03/05/2026: We ate really well. All the ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and carefully selected; the pairings were very sophisticated and satisfying. However, I must make a valid criticism. It's unfair that there's no menu and the dishes are listed verbally by the waiter. It's unethical (given the bill that arrived at the end!) and it doesn't allow you to calmly decide what to order. There's literally no time to understand what the waiter is offering you (because the list is long and the dishes are very sophisticated; by the time they've all been listed, you've forgotten half of what they suggested), or to discuss it with your fellow diners, or to calmly consider your choice. This is truly annoying considering the quality of the place and the experience one could enjoy. I consider it a serious lack of tact, professionalism, and transparency, so I can't give it full marks.

07/06/2026: Exceptional restaurant. Excellent dinner at fair prices. We were passing through and opted for fried fish (very good). The staff were very friendly and professional. I noticed they genuinely care about their customers. The attention to detail was meticulous, and the decor was captivating.

19/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a simple dinner... the fish is delicious, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. The staff is truly pleasant and hospitable. It's no coincidence that we returned two nights out of two... The fish is excellent: and we say this as people from Bari!

16/11/2025: My experience at Antica Osteria alla Pisoera. Excellent food and beautiful presentation, with a great wine selection. It's a shame about the portions, which are a bit small if you're very hungry. The service is top-notch: the staff is friendly and helpful, and the welcome was excellent. The only real downside is the prices, which are decidedly high. The food is good, that's for sure, but you pay dearly for the quantity.

15/11/2025: The restaurant is new or recently renovated, and I'd say it's family-run. The menu is short and high-quality. I really enjoyed the bigoli and the ribs. The tagliata wasn't particularly tender, but it was cooked well, although the mushrooms were hard to taste in the flan. The wine by the glass was good.

11/05/2026: The pizza was decent, but it was expensive. The staff was unhelpful and unsmiling. One of them was even running around everywhere and was even rude. The tiramisu was awful!

02/06/2026: So I ate carbonara and it was really disgusting, it seemed like it was made with cream. Here in Italy they eat it with eggs. Afterwards, the sausages were hard and I couldn't cut them.
