18/04/2026: Cipriana is a fantastic, upscale village restaurant. For a more intimate atmosphere, there's a separate area with just five tables. The menu covers all the bases of Italian cuisine. The wine list is extensive and features award-winning wines from Trentino. I can honestly say the chef(s) are absolutely top-notch. All the ingredients are sourced locally. My favorite was the beef fillet with green peppercorns. The meat was of superb quality, tender, medium-rare, and cooked to perfection. The risotto was a true delight. Simply put, if you have the chance, stop by and enjoy this delicious meal. Best regards

09/05/2026: We went for dinner on a friend's recommendation, and I have to say we weren't disappointed. We ordered the carbonara, and despite the longer-than-usual wait, I have to admit it was worth the wait. It's difficult, if not impossible, to find better in the area; honestly, I've only found a carbonara of this quality in Rome. The desserts are wonderful. We tried the tiramisu and the Sachertorte, both different from the usual but I'd say almost better than their original counterparts. Finally, I'd add that the staff is truly welcoming and professional.

08/06/2026: Our stay at Hotel MySeele in Torbole was absolutely superb and exceeded our expectations in every way. We were particularly impressed by the owners' exceptionally warm and friendly manner. From the very first moment, you can feel the passion and hospitality with which this hotel is run. We felt welcome and perfectly cared for at all times. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The entire hotel impresses with state-of-the-art technology, high comfort, and remarkably well-maintained condition. Great emphasis is placed on quality and well-being here. The breakfast also deserves special praise: an excellent selection, high-quality products, and a perfect start to the day. The numerous amenities and services leave nothing to be desired; in particular, we had the pleasure of trying a local drink, Tassoni with Prosecco, which was served by the pool. Many thanks for the wonderful time at Lake Garda. We would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel MySeele.

06/06/2026: We had a wonderful holiday. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the entire hotel was very well-maintained. The excellent breakfast was particularly great, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes, fresh fruit, cakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, and sparkling wine. One minor drawback for some guests might be the approximately ten-minute walk to the village. The return trip to the hotel, with its steps, is also a bit strenuous. However, this didn't bother us. A few suggestions for improvement: Dried fruit would be a nice addition to the sauna area, as there were only apples and tea available. Also, the television could be removed during breakfast. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

13/05/2026: One of the most delicious restaurants we've tried in all of northern Italy! We stayed three nights at Molfino and dined there three times. Each time, the food was incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the service was wonderful—friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. I recommend the grilled fish dishes, especially the red tomato-based fish, which were delicious, juicy, and spicy. I also recommend the fried saldrina with a layer of bread, prepared in the traditional Molfino style (steamed and suitable for children). It comes with a generous portion of delicious boiled vegetables. It's one of the most beautiful cuisines I've ever tasted, and the chef and dishes are fantastic, especially for Arab and Gulf cuisine. The vegetable soup with beans is perfect for cold weather, and the portion is generous. 👍🏻 Brother Karim Al-Maghribi was very welcoming, friendly, polite, and provided fast service. He also gave excellent recommendations. May God reward him! He's truly creative. 🌟 I'll add photos of the dishes. Enjoy! 🌺

10/05/2026: We stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant by chance. The welcome and service were excellent. There was a wide selection of dishes and superb presentation. The dishes we tried were excellent and plentiful. A truly exceptional discovery. We will definitely be back.

04/05/2026: A real castle hotel. This is no palace so don’t expect silk and tapestry everywhere. It’s rough around the edges. The rooms are very comfortable but without WiFi, TVs, or phones. The breakfast choices are numerous and the pastries are delicious. The staff is enthusiastic and always available The restaurant is intimate and offers a chef’s menu with limited choices. We visited during spargal season and had a delicious soup. We tried the tasting menu where we chose 4 dishes from the menu and enjoyed them a great deal. If anything the staff is overly attentive.

01/06/2026: Regional, sustainable, and very welcoming atmosphere. A must-try for all Fiemme and Trentino lovers… definitely try the vanilla goat's milk ice cream with fruit. Rarely will you experience something more delicate melting on your palate 😋

02/05/2026: A beautiful and charming location in the center of Montefalco. The menu is sophisticated and varied, and the service and food are top-notch. The Sommelier's skill and kindness are noteworthy.

01/05/2026: Gourmet. With a good wine list. Dishes aren't all traditional, but they're varied.

09/04/2026: I found a specific bottle of wine in this shop, but they gave me a vintage that had already gone bad. This is something a wine shop should know. They also charged me double the price. It's a shame, as they did have a nice collection.

08/04/2026: Every time I return to Assisi, I can't help but stop by for at least an aperitif. Recommended.

22/05/2026: A place with a wide variety of drinks and fusion food. Perhaps the atmosphere is a bit pretentious, but I suppose it depends on your taste. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the prices are a bit high, but the offerings are unique, and that's fair enough.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience. I came here with my wife as a wedding gift from some friends. I had a wonderful time, and the service was impeccable. The private spa is a gem, and the indoor and outdoor pools are the icing on the cake. The dinner was very good, especially the meat (one of the best I've ever had). The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and varied. The entire staff was super welcoming and professional.

25/05/2026: The location is easy to reach, nestled in greenery with a wonderful view of the lake. The room is huge, clean, and very quiet. The spa is beautiful. The on-site restaurant offers a vast menu and a well-stocked wine list. We dined there two nights and every dish was delicious. The outdoor pool is set in a large green area, ensuring peace and relaxation. Finally, the parking lot is ample, with shaded spots and electric car charging facilities.

15/05/2026: We had a fantastic visit and everything was beyond expectations. From tastings of local oil and olives to our dinner, wines and dessert. Really good service in a cozy setting.

02/05/2026: OLEVM was a truly pleasant discovery. Attentive and friendly service, a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The fillet steak in Sagrantino was excellent, but a special mention goes to the desserts: the blond chocolate plum cake is spectacular, absolutely worth trying. A place I would gladly return to.
