On this sunny day, after a refreshing dip in the sea, we decided to refuel at the Ed Dorado beach club restaurant. We were welcomed by Massimiliano, who cheerfully explained the culinary offerings to us, despite our food intolerances. Everything we were served was to our liking. Special!

02/06/2026: Fresh fish and ever-changing ideas for pairing it with different dishes, depending on whether you're talking raw, hot, or cold. Specifically, we sampled complete appetizers with oysters and noteworthy raw fish, smoked spaghetti with Normandy butter, anchovy sauce and bottarga, and to finish, a crispy, dry fried fish. The Trebbiano wine from an Abruzzo winery was paired with the dish. The price was absolutely competitive and in line with what we tasted.
