21/02/2026: Today we arrived by motorcycle in the beautiful village of Archi and accidentally discovered this fantastic restaurant, "Le Delizie del Borgo Antico." The welcome was wonderful and the restaurant was very clean. We had lunch with a typical Abruzzo appetizer, including "pallott cac e ov," top-quality cold cuts and quality cheeses. For our main course, we had excellent goat with baked potatoes, a delicious traditional Abruzzo dish. Don't believe the one-star reviews, they're absolutely false! 16/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, simple yet quaint location. The seafood dishes are well-prepared, made with top-quality ingredients, and are plentiful. The menu is extensive and the prices are absolutely competitive. Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: The restaurant feels a bit dated, but it's clean and decorated in a nautical style. Adequate space between tables and well-lit. Fast and informal service, very friendly and helpful wait staff. Simple, well-cooked dishes and generous portions are what set this restaurant apart.

08/04/2026: Clean and bright butcher shop offering excellent cuts of meat. Porchetta in particular is always available. We recommend trying it hot in a soft bun, which you can purchase on-site.

26/03/2026: If I'm in this area, I've been coming here for several years. I used to come for work, now it's for fun. An honest, clean place with reasonable prices. Anyone with higher expectations in their reviews can go elsewhere or let them manage a similar place. Recommended.

02/05/2026: Very nice restaurant, excellent food. The host, a bit grumpy at first glance, is actually a delightful, friendly, and helpful person. He treated us to local specialties, accompanied by descriptions. It was a truly pleasant evening.

21/03/2026: Despite the beautiful location, we did not find the same satisfaction in the quality of the dishes and the presence of fresh fish. Many dishes were already prepared and we perceived defrosted fish, raw foods not orderable (only oysters), non-existent desserts (only ready-made sorbet). There is no written menu, but it is still available on the fork, advantageous with the fork (-50%), but we certainly will not return.

27/12/2025: Here's the short version with the additions: I returned to this pizzeria accompanying out-of-town guests, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a positive one. We ordered the €15 "special pizzas," but the dough was very thin and toasted around the edges. The turnip greens on the pizza didn't seem fresh, but rather jarred. The place is also nice, but rather small and with an inadequate number of tables: we were quite crowded. I would have liked a burger, but they weren't available. Furthermore, when it came to the macchiato, we were told it could only be served cold, not hot—which was truly incredible. My guests were also disappointed. I hate to give a negative review, but the value for money isn't impressive, and I don't think I'll be back.

31/08/2025: The pizza was pretty good, and the service was attentive and friendly. The only downside was the slow service; we waited a good hour and a half for a pizza, considering there weren't many people there. I don't know if I'd go back.

08/07/2025: Eating pizza at Almanach is truly a unique experience! Delicious and highly digestible dough, with toppings meticulously crafted and made with ingredients of undisputed quality. The options are also varied and original, although I almost always order the ortolana, the best I've ever eaten (and I'm a regular pizzeria fan!). The fried foods are also exceptional! Top marks, then!

02/05/2026: In the center of Lanciano, a modern and informal atmosphere, with young and friendly staff. Unique pizzeria, crispy on the bottom and soft on top, servings more like a standard dinner plate. Good beers, well worth the price and taste.
