16/08/2025: Possibly the best wood-fired pizza I've had in Chieti. The arrosticini are very good. The staff is quite fast and very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

09/08/2025: I ordered a vegetable pizza, specifying that I wanted plenty of vegetables. When the pizza arrived, I found only thin slices of zucchini and a few thin strips of bell pepper. I think vegetable pizza contains a variety of vegetables, so I was very upset and disappointed.

02/06/2025: the food is good, but the waiting times are very long, very good place but little organization in serving the tables. Despite this the staff is always kind.

14/04/2025: Siamo stati consigliati a cenare in questo locale da amici del posto e anche dall'impiegato dell'hotel (dite che vi ho mandato io!!!) ma le aspettative sono andate totalmente deluse sotto tanti punti di vista. Il locale si presenta bene, poco distante dal faro di Punta Penna, con una ampia vetrata sul porto di Vasto (la sera c'è completamente buio e non si vede nulla, ma di giorno sarà senz'altro piacevole alla vista). Bello l'arredamento, pulito e in stile marinaro, col bianco e blu che la fanno da padroni. Le note negative arrivano con il servizio e la cucina. Partiamo dal servizio: acqua che arriva tardi e va richiesta più volte, pane uguale, prima dell'antipasto viene richiesto il piattino per poter assaggiare l'olio (buono!) col pane. Passano i minuti e su 8 commensali viene portato UN solo piattino che facciamo passare tutti e assaggiamo il buon olio col pane! Alla domanda: perchè solo uno? La risposta è stata: tanto gli antipasti sono pronti! Ma il fine cena è stato ancora più esilarante, quando vengono chiesti 2 bicchieri di Chartreuse, il liquore d'erbe. Il cameriere chiede se "il RUM" lo vogliamo col ghiaccio o senza! Passiamo alla cucina con un solo esempio ma rivelatore: le linguine ai ricci hanno il sapore solo di limone. Peccato! Conto corretto ma la cena non è stata soddisfacente!

14/04/2025: Un eccellenza. Erano anni che non ci tornavo. E non si smentisce mai. C'è poco da dire. È assolutamente eccezionale. Assolutamente da provare il brodetto. Da nessuna parte è come qui. Paradisiaco

24/07/2025: Cena da INCUBO. Servizio da rivedere. Abbiamo ordinato primi di pesce, di carne e un secondo di pesce. Le paste erano o scotte, o completamente crude o aromatizzate alla cipolla bruciata. L’arrosto di gamberetti era spaventoso, gommosi e di un colore giallastro (foto in allegato). La maionese per le patatine era già aperta. Durante l’intera cena siamo stati allietati dalla musica fastidiosa del cellulare del padrone che suonava ad intervalli di 5 minuti con la canzone ‘l’amour toujours’ a volume assordante. Il prezzo è davvero bassissimo ma denota la qualità davvero pessima. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

11/07/2025: Apparenza da turisti ma qualità da buon ristorante. Pesce di ottima qualità cucinato con attenzione e buona mano. Condimenti saporiti e genuini a prezzi che dire contenuti è dir poco. Una vera sorpresa. Rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo

20/07/2025: This place was recommended by a B&B we'd booked for one night as we were passing through. The place was extremely basic, with plastic tables outside and paper tablecloths, and a rather cold welcome. The menu was very limited and lacked essentials like draft beer. There was only one type of beer in a 66-cl bottle, and it was served lukewarm. The biggest disappointment, however, came at the highlight: the pizza. Unfortunately, it was clearly frozen. In a country like ours, where pizza is a true art form, this kind of experience really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. A missed opportunity in every respect. Not recommended.

23/06/2025: Ristorante la graticola, where I was with my friend Christian last night June 22, 2025. The restaurant, which opened in 1978, is located in Brecciarola. Every time I enter this restaurant, I think of the courage of the owner always with a retro style always dressed in a white shirt, vest and black pants. We ate two pizzas, a diavola and a 4 formaggi. The pizzas, it must be said, are as big as a dinner plate. 30 arrosticini normal cut, half a liter of house red wine, a bottle of water, 1 decaffeinated and two half white grappas. Total price 60 euros. We ate outside the restaurant. Unfortunately or due to the owner's lack of courage, they never thought about renovating the place. The environment is sparse and generally with few guests. I note a good influx of customers for take-away pizzas during the time we were sitting for dinner.

