscape. Terrible service, rude owner, wasps invading the spritz and aperitif plate. The bathroom is at the end of a long, dark tunnel; the toilet flushes so loudly that wastewater spilled on my foot. The spritz was €6 (normal price), except that it was a really small glass and not very well made (perhaps the prosecco was old and rancid). I should also add that the outdoor tables are dirty. Absolutely not recommended.

11/01/2026: When there's nothing else the kids want except pizza, this works and it worked quite well during our visit. Take out puzzas-by-the-slice and ate at a bench around a corner, acriss the street from a church, and read a bit about the history of Chieti which surprised us. The woman server was quite friendly and patient. Thank you! Margheritta €1.50 Quattro Formagii €2.20 Farcita €1.80 all taxes included.

10/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Authentic experience and flavors of Abruzzo! During our vacation in Pizzoferrato, we dined at Locanda Italia, and we were thrilled! We dined there for several days, trying different and always delicious dishes. From the tender and juicy veal steak to the perfectly creamy carbonara to the roasted cow's milk cheese, each dish was a true discovery of authentic flavors. The sagnette with beans and sausage, a typical Abruzzo dish prepared with great care, and the pasta all'arrabbiata with its bold yet balanced flavor were unforgettable. All this was accompanied by an excellent house wine that enhanced every course. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended! Giuseppe

25/04/2025: On our way back from a trip to Puglia, we decided to stop at this restaurant instead of the usual sandwich at the service station. Located in an industrial area, the place is frequented by workers. The owner is welcoming, but the atmosphere is a bit less so given its simplicity. The main course was good, with vegetables that I would have preferred warm. So far, so good; the problem lies in the lack of a menu and the owner's subjective interpretation of how she charged for meals. For this reason, I'm listing in this review the prices we were given, which absolutely don't justify what we were served. The first course, for example, was homemade "strozzapreti" pasta with traces of a sour sauce and rare pieces of ragù for €10 (in Polignano al Mare, right in the center, we paid €8 for a first course and it was superior). The second course was €13. All in all, it might be worth the price, but I doubt working-class customers can afford to pay that kind of money for their lunch break! A first course, two second courses, two glasses of wine, a Fanta, a bottle of water, and two coffees for a total of €53...an absolutely disproportionate amount for the location, the setting, and the food offered. Sometimes, being fair and giving your customers the menu prevents inequality among them and the risk of unpleasant reviews like this. Not recommended.
