04/03/2025: The lamb was downright cheesy. The one who passes himself off as a sommelier knows nothing about anything, and he also thinks he can reply. Paid a lot for eating little, very little and nothing exceptional. I don't think I'll be back.

23/03/2025: Ci sono dei posti che ti accarezzano l'anima, questo è uno di quelli. Personale preparato, gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza e non è cosa da poco. Il locale è ben arredato, accogliente e pulito. Il cibo viene preparato da un giovane Chef con un carisma e una passione che poche volte in vita mia ho visto. Tutti piatti presi sono stati un tripudio di colori e sapori. Tutto equilibrato, delicato ma con carattere. Lui è senza dubbio il cuore pulsante del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

29/01/2025: We got married in this wonderful farmhouse last October 25th and what can I say, they have a service and care towards their guests that borders on perfection, the place itself is magnificent, among the Abruzzo hills dominated by the Gran Sasso, where in that period the sun behind it, a beautiful large garden surrounds this location dating back to 1625, history reigns supreme in this place, you can breathe the true essence of the farmhouse, strategic for the inhabitants of the area over the centuries. The Chef is fabulous and took us into a world made up of the right chemistry, the right combinations of unparalleled aromas and raw materials from the local area. I tried to taste everything but as we know the spouses have a good timetable but despite everything, the waiter in charge of our table managed with patience and calm to get us closer to the table in the key moments regarding the arrival at our table lunch. If I could choose again I would go to that enchanted place a thousand more times. Last but not least, the owners are the keystone of the structure, kind and courteous to our every request, with whom it is pleasant to stay and chat over pastries and coffee about a couple's most important day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

18/02/2025: For me and my partner it has become a place of the heart. We try to be present at your events and at every menu change. Every time it is a new and surprising experience. The perfectly balanced tasting menus, with an eye on tradition that leaves room for unique and innovative interpretations. If you ask for something more than a simple dinner and are looking for an exciting taste experience, I recommend it without reservations. The impeccable and competent service, the intimate and refined atmosphere and the view of the Trabocchi coast are the setting for a unique experience.

16/02/2025: Essenza Cucina di Mare is my point of reference when I want to indulge in a high-level gastronomic experience. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with great care. The menu combines tradition and innovation, always surprising with refined proposals. The location, with the splendid view of the Costa dei Trabocchi, makes every dinner special, while the attentive and professional staff can give the best advice, even for wine pairings. If you are looking for a restaurant where fish is the protagonist in an elegant and welcoming environment, Essenza is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

01/03/2025: Discovered shortly after arriving in Montesilvano, we booked easily from their website and made the right choice: very good and tasty sandwiches, generous portions, non-greasy fried foods and a welcoming atmosphere. Professional and kind staff. Optimal waiting times. We recommend it. Prices more than reasonable

07/01/2025: We went to Casa Flaiano for the New Year's Eve dinner and it was an excellent choice! The food was exquisite. The flavors were incredibly well balanced with amazing combinations, the portion size was just right and the food was beautifully presented. Our compliments to the chef! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is decorated with taste, we loved their wine libraries. We'll definitely visit again when we'll be back in Pescara, looking forward to trying their regular menu.

05/01/2025: The place is located a little far from the center of Pescara, it is located near a church. We took 2 first courses including: excellent carbonara and gricia. The second courses included: cheek and pork and they were well made and the meat was cooked excellently. The place is intimate and very welcoming.

26/02/2025: Typical tavern place, excellent food quality due to the very few specialties chosen on the menu.... Highly recommended if you are looking to eat porchetta with all the trimmings

14/02/2025: I saw a review elsewhere to come to this tasting room, I'm so glad I came here instead. 8 wines for $20 and tasting waivered if you bought 2 bottles. We had Lewis doing our tasting he was so good, made it personal and had chats with all of us, I'm not a red drinker but the different pinot noirs they have omg amazing I even bought a bottle (and a pinot gris too 😏) Definitely head to this tasting room if your in Wanaka!

05/03/2025: Run by a young couple from Sulmona, nice and kind. Quality food, don't miss the fried pizza topped with tasty and refined ingredients. The ricotta ravioli and pappardelle are also excellent. Prices slightly higher than the average for Abruzzo restaurants, but it's worth it.

12/02/2025: We dined in, food was excellent as well as the service and the atmosphere. They had a huge selection of pizzas to chose from. We enjoyed a pizza, an order of pasta, an entre and dessert it was one of my favorite meals of the trip. The tiramisu was otherworldly!!!!The waitress was very kind and patient! Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon

Very welcoming and well managed by the staff, the service was fast and very courteous We ate some delicious first courses 😋 The cold cuts and cheese platter, however, are not up to par Honest prices I recommend it and will return as soon as possible

02/03/2025: Imagine to bring kids in a typical mountain building, with wooden furniture, warm inside and it starts snowing.. the atmosphere you can get at this chalet is magic, and your family will love it. The food is good, we tried some tradition dishes, like pasta with deer ragout, gnocchi with pumpkin, and melted cheese with truffles. There is a very good selection of beers and wines. To finish a good bitter liquor. The service is very friendly, the restaurant is run by a family, and they make you feel part of it. The price is right.

14/01/2025: I spent a Sunday in this mountain farmhouse and I was thrilled! The staff are really friendly and always available, making you feel at home straight away. The starters are plentiful and delicious, with authentic flavors of the local tradition that satisfy every palate. Despite the excellent quality, the prices are surprisingly low compared to average, making the experience even more pleasant. A perfect place for those looking for genuine hospitality, good food and excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!”
