This pizzeria offers unique and sophisticated pizzas, with classic Neapolitan dough and excellent, fresh ingredients. They don't take reservations, so I recommend getting there super early or arming yourself with patience.

The pizza is excellent, but as a vegan alternative, I'd recommend a non-dairy vegetable pizza. I'd expect a carefully crafted plant-based pizza on par with the other pizzas on the menu (given the proven expertise), considering that many people already manage to make it. The same goes for desserts, as I would have happily spent more.

Excellent pizzas. Excellent service. Cool pictures on the wall. Very friend the staff. Unfortunately, because the prices are so reasonable, there's almost always a wait.

I had dinner at Acqua e Farina and had a truly wonderful time! I had the Tonnarella pizza and it was spectacular: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. To finish, I tried the pistachio dessert... simply amazing! Creamy, tasty, and not too heavy. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a pizzeria I'll gladly return to. Highly recommended!

27/02/2026: Strategically located and very welcoming thanks to its brightness. The various jars of delicacies and flours displayed throughout the space are thoughtfully arranged, making you wonder how to use them. The bar area has a glass window overlooking Mount Summano, and the hanging cups almost seem suspended, waiting to be used. Add to this the fabulous croissants and the coffee has a rich flavor; alternatively, they offer excellent slices of cake, yogurt, and sandwiches. Highly recommended!
15/01/2026: Very good venue, excellent food and wine selection. The atmosphere is refined, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend it for breakfast, lunch, or an aperitif.
