Historic place in Pescara. Ideal both for the evening, in company or intimacy, and for a business lunch. The traditional dishes are excellent and in generous portions. The offer of wines is abundant. The walk in the surrounding area is very pleasant. If you can get there on foot, much better.

Che piacere quando le aspettative vengono confermate dai piatti, dal servizio e dalle materie prime. Una vera trattoria, purtroppo in Italia la concezione di questi locali è sempre meno compresa e spesso voluta, a dispetto di pseudo cucine di altrettanto pseudo alto livello che si incontrano lungo la costa più a sud, tanto per dire e che a conti fatti rappresentano un vero e proprio fallimento. Taverna 58 rappresenta una istituzione abruzzese, a metà tra trattoria ed osteria, profumi e luci soffuse rendono l’atmosfera ancor più piacevole. I piatti sono ben fatti, un tuffo indietro nel tempo per respirare quell’aria dannunziana ami dimenticata. Completano il menù ottimi dolci e buona varietà di vini territoriali.

Siamo tornati a cena con un gruppo di amici dopo un po di mesi Antipasti buoni e vari come sempre , con qualche piccola caduta ( un paio di arristicini non cotti bene ) Primi buoni e carme anche Dolci eccellenti : zabaglione su tutti Si torna

02/04/2024: The place is beautiful, large, with vaults and exposed bricks. The various appetizers definitely exceeded expectations both in number and quality. Medium/large skewers with great flavour. Too bad we didn't try the pizza which we will definitely try next time. Excellent tiramisu. Very good and attentive service. Highly recommended. 👌🏽
