06/04/2026: On Elisabeth's recommendation from the dumpling-making course, we booked a table for dinner today. I really wanted to try the Rohner dumplings. We received a very friendly welcome and ordered the dumplings and the daily special. It was simply delicious, and at fair prices. We also found the atmosphere very appealing and cozy. We will definitely return on our next visit to the Passeier Valley. A small suggestion: the online menu could use an update. I already suspected the prices weren't correct.

21/03/2026: A traditional, warm location, excellent service that pampers guests from start to finish with many unexpected surprises. The price is excellent considering the quality of the dishes and the attention to detail.

10/03/2026: Food was ok but the service is very slow and it seemed like Italians / friends get a better one :)

12/04/2026: We had dinner at Taverna Clara on Valentine's Day. We couldn't have chosen a better place for an intimate and romantic evening. Wow, what a wonderful experience!!! The atmosphere, the food, the pairings, the service...everything was impeccable. Well done, keep up the good work. We'll be back soon.

05/04/2026: An absolutely excellent experience; the young and knowledgeable staff and the traditional, very refined atmosphere. Excellent dishes; first courses and desserts are strictly homemade. Highly recommended!!!

05/04/2026: We visited Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie and were absolutely delighted. The food was outstanding and the ambiance simply perfect – a truly special atmosphere. The service was also friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean. The food we ordered was good, although the lamb chops could have been cooked a little longer, but that's a matter of personal preference. Negative notes: We were told the dish of the day (lamb chops) would be served with side dishes. They arrived with only a piece of white broccoli on the side. Another diner was served the same dish with three sides: green broccoli, a radicchio, and a piece of fennel. Finally, the bill...we found ourselves charged different prices for the appetizers than those listed on the menu. Perhaps because we asked to split the two different appetizers into two plates. To be fair, the waiter should have specified that there was an additional charge for this service so the customer could decide whether it was worth it.

07/04/2026: Everything was delicious, from the fish appetizer, to the asparagus risotto, to the freshly made tartar, prepared by the waiter, and the dumplings.

06/04/2026: Beautifully situated above Trento, with well-maintained infrastructure and very dog-friendly – ​​a place to feel at home. The breakfast is plentiful and of truly excellent quality. The restaurant also boasts outstanding cuisine. There are a few minor drawbacks, however: The parking lot occasionally resembles chaos more than organization – a shuttle to the city center would be a charming solution. Breakfast gets quite lively during peak hours, and the attire of some guests (flip-flops or straight from the gym) creates more of a beach than a hotel atmosphere – a more understated dress code would certainly be advisable. Dogs in the breakfast room are also a bit much. In conclusion: A wonderful place with a lot of charm – with a few minor adjustments, it would be almost perfect.

06/04/2026: Fantastic pub with excellent service. I loved how my Bloody Mary was made. Great idea serving free snacks with our drinks. We really like the El Bait Pub,and highly recommend if you are in the area.

28/10/2025: Excellent home-cooked dishes, a rustic atmosphere, and truly reasonable prices. The menu is generally fixed but includes a bit of everything. The potato tortelli are excellent, the braised meat is delicious, and the ribs are exceptional. We had a great time.

27/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! I used to come here when I worked in these beautiful areas! I returned with family and friends after a few years, and it feels like time has stood still! The owners are incredibly sweet and kind; the lady cooks divinely, and the gentleman is not only sweet and helpful, but incredibly tender! The cuisine isn't superb, but more so: plentiful and of exceptional, superior, unique quality...typical of a mountain refuge! The prices are more than fair, €30 per person including drinks for a menu that never ends. The appetizers are incredible: the meat is fresh and tender, the beef is firm, and the carpaccio is something you'll remember for a lifetime. The first courses are exceptional: the canederli are traditional Trentino dumplings (the cheese ones are a delight!), and the second courses (for those who haven't had enough before) are exquisite; the braised beef in Barolo is so tender it melts in your mouth! The grappas are excellent, also strictly handmade! When we pass by these places again, we'll definitely stop here! Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends; they're not always open during the week. It's family-run! Update: We returned at the end of October 2025 and I can say that the quality is still the same, as is the kindness of the staff and "Mr. Baffo," who remains the star of the place! The price of the full menu has been increased by €5, now costing €35; still, it's a more than fair price for the quantity and quality of the products.

15/04/2026: Dinner at the restaurant was truly spectacular! Everything was divine: from the waiters, to the location, to the atmosphere, to the food! We'll definitely be back!

06/04/2026: It is a place in full Dolomite style, welcoming and elegant with scented wood everywhere. The cuisine is truly of a high standard, from the appetizers to the first courses, which are very well prepared and super original, second courses that you would like to try them all and you never regret the choice, desserts that are typical of the area and very well prepared. Obviously, even for wines there are no problems finding the one to your taste. The service is fast and courteous, they are energetic and kind guys who make you feel really good. Congratulations and keep it up!
