31/05/2025: A real insider tip! The menu is small but excellently curated – quality over quantity counts here. Particularly impressive: Only products from local producers are used, which you can taste in every bite. The dishes are creative, lovingly prepared, and reflect a great appreciation for regional ingredients. If you're looking for authentic enjoyment in a cozy atmosphere, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!
06/05/2025: We were guests at the Hotel Wildschütz in St. Leonhard and the Pixner family recommended this extraordinary restaurant to us for our second evening.
From the welcome with an aperitif on the terrace, to the fantastic wine and the really excellent food with super friendly service, this was an evening as one could only wish for.
The meat specialties are of top quality and the side dishes (asparagus) were perfectly prepared. The only danger is overeating because it's just so damn delicious, but we're happy to take that risk for the sake of this culinary delight.
Anyone who eats here is doing everything right 🫶 thank you for this wonderful evening with you 😍

31/03/2025: A place that was probably once classy, now I would say that it is elegant but could do with a refresh. The food is quite good, the service in short.. it would have been much better if the waiter had avoided starting with "and what are you, young man, having?" I'm 50 years old... maybe I could have been her father... but I'm not 80 years old and you're making a funny joke... My partner is a teetotaler... and he said, "Doesn't the lady drink wine? Is she pregnant?"... I thought I was joking aside... I don't know... I gave up because ruining the evening for a waiter wasn't the case... All in all the price of the dishes served seemed correct... ok even for the 4.00 euro cover charge per person... but honestly 2.50 for an espresso coffee and 7.00 euros for a glass of Teroldego from the house... or not.

05/07/2025: Beautiful hotel the core is an old villa around which modern buildings have been tastefully added. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Even when it is very busy during check-in, every guest gets all the attention in peace. Beautiful garden with a beautiful view over Trente.
Restaurant serves excellent dishes with delicious matching wines.
The breakfast buffet is more than excellent.
We will definitely come back here.
02/07/2025: Wonderful hotel. Most importantly, it has something that makes you want to come back. Great rooms, nice garden and great food. Very helpful staff. I highly recommend!!!

22/03/2025: Always a guarantee! Platters with cheeses and cured meats accompanied by beers. All of excellent quality in a real mountain pub where nothing is left to chance. Well done Manuel!
22/03/2025: Excellent food and service. Ate here twice and both time the food and service was fantastic.
Recommend the chicken wings, muahroom pasta and any pizzas as they are all wonderful.
Great service and a wonderful front of hoise team.

07/05/2025: Bisogna avere un po' di pazienza nell'aspettare i piatti, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Anche il loro vino rosso sfuso è ottimo così come l'olio che producono. Pane buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente e il prezzo era onesto. Appena riesco ci ritorno!!
23/04/2025: Small place but so much stuff! Polite, approachable and very friendly staff. Food 100!!! All really very good!!! The crostini with lard... The cold cuts... The carne salada... The beans... The giardiniera prepared with spectacular courgettes... The mini tortels!!! The dumplings were good but the barley, radicchio and teroldego were mouth-watering! Then cut, very soft ribs, wow braised meat and polenta! To finish, bread cake and panna cotta with strawberry jam... A unique satisfaction for the palate and the aromas 😍😍😍

08/04/2025: Avevamo aspettative alte (in realtà auto-imposte), ma non siamo stati delusi: paesaggi bellissimi, materia prima ottima e piatti squisiti, servizio ospitale e straordinario il modo di rispettare gli animaletti dell'agriturismo: mucche, asini, conigli, alpaca, caprette 🫶🏼 tutto stupendo.
