Cicchetti In Venezia

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we're checking out today. It's right on the Grand Canal and very close to the central train station. The staff are very friendly, sincere, smiling, and helpful... but the rooms need a little renovation. The main question is: Would I stay at this hotel again if I came back? Yes, I would. There are slippers, a toothbrush, water and drinks in the cupboard in the room... cleaning is done every day and the sheets are changed. The coffee and croissant at breakfast are delicious. It's worth mentioning again that the staff are excellent ❤️

Hotel is in great location, 5 min walk from train station. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean and renovated. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast with a view of a grand canal. Highly recommended. Thanks to all staff who took care of us during our stay and lovely girl at reception who gave us a room with balcony on request. Best staff at this hotel. Thank you.

It's a small hotel in Venice, but the rooms and service are excellent. Breakfast is also good! The location is fantastic, right on the canal! The service is excellent.

Excellent 4-star hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but the orange juice was unsuitable (freshly squeezed juice was available for an extra charge). The room was spacious, clean, odor-free, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for visiting the city and the islands.

Great accommodations! Beautiful hotel, great staff, extremely helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. Great location as well. We loved to breakfast provided as well.

The perfect place for my stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and enjoying it with such an amazing view overlooking the water made it even better. I have absolutely no faults. Thanks!

We have loved staying at this hotel, the location is fab and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. One staff member recommended a lovely wine for me, it was amazing! And Lavinia is lovely and booked us into the best seat in the restaurant and then the Chef blew our minds with their food, it was the best Brushetta, steak and lasagne we have ever had! Highly recommend the hotel and restaurant, and we'd like to thank the staff for their lovely friendly welcome and for looking after us xx

Very nice hotel on the main channel. Close to all the attractions. Great food options and very pleasant staff

My daughter and I stayed here. We chose this hotel because it was close to the station and we had suitcases. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but there was enough room to open two suitcases, and it was very convenient and comfortable. If you're lucky with the timing, you can even get a seat with a view of the canal for breakfast.

We stopped for a drink and a few snacks. Excellent presentation and top-quality food. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back.
