15/02/2026: What can I say...the pizzeria da Volpe deserves all 5 stars from every point of view, I had an innovative crostino, really good, compliments to the mind of the owner Giovanni who thought of it and put it into practice, my partner a vicolo stretto slightly undercooked as he wanted it, fine and crunchy, the desserts really good, and Monica always friendly and available to the customer, the waitresses very prepared and Gessica very attentive to our needs. Compliments to the owners, it remains the best pizzeria for my tastes. Thank you.

The food is excellent, the price is fair, but the added bonus is the friendliness and professionalism of Katiuscia, the perfect maître d'. She also speaks foreign languages and perfect English. In places like these, there isn't always such a high level of attention to tourists.
I'll bring my friends from Novara there.

The kebab is well-seasoned, with flavorful meat and fresh vegetables; the portions are also excellent, generous yet balanced.
The staff is friendly and helpful, always welcoming you with a smile, and you can tell they're passionate about their work.

The bread is always warm and crispy, the meat flavorful and never dry, the sauces are made just right, and the portions are…for truly hungry people! Every time I return, I'm as satisfied as the first: consistent quality and unique flavor.

Excellent food and beautiful presentation, with a great wine selection. It's a shame about the portions, which are a bit small if you're very hungry.
The service is top-notch: the staff is friendly and helpful, and the welcome was excellent.
The only real downside is the prices, which are decidedly high. The food is good, that's for sure, but you pay dearly for the quantity.
15/11/2025: The restaurant is new or recently renovated, and I'd say it's family-run. The menu is short and high-quality. I really enjoyed the bigoli and the ribs. The tagliata wasn't particularly tender, but it was cooked well, although the mushrooms were hard to taste in the flan.
The wine by the glass was good.

Local, organic ingredients are expertly prepared and slow-cooked to enhance their flavors. Moreno expertly explains the menu and ingredients in the dining room, a poetic display that whets the appetite and enhances the value of the dishes.

The place is very unique, with rooms scattered around it, so much so that when I realized it, it felt like being in a clinic or a showroom.
But let's get to the point: the pizzas.
The dough.
We should go back because it takes a lot of thought.
Yes, the pizzas are delicious and carefully crafted.
Nothing is out of place.
And then there are the off-menu pizzas based on the season.
All high-quality ingredients.
Everything works perfectly.

13/02/2026: The transition from the older generation to the "younger" has benefited the cuisine. It's a renovated trattoria and a traditional pizzeria. The welcome and friendliness of the old guard is undeniable. Today, a lack of courtesy and helpfulness reigns. Distant and surly behavior reigns. Politeness is almost optional.
I would definitely avoid going on weekends and holidays.

01/03/2026: Greta was truly super kind and helpful! It was my first time at that bar and I didn't know anyone, but she welcomed me with a smile, making me feel immediately at ease.
Even though it was a Saturday night and there were lots of people, she was kind, attentive, and always available. You can tell she's passionate about her work and cares about her customers. 😊
15/02/2026: As soon as we came in for an aperitivo, we asked the waitress if we could order. She invited us to sit, assuring us she'd come to the table to take our order. However, after waiting at least 15 minutes without anyone showing up, we were forced to get up and order directly at the counter.
There were four people behind the counter, and we were seated right in front of them; despite this, when we asked, they even asked where we were sitting.
No complaints about the quality: excellent food, fresh cicchetti, and good wine. It's a real shame about the service, which needs a wake-up call.
