10/06/2026: We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is nice and close to the train station, which makes arrival and departure very easy. It is also very close to the main transport throughout Venice - which was great! The hotel breakfast had plenty of options including hot and cold options and decent coffee. The hotel restaurant was also very good. Things to note: There is no onsite laundry - we used a laundromat that was ~ 5 min walk away which was a good alternative. There are no in room ironing facilities which was disappointing. Our room was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

29/04/2026: My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we're checking out today. It's right on the Grand Canal and very close to the central train station. The staff are very friendly, sincere, smiling, and helpful... but the rooms need a little renovation. The main question is: Would I stay at this hotel again if I came back? Yes, I would. There are slippers, a toothbrush, water and drinks in the cupboard in the room... cleaning is done every day and the sheets are changed. The coffee and croissant at breakfast are delicious. It's worth mentioning again that the staff are excellent ❤️
