FABULOUS AND VERY LIGHT pizza, highly recommended! I recommend booking to ensure a spot, at least in the evening, but it's also great for lunch!

Very nice place and fabulous pizza… the only problem is the lack of reservations and long waiting times if you don't arrive by 7:30 pm. Very friendly staff.

We went for dinner last night. Regarding the quality of the pizzas and the friendliness of the staff: nothing to complain about, everything was very good. The organization, however, leaves a bit to be desired. I understand the decision not to accept evening reservations, but this creates some difficulties for those waiting, as a long line forms in front of the counter and the staff is inundated with questions. Furthermore, it seems like everyone has a very specific role: someone escorts you to your table, someone takes your order, and someone serves drinks. This might work on a quiet evening, but perhaps it would be helpful if everyone was prepared to take on any role during busy times. For example, we sat outside waiting to be called for dinner and asked if it was possible to order an aperitif, but we were told to wait for the only person in charge of taking orders. We waited about 30 minutes without being served, until we approached the counter, where one person wasn't taking orders, and the other, who eventually served us, was very busy and running around. Overall, a positive experience from a gastronomic standpoint, but patience is recommended because it can be quite crowded.

Acqua e Farina is a must-visit for anyone looking for excellent pizza in the area, and Rosario Giannattasio, chef and owner of this wonderful establishment, will recommend the best pairings for his dishes and his excellent wine list.

Spacious, bright, and clean. Friendly and attentive staff. But the pizzas? A delight for the eyes and the palate! Flavorful, soft, and delicious. In every course, from appetizers to dessert, you can sense the attention to the highest-quality ingredients. Exceptional! Nothing else to say. Authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Excellent pizzas, light and easy-to-digest dough, and quality ingredients. It's a nice place, and the rooms are clean.
