09/09/2025: We had meat. Truly exceptional: both the porcini mushroom tagliata and the mixed grill were perfect in flavor and cooking. The sautéed potatoes were perfect, just like in a cookbook.

02/09/2025: This restaurant serves excellent Trentino cuisine with regional ingredients. Insalata Mista: Crispy and fresh, carefully balanced – a light start that already demonstrates the emphasis placed on product quality and balance. Appetizer with Polenta & Trout: Delicately cooked fish, aromatic and subtly salty, served with crispy polenta with a pleasant texture – traditional in concept, modern in execution. Risotto with Porcini, Truffle & Parmesan: Grainy al dente, intense porcini notes, the truffle elegantly integrated, Parmesan present but never overpowering – very harmonious and wholesome. Service & Ambience: Attentive, friendly team; the setting is lovingly and inviting – exactly the atmosphere that best suits natural cuisine. It also offers great value for money. Mobility: Ample parking is available – arrive relaxed, enjoy in a relaxed manner.

21/06/2025: Very beautiful and quiet location. Wonderful terrace with a canopy of leaves. The dishes are prepared with love. Very good. Service was very friendly. We would be happy to come back.

07/09/2025: Very nice, clean hotel in a great location, especially for those who enjoy walking. Just a few minutes' walk from the Busatte trail and the Busatte adventure park! Ideal for both families and couples. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel also has a small pool (plus spa) for guests' use.

23/08/2025: Total disappointment – ​​Hotel Hi Torbole Price: €170 for one night in a standard room. We opted for just one night, but the experience was enough to convince me never to return. Perhaps the hotelier took the term "ensuite bathroom" too literally: here, the shower is literally next to the bed, separated only by a glass pane, with the sink placed at the foot of the bed as an unusual furnishing accessory. For the toilet, however, you have to make do with a closet without even a bidet. All of this, of course, wasn't specified in the description on Booking.com: a lack of transparency that's difficult to justify. Reception and breakfast: limited. The reception did its job. On a positive note: the lady in the dining room was kind. It's also absurd to discover that the TV in the room is tuned only to German channels. We understand that the clientele is mostly German-speaking, but a little attention to Italian speakers wouldn't hurt. Perhaps the same carelessness is evident in the lack of a bidet and a cleanliness that, while adequate (a 7), certainly doesn't reach the standards one would expect for a similar price. Parking: an additional €8, not clearly indicated on Booking.com, where only the availability of parking was mentioned. An unpleasant and decidedly opaque surprise. Distance from the center: They state a 10-minute walk... maybe, but downhill. On the way back uphill, those 10 minutes easily become 20. Value for money? Simply ridiculous. At €170 a night, I expected a hotel, not a reality show set about how to survive without space, without comfort, with a surprise extra parking space and a TV that seems designed only for German tourists. If I were to return to Torbole, I would definitely choose something else: next time, I'd prefer a B&B; at least the bathroom and bed are in different rooms.

08/09/2025: A truly exquisite restaurant, convenient to the center and the lake, easily accessible with strollers and wheelchairs, and extremely kind and attentive staff. The prices are average, and the menu is varied, including vegetarian options. We ate really well. For two dishes, a water, a beer, and two coffees, we spent just under €70. If you're passing through, definitely stop by.

13/09/2025: Dining at Castel Pergine was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a fairytale — perched high above the valley, the castle offers breathtaking views and an atmosphere steeped in history and charm. We were seated in a beautifully restored historic room, lit softly with candles and ambient light that enhanced the romantic and elegant mood. The service was impeccable — gracious, attentive, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. Now, the food. Every course was a masterpiece. The chef blends tradition and creativity in a way that honors local Trentino flavors while offering a fresh, refined twist. We began with a delicate appetizer , followed by a perfectly cooked risotto with Gorgonzola cheese and nuts, each dish more impressive than the last. The ingredients were clearly seasonal and locally sourced, and the plating was as artistic as the castle itself. The wine selection was exceptional, with expert pairings that elevated each course. Dessert was the perfect finale — light, elegant, and bursting with flavor. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience — a journey through taste, history, and atmosphere. If you’re anywhere near Trentino, a dinner at Castel Pergine is a must. Whether you're celebrating something special or just want a night to remember, this is the place.

08/09/2025: A traditional restaurant, meticulously maintained and very welcoming, with perfect acoustics even when the room is full. The staff are friendly and well-trained. The food is generously portioned and of high quality. Prices are average for a restaurant; a side dish, main course, and dessert are around thirty euros (excluding drinks).

07/09/2025: Luckily, even though we hadn't booked, someone canceled and let us have a seat on the veranda! Cheese and cured meat platter: Excellent appetizer, accompanied by delicious sauerkraut and giardiniera! Delicious spaetzle and a trio of delicious dumplings (there's no use there, I've already tried them, but at this point I don't understand the dish). The child was satisfied with the penne with meat sauce and the potatoes and sausage! Good value for money!! Nothing more to say!

24/08/2025: My wife and I went to Montefalco for a romantic getaway. We had lunch at the inn and were speechless, so speechless that we had to go back for dinner. The quality of the food was impressive, the organization top-notch, and the staff and owner were exquisite and extremely kind. They showed us the cellars, which were beautiful and well-stocked. We tasted a 1983 Brunello di Montalcino, you can imagine. We'll definitely be back.

19/08/2025: A special place for special occasions. I went last night for dinner with my family. The off-menu tartares were delicious and seasoned with skill and personality (the chives were an original and tasty touch). The Bavarian cream with amaretto cream was exceptional. The service was perfect. The sommelier advised us with expertise, courtesy, friendliness, and honesty, and at the end of the dinner, he took us to the restaurant's wine cellar: an incredible sight. The prices are fair considering the exceptional setting. For four of us, for two dishes each (two of which were strangozzi with truffles—what truffles!), an excellent bottle of Rosso di Montefalco, three desserts, and the entrée (included in the cover charge) we spent €234. The place is beautiful both inside and out, where it truly feels like being in a theater.

12/09/2025: Bibenda in Assisi was a wonderful discovery! 😍 Top wines, delicious platters, and a super welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly sweet and makes you feel right at home. Absolutely not to be missed! 🍷🧀

19/08/2025: Umami Umami, you really over did yourself. Came with no expectations, left with wanting 10 more meals from them. Starters, Perfect. If you’ve ever had something Japanese and liked it, then get the Japanese Starters and if you didn’t like the the Japanese thing you tried, still get the Japanese Starters. They were absolute perfection. The onigiri perfect, the rice meat seaweed rap thing perfect and everything else just perfect. Starters alone already get a 5 Stars. Then if that didn’t already satisfy you get the Manila Burger, the meat the onion rings, everything was just perfect. I got it without sweat potatoes so I don’t know how it is with them, but how I got the Burger, it was perfect. Loved Everything so much. If I could I would give a Million Stars, 5 out of 5 would recommend and probably will come again if I’m ever in the area again.

17/08/2025: I love this pub, although calling it a pub is an understatement given the sophisticated dishes on the menu. My boyfriend and I dined here three nights in a row, and we would have returned a fourth if our little trip hadn't ended. The food was excellent, with innovative dishes. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. They also pay great attention to gluten-free options. We hope to return soon. Unfortunately, it's impossible to give more than 5 stars. Keep up the good work, because everything is fantastic. The dishes in the photos are all gluten-free.

23/06/2025: A true corner of paradise discovered a few years ago and, after the last stay, I can only reconfirm its beauty. The staff is always super welcoming and helpful, while the location is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet full of high-quality products are also excellent. Highly recommended.
