We ate here as part of a food tour and loved it so much, came back at the end of our trip and ordered the same thing. We asked for the frito misto without the sardines and they were happy to accommodate the request. Don’t forget to order the house wines - the “sparkling” and red are delicious!

A true hidden gem in Venice. Located in a secluded alleyway away from tourists, it's very peaceful and pleasant. The food was excellent, and the service even better. We stumbled upon it and absolutely loved it.

This place isn't a touristy one, even though it's close to highly touristy areas. The food is very good, although the prices are a bit high. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well, authentic Italian and Venetian cuisine!

A small, traditional restaurant in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Venetian-style calf's liver is a delight. Impeccable and quick service. Affordable prices. Calm and relaxed atmosphere.

10/07/2026: We went to this Osteria thanks to the recommendations and advice of a gondolier, and what can I say... a wonderful experience in every way, from the welcome, to the service, and the food. Good ingredients and excellent preparation, and a proactive staff, so much so that we relied on their recommendations for both dishes and wine. If we really wanted to find a flaw, but one that's understandable given the tourism factor, they could offer the dry pastry dessert with and without passito wine, so we could choose a more refined accompaniment that the area has to offer. But again, I'm just being proactive and not critical. We'll definitely return in other seasons to try other dishes.
06/07/2026: Huge portions, friendly service, and truly excellent food. We were truly satisfied.

09/07/2026: Excellent, authentic Venetian osteria. Meticulous attention to ingredients. Recommended by a local chef with a restaurant on Giudecca.
