14/01/2024: I happen to go to Gissi regularly and Bernardino's restaurant is one of those places where it's always a pleasure to return. Today's lunch was excellent. We had some excellent appetizers and continued with a risotto with pumpkin, ventricina and buffalo mozzarella. We finished with roast lamb and chicken. Everything was fantastic and the recommended wine was excellent. Prices are in line with what is offered. I highly recommend!

24/02/2024: Very kind owner, he welcomed us with a smile on an evening when there were only us and one other couple. He sat us next to the fireplace and served us with rare kindness. Everything was good, especially the little guitars with venison sauce, delicious! We definitely recommend it!

07/01/2024: I had already been there this summer. The service was ok slow but it was justified by the many people. We returned in December, the first to arrive we find the waitresses chatting, laughing and looking at their cell phones ignoring our presence. After twenty minutes (the place is still empty) I get up to order the drink, after another ten minutes they approach the table to take the order. (It's a shame they didn't even bring us the menu). The food is good but honestly the service is ridiculous. I've been a waitress all my life and I speak with full knowledge of the facts. There is a lot to improve. A real shame because the food and prices are more than satisfactory.

22/03/2024: I have some good maxi calzones but not the best the dough was a little rubbery I have 7 flavors the best one with the ventricina, the one with the frankfurter looked like a cheap frankfurter

25/03/2024: High class restaurant, overlooking the sea, fresh fish menu 🐠 and presented with great quality and originality. I went on a Saturday night with friends, fairly quick service considering it was a Saturday. Perhaps a little more delicacy from the room manager, who at times appeared unfriendly. Price of dinner with 1 bottle of good wine 🍷 around 50 euros.
