I went to eat on Tuesday evening with a colleague, excellent food, a top-quality wine list, a very nice and welcoming place and very professional and kind staff.

Both a restaurant and a wine bar, the Pillhof restaurant offers guests a refined, elegant and welcoming environment. The cuisine is superb, extremely refined and with seasonal ingredients, the dish in the photo speaks for itself.... So a varied menu that always adapts to the seasonality of the ingredients. The dining room staff is helpful and attentive to customer care, very good 😊. It is a pleasure to return to this beautiful place for lunch or dinner. The wine cellar is a plus if you want to take advantage of it. Nice in spring or summer to eat in the outdoor courtyard.

A restaurant/wine shop to return to especially for the quality/price ratio. Easily accessible, the environment is comfortable, impeccable service and excellent cuisine. A plus not to be taken for granted in South Tyrol, dogs are allowed.

Very unique and well looked after place, excellent food and good service. The Tartar is the flagship, to be recommended. Furthermore there are a lot of wines.

Riconfermo il Pillhof come garanzia. La bellezza del cortile in stile masseria e l’ arredamento interno, la gentilezza dello staff e la qualità di piatti e vini, se volete portare qualcuno a pranzo/cena al Pillhof fate sempre una bella figura.

Baita Pauli Hütte

29/03/2024: Very cute cabin along the La via del Dialogue path, with indoor and outdoor seating. Delicious typical food, kind and courteous service. Prices in line with the location.
27/03/2024: Lovely place with home like atmosphere. Perfect for a coffee or a drink. Unfortunately the food was nothing special, we don’t recommend the soups - very dense and a bit tasteless, neither the desserts. The have a big offer of freshly grilled meats so personals it is a better option.
