10/04/2026: Beautiful place nestled in the Sant'Elena gardens... That's enough. Prices: €2.50 for a macchiato with milk only. Drinks: €4. Bottled water: €2.50. Toilets: €2.50. Maybe you should take a step outside... I'm not in St. Mark's Square.

31/03/2026: I can't say anything about the food because we didn't eat anything, but the truth is, the place is an oasis of peace and quiet after so many tourists in the center of Venice. It's great for disconnecting without getting your wallet drained. You take a break and return to the hustle and bustle feeling refreshed.

07/08/2025: Panini con prodotti sempre di prima scelta, piccola selezione di vinelli sempre gradevoli, grande cortesia di Fabio, il proprietario, e dei suoi collaboratori. Per me molto più di un bacaro, ci ho passato tutto il periodo dell’università e frequentandolo mi sono fatto dei buoni amici tra gli avventori, complice anche l’atmosfera sempre conviviale e scanzonata. Me lo sogno perfino di notte. Un must se si passa per Venezia, ottimo per uno spuntino e un’ombra a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Semplicemente di meglio non ce n’è.

04/02/2026: A great hotel in a quiet location yet close to Venice, a 25-minute bus ride away; the bus stop is opposite the hotel. There's ample, secure parking. The room is clean, with good Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. There's air conditioning and heating, which can be adjusted individually to suit your needs. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available in the room. The hotel offers a very good Italian breakfast for a small fee. The lady at the front desk, I don't know if she's the owner, but she's very kind and helpful. She selflessly helped me solve a problem I had, even though she didn't have to. I really appreciate people like that and I'd like to thank her again. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area. Best regards, and see you soon.

18/10/2025: The place is nice, the service is fast, but the prices are out of control and, especially considering the quality, they're low. The pasta is hard and inedible, and the pizzas are meaningless. Negative.

10/03/2026: All good, low prices, a tip: I would put the salami on top of the mozzarella, and the tomato is good, but too liquid, this is my personal taste.

26/03/2026: A hidden gem about 30 minutes from Venezia is Osteria Venezia. A local place in the heart of Italy in a quiet, elegant historical town great customer service, phenomenal food, and plenty of parking. A must try!

We always received a warm welcome, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The campsite and beach were spotlessly clean. 05/03/2026: DO NOT GO TO THIS TOURIST TRAP It is clearly a tourist trap. The quality of the products is more than mediocre and the food served is obviously frozen. The cooking is extremely basic, flavorless, and completely lacking any creativity. Nothing justifies the prices they charge. The most shocking part is the price-to-quality ratio: the fish is charged at around €11 per 100 g, which quickly comes to nearly €50 for a frozen fish that is simply cooked, with no flavor and no real culinary work. At that price, you would normally expect a gastronomic level or at least fresh products. Here, it is nowhere close. Almost any food truck would do better for €10. This is very low-level cooking sold at gourmet restaurant prices. The dining room was almost empty, which is not surprising after seeing what arrives on the plate. Venice is full of far better restaurants. Avoid this place. —- UPDATE – RESPONSE TO THE OWNER Dear sir, I clearly know Italian cuisine far better than you do — and cooking in general as well. I knew how to cook a fish properly at the age of seven; in your restaurant, it seems this is still not the case. With more than 40 years of experience in cooking, I can confidently confirm that several of the products served are frozen. In fact, your cuisine has nothing Italian about it: a mix of frozen vegetables in broth presented as vegetable soup, a few slices of zucchini with a watery taste — typical of frozen vegetables — sold as grilled vegetables, and a frozen fish with a rubbery texture once cooked. On one point, however, your remark is correct: it is indeed better to eat at a fast-food restaurant than at your establishment. At these prices, one would at least expect fresh products, properly prepared and respectful of Italian culinary traditions. Here, that is clearly not the case. Personally, I prefer restaurants where ingredients are properly sourced, where people actually know how to cook, and where customers are respected. Yours clearly does not fall into that category. I stand by my review: your restaurant is a tourist trap. Change your practices if you want to receive better reviews.

04/04/2026: Best Ragout I had in and outside of Venice. Duck Ragout Tagliatelle was amazing, Arabiata Spagetti offered a great and delicious veg option that is rarely found in venice. Indoor space is a little tucked away from busy streets offering a calm dining space for family. Highly recommended.
