We left the restaurant happy and with smiles on our faces. The service was also excellent: very friendly, attentive, and warm. We will definitely be back!

02/06/2026: Even though it was a short stay, the hospitality and professionalism of the entire staff were extraordinary. The spa was perfect, and the restaurant even better, with exceptional cuisine and an extremely thorough and competent maître d'.

06/04/2026: There are many beautiful places in the world, but for over 40 years, Chalet Gerard has been my absolute dream destination!!! 😍 It's always like "coming home"—everything is just perfect here! A quick stop for some strudel is a must, and staying overnight in the beautiful rooms with delicious food is simply divine! 05/07/2026: We very much liked the food, and I got to know an amazing red wine (Lagrein Gries from Kellerei Bozen). But we were not happy with the table/seats we were getting, whilst there were plenty of other cosy options. It felt as if other visitors were privileged. The seafood dish as a shared starter was one of the best things we ate during our holiday in Eppan. Simply great!

24/06/2026: A heartwarming welcome, perfect for a special dinner with friends 🌟 We were greeted with a truly rare warmth and kindness by the owner: she immediately made us feel at home, with sincere smiles and a constant availability that made the evening even more beautiful. The atmosphere is refined and elegant, yet warm and welcoming. The menu is simple but well-executed. There are several tables outside, and on nice evenings, it's divine. The service was a bit slow and not always attentive, considering the quality of the place. The wines were excellent (after all, it started out as a wine bar, and it shows!), and the tartare was also very good. I would, however, reconsider the accompanying bread: it was toasted sandwich bread, not quite in keeping with the rest of the menu. The desserts are well-made and very Instagrammable, just like the entrance with its beautiful rope swing decorated with flowers. I definitely recommend it for a special occasion, thanks to the truly pleasant atmosphere and that warm welcome that stays in your heart. ❤️

06/03/2026: A cozy hotel that breathes history, modernly furnished rooms, cleanliness, beautiful wellness, exceptionally delicious food. We return repeatedly, nothing has disappointed us yet

27/01/2026: Excellent hotel, we stayed two nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful room, lovely wellness area, excellent breakfast and super-superb dinner. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There's a bike path in front of the hotel, a bus stop 30 meters away, and ample parking. Kudos to the management and all the staff.

12/06/2026: A charming, rustic atmosphere and excellent, friendly service. The food, whether meat or pasta, is of superb quality. The wine selection is fantastic. In summer, you can sit under a walnut tree. The highlight is probably the 1,000-gram Fiorentina T-bone steak.
