Very well-kept and characteristic location. Dishes cooked with top quality ingredients. The embers are organized on the large fireplace where some dishes are cooked in full view of the customer.

Abbiamo pranzato benissimo Al Castello. Abbiamo assaggiato tutto pertanto posso dire che è tutto ottimo, cucinato bene e di altissima qualità. Non da meno l’atmosfera che si “assapora” ti mette una tranquillità unica.

Dopo la visita al Borgo Universale di Aielli abbiamo fatto tappa in questo caratteristico ristorante che si trova ad Aielli stazione. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo antipasto del Castello, una gustosa cacio e pepe (le paste sono tutte fatte in casa), un buonissimo agnello alla brace così come le polpette con lardo di Colonnata e pepe rosa e per contorno della cicoria ripassata. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo, gentile e disponibile il personale di sala.

05/04/2024: Small place but welcoming like its owners. Excellent quality food, as well as desserts.
03/04/2024: Historic inn in the center of Rivisondoli. The place is very small and it is advisable to book. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food, all good, is typical of the Abruzzo culinary tradition. Compliments

04/03/2024: An absolutly Abruzzese food speciatly. I would come back to Sulmona just to eat here. NB. Its only open for lunch.... no need for dinner after.... at least not a big one, lol. It is Italy.