08/08/2025: We went last night because it had been recommended as a pizzeria. Once we sat down, we were intrigued by some fish-based entrees, and to make sure we didn't miss out, we ordered a pizza to share. I have to say, the latter was really good, perhaps one of the best I've had so far in Vasto, but the fish-based entrees were a complete disaster: the quality of the fish was truly poor, the creaminess was nonexistent, just a mush of ingredients floating in oil, and the flavors were nonexistent. Not to mention some insects crawling on our table. It's a shame for the pizzeria and a shame for the tourists. Yes, it's a real tourist spot, but that doesn't mean you have to serve such disgusting dishes.

07/08/2025: A complete joke, rude, and service that needs to be improved. We set foot in the restaurant at 3:20 PM to find out what time the kitchen closes. The waiter came over and told us it was okay, even though the kitchen was closing and that we could order. As we sat down at the table, another waiter came over and told us that only fried food and an appetizer were available. My girlfriend and I decided to order fried calamari. Shortly afterward, the waiter came over with two appetizers, insisting we had ordered them. We took them away, repeating that he was bringing us fried calamari, and he arrived with two fried calamari... it seemed like a joke. And what fried calamari? Soggy and tasting like it had been reused for months, the calamari dripping. What did we order for the two of us? One bowl of still water and one fried calamari. Not a lot of it, not cooked properly, in fact, terribly. Total cost: €28!!! For food that was PERHAPS half the price... We knew full well about the price, yes, but we never expected this quality. We read the reviews afterwards; we're not the only ones who complained... and reading the responses to the reviews confirms that you are A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON. If I may suggest, you can easily keep these prices... they would be fair if you improved the quality, otherwise, lower the prices... most importantly, definitely change your attitude towards your customers. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

25/04/2025: Tutto molto buono. Antipasti di buona qualità con porzioni sufficient. Primi piatti ottimi e di qualità generosa. Frittura eccellente. Personale gentile ed efficiente.

05/04/2025: Dopo un’ora di attesa sotto il sole, ci si aspetta di poter mangiare qualcosa, ma appena ci siamo seduti abbiamo scoperto che era finito tutto. Costretti a prendere quel poco che era rimasto. Inoltre ambiente molto caotico, camerieri che gridano come se non fossero presenti i clienti.

01/08/2025: Horrible multiple experience, rude staff, annoyed by everything, many don't give receipts. Food fried dozens of times and TERRIBLE. Absolutely UNFAIR value for money, a slice of margherita pizza costs €2, when at a regular bar it costs almost half. They kicked us out for sitting at one of their tables.

13/08/2025: Well-balanced flavors, high-quality products, and fair prices. The menu is complemented by the courtesy and helpfulness of the manager.

08/06/2025: Expensive and not quality. 15 euros for a tasteless first course with 10 microscopic frozen shrimps. Unacceptable! 4 first courses and two bottles of water 75 euros.

18/08/2025: Ordered 3 products (furniture) on click and collect. When I then come to pick up the goods, one of the packages is completely open, the young girl then says that they are not dangerous. But since I was going 300 miles and do not live in Italy, I asked for a new package, she became so very upset and rude and I asked her not to get mad. However, I hear how she screams at the warehouse that she is not going to help and that someone else will have to help the idiot. After that I hear how packages are thrown around wildly... far from what I expect from such a large company as Ikea.

16/08/2025: Ikea is large, well-stocked, well-organized, and has friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant is a bit less so, with high prices and food that isn't worth the money. (The lasagna is a near-miss.)

05/08/2025: We were charged for a full day for an umbrella and 2 deck chairs, when in fact we only stayed for 2 hours, because in the meantime the deluge arrived.
