Tried PANTA REI for the first time yesterday under pressure from a friend, with the usual distrust of a displaced Neapolitan!
It was a very pleasant surprise.
Perfect and fast service
Very well-maintained restaurant with plenty of space between tables (something not to be underestimated)
Large outdoor area
You can choose between two doughs: traditional, crispier, or burnt wheat, a softer pizza. I opted for the latter and am happy with the choice!
Highly refined ingredients and "uncommon" pizzas (a very, very wide selection) on the menu, which I will be testing soon.
It's not a low-cost pizzeria, but the quality/price ratio is definitely skewed towards quality.
We'll see you again soon.

Excellent options, original pizzas, and interesting gourmet ingredients. The burnt wheat dough is also a great idea. We'll be back because there are several pizzas on the menu that pique our interest.

This is definitely a pizzeria worth trying if you're looking for quality.
The pizza is truly excellent. Light, easy to digest, and made with care. You can immediately sense the attention paid to the dough, especially since they offer several different types to choose from, which I think is a huge plus. The menu is quite varied, with many options and combinations, and the ingredients are clearly top-quality. Some are local, others not, but they're all carefully selected and often artisanal. Overall, you can tell it's not a standard offering.
They don't just do pizza. I've seen other dishes, including pasta dishes, so it's a good place even if not everyone wants pizza.
The place is very well-kept and clean. The atmosphere is pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, so it's a great place to be in a variety of situations and seasons.
An important thing to know is that it gets very busy on weekends. In my experience, it's difficult to find a table without a reservation, especially in the evening. I absolutely recommend booking. By calling in the late afternoon, we managed to get a table, but always quite late, around 9 or 9:30 PM. It's not a hard and fast rule, but it's happened to us several times. The best thing to do is book a day or two in advance, if possible. I can't say for sure during the week, but on weekends, it's definitely packed.
The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. Service is smooth even when the place is busy, which isn't always a given. The bathrooms were clean, another detail that's always a plus.
We also tried the desserts, and they were very good—a great end to the meal.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Excellent pizza, quality ingredients, a refined atmosphere, and well-managed service. You just need to make a reservation ahead of time.

We had a great time; the food was good and the portions were decent. The staff was friendly and professional. The place was welcoming and clean. The only downside was that I was served a bottle of wine for €26. It was obviously excellent, but I wish I'd known how much it cost beforehand. I'll be back to try the pizza and beer 😉.
