13/06/2026: It was a truly positive experience; we've been there a couple of times and we loved it so much that we even had the wedding reception for 27 people. Very friendly service with young, well-trained staff, always smiling. The atmosphere is rustic, yet elegantly rustic, in a quiet space that allows for pleasant conversation. The menu is varied without being overly long, and it's difficult to choose given the uniqueness of the dishes offered, from appetizers to first courses to second courses—all worth trying. Fabio and the kitchen staff have a pure passion for cooking, and it shows in both the preparation of the dishes and even when we went to choose the wedding menu with Fabio, explaining the dishes offered and the possible variations based on seasonal produce took almost two hours! I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

17/05/2026: Terrible experience. After waiting over an hour for a cutlet and fries, it arrived raw and covered in oil. And I'll stop there. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing, and once they seat you, you're left to your own devices. Highly discouraged!!

07/06/2026: Fantastic experience at Trattoria La Busa! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest waiters, always smiling, professional, and attentive to our every need. The real highlight, however, is the cuisine: the meat is simply spectacular. From the tagliata to the ribs to the Florentine steaks, every bite literally melts in your mouth. Perfectly cooked, the highest-quality ingredients, and flavors that make you want to return again and again. For those who don't want to eat grilled food, I absolutely recommend the tagliolini with scallops and scampi, truly exceptional, as well as the fried fish, crispy and light. A special mention also goes to the breadsticks with lard: a true delight that wins you over from the first bite. A place where quality, service, and passion are evident in every detail. If you love good food, La Busa is a must-see. I'll definitely be back! ⭐️🍷🥩🦐

07/06/2026: Persuaded by the waitress, we ordered two rib-eye steaks, a 40-day-aged meat she said was very marbled and unusual because of the high fat content. She came back and told me they weighed 800g each, so we decided to just order one to taste, and would have ordered the second one if we hadn't. The rib-eye steak was full of connective tissue, lacking marbling, so much so that it was almost impossible to carve in some places, and we had to search for tiny bits of meat and fat that were almost unpleasant to the taste. As a result, we left three-quarters of the rib-eye steak on the plate and paid €64, a whopping €8 per 100g when a Florentine steak was selling for €6.50. Luckily, we only ordered one. No discount, despite our complaints.

10/05/2026: I'm editing in response to the owner's embarrassing and imaginative response to my review (I'm reposting it a second time): One of the few worst experiences of my life. I'm used to going to restaurants often, and I've been to this one several times when it had a restaurant-like closing time, but this restaurant seems to have changed, and it's truly a disgrace in every sense of the word. Absurd closing time (10:30 PM). We arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 PM. They put us in a dark, smelly, and cramped corner. I went to the bathroom, and it was really tiny and dirty (an awkward little square where it's hard to move). We ordered, the wine arrived, and at 9:30 PM the appetizer arrived. At 10:20 PM, the Florentine steak we ordered arrived. We hadn't finished eating yet, and the waiters kept coming to the table asking for our dishes at 10:40 PM. The first time we said we were still eating, and the second time they took the dishes away because there was still meat at 10:50 PM. Then we were drinking wine, and the lady came over at 11 PM sharp to tell us we had to leave. I should point out that the lady, the owner's wife, came to ask us to leave. We spent a total of €165 (to eat in a totally quiet place that turned out to be a real nightmare, and to collect the money, they came to our table with a card machine while we were eating). WE ORDERED THE SECOND BOTTLE OF WINE AT 10:50 PM AND THEY DIDN'T TELL US THEY HAD TO CLOSE, SO WE HAD TO DRINK THE CONTENTS OF THE BOTTLE IN ONE gulp, WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THEY WAS INTENDING TO CLOSE RIGHT AWAY, BUT THEY MADE US BUY A 33-EURO BOTTLE EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO DO. (If someone spends 165 euros on food, they probably don't have any money issues and they certainly don't want to eat in a place with all this hassle, let alone ask you for a discount when you didn't even give them time to eat.) Side dishes, dessert, coffee, and liqueur? Who did you offer them to? Because we weren't even given side dishes, much less a bottle of water that should have been included in the price we paid, because the water and the side of potatoes were taken away quickly. Let alone dessert, coffee, and liqueur (never seen them before), and it's embarrassing that you write that they served them because it's absolutely not true. Literally a SCAM because I paid for food that was stolen from me. Then, instead of apologizing, they continue on their way. Rude, arrogant, and overbearing. Shameless and shameless. A real nightmare because if I have to spend that much, I certainly won't go to a place where I just go and stuff myself in a hurry. Oh my God, what an INCONVENIENCE, A VERY BAD experience. Not to be repeated. The owners are terrible. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. For a quick meal, it might be okay, but in a place like this, with this kind of treatment/behavior, it's fine to spend 10-20 euros per person, not 165 euros! HORRIBLE. AN ABSOLUTELY UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. AWFUL SERVICE AND REPREHENSIBLE, PLEASANT BEHAVIOR. The even more absurd thing was that they called the lawyer (we train here) three times just to get us to delete the review. If you can't take criticism, then close your doors. I paid €165, not the lawyer, so there's no point in calling her to put pressure on us. You really are a real shame.

09/09/2025: Today for lunch, my wife, and daughter ate at this bistro. I found the pizza by the slice to be truly excellent, as was the fried calamari. The ingredients were excellent and cooked perfectly. The price was fair and not excessive. The service staff were very friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal here. They truly deserve compliments!!!

28/03/2026: I can't review the restaurant, but I can say I had a very good dinner, with a fantastic express risotto with liver, an excellent beef straeca (I thought only horse meat was available), and a delicious almond dessert. The service was fast, precise, and friendly.

22/03/2026: Farmhouse with an educational farm and restaurant/shop. We had the opportunity to discover it at a lunch event: a guided tour of the outdoor area and a vegetarian lunch. A beautiful, well-kept place with animals, suitable for families. Small, new, and well-kept restaurant: excellent, generous menu, with the option of alternative dishes for children. Definitely a place to visit again!

30/04/2026: Extremely mediocre fish despite the price. Perhaps we made a mistake in ordering raw fish and sushi, and they're more focused on Chinese cuisine, but the raw fish was tasteless and inferior in quality to the all-you-can-eat options, even those nearby. Besides the poor food, we were thoroughly ripped off on the prices. Nice place and friendly staff.

Had lunch with a colleague from the office, the food was divine, the service was excellent, and the food was of undisputed and excellent quality. It's a guarantee and a certainty to return, every time. A truly elegant place, with original and expertly prepared dishes, excellent and impeccable service, and product quality commensurate with the type of restaurant and à la carte menu. I was more than satisfied, happy, and I will definitely return for lunch during my office break, or for a romantic and classy dinner with friends and acquaintances. It's worth trying to understand what it means to eat quality sushi 🍣, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The price of the dishes is absolutely in line with the cost of the fish, its preparation, and how it is served and plated.
