28/04/2025: I have already been to other outlets and I don't know if only this Francavilla one is like this or if franchising in general has changed, changing the quality of the offer. In any case, a small margherita pizza just a few millimeters thin and with very little mozzarella sold for €2, a real steal. I also noticed disparities with pizzas taken by other customers, some had them like ours and some had them thicker and not by much. Meanwhile the place was taken by storm, more for its fame than for any real merits. Not recommended

09/05/2025: We came across this pizzeria by chance, after a visit to the local shops and we made a really good choice! Never eaten such a good pizza, it is not the classic Neapolitan pizza that they usually serve us, this is truly the queen of pizzas, Neapolitan and otherwise! Furthermore, they were very kind and very fast in service... oh don't forget to take a nice portion of tile, because it deserves that too and, rating 10, the pastiera made by them in a strictly traditional way! What can I say, I can't wait to go back!!

18/04/2025: Non ho avuto modo di pranzare in questo ristorante dove ero già stato nel 2019 e di cui mi ricordavo l'ottimo brodetto. E' domenica, sono le 12,35 e ci affacciamo all'ingresso del ristorante dove vediamo due persone, uno che poteva essere il titolare e un secondo il cameriere, a cui chiediamo se ci sono posti disponibili per pranzare. La risposta è affermativa ma ci fanno presente che la sala apre solo alle 13,00. Vediamo che di fronte al bancone c'è un tavolo non apparecchiato libero e cortesemente chiediamo se nel frattempo, in attesa delle 13,00, possiamo accomodarci e prendere una bottiglia di bianco come aperitivo. Senza alcuna gentilezza dal titolare ci viene ribadito che il locale apre alle 13,00 e se vogliamo torniamo per quell'ora... Addio.

09/04/2025: Controllate bene il vostro conto! Dopo avercelo sbagliato (per eccesso naturalmente! ) per ben due volte, questa signora che sta alla cassa, non ci ha porto nemmeno le scuse. Offensivo. Sconsigliato! I ristoranti che rispettano le regole di educazione, in questo caso, si scusano e, per farsi perdonare, offrono qualcosa al cliente.......

04/05/2025: I would really like to try this ice cream but, for the third time, we found the place closed, even though we had spent the weekend there. Today they even closed the shutter in front of us and it was only 7.15pm on Sunday...

25/04/2025: The ice cream isn't bad even if, for my taste, I find it a little too "watery". However, it is a small takeaway ice cream shop (it has no tables or supports of any kind). The service is slow, but at least with a smile.

02/06/2025: I waited an hour for a hot dog that was also ordered incorrectly, and after another half hour of waiting for it to be remade, in addition to it being written on the note, I also said it again later and despite this the sandwich was remade incorrectly, not to mention the slop of a very sweaty onion, don't go there, it's disgusting
