02/08/2025: Some time ago we went to this establishment to spend an evening with friends 🍻. Arriving at around 10:00 PM 🕙, we were warmly welcomed by the manager 👩🏻 who asked us if we wanted to eat or just drink something; since we were already full, we opted for the latter and led us to the area with the sofas 🛋 and armchairs. We then browsed the menu 📋 (the variety of beers 🍺 available was excellent) ordering two lagers and a Coke with lemon 🍋, followed by a portion of fried chicken 🍗 nuggets with potatoes 🍟. The theming of the place was very pleasant and spot on. The girl who served us was kind and attentive. Prices were average. The parking area 🅿️ was not very spacious, in fact there were very few free parking spaces 🚘 even though it was only a Thursday. Other than that, we liked it, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 16/08/2025: We were looking for a place to spend Ferragosto, and we were lucky enough to dine at this place. I can say we were pleasantly and thoroughly satisfied. The service was excellent and friendly. We followed the owner's recommendations for the menu. The quality was excellent, the preparation stellar, and the price was very fair. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

07/10/2025: Nice place, slightly dated vibe and clientele, but good food—slightly above average in quality. The chicken was very well cooked. The desserts were a sore point for me: small portions (see photo) for the prices. Also, the one pictured was a "crostatina" on the menu, a decidedly misleading term (I'd call it a "biscotto" instead). The waitress hadn't specified, since there was a tart both on and off the menu, that the one on the menu wasn't available, and we ended up with this one, which wasn't quite what we'd hoped for. In any case, it's commendable that they took one of the three desserts off the bill (though Alessandro Borghese would have turned his nose up—all or none, why just one?)

03/10/2025: A true delight. The Polletto al sugo marinao is the house specialty, and truly deserves the title. Tender, flavorful, and wrapped in a rich, fragrant sauce: a dish that wins you over from the first bite. Kudos to the restaurant for this delicacy.

23/08/2025: A good restaurant 🍽 that allows you to enjoy the flavors of Eritrean cuisine 🇪🇷, located just outside the city center. The restaurant is located on Via Sorio and has virtually no parking 🅿️, which could make it a bit inconvenient for those who have to go there by car 🚘. The staff is extremely courteous (even over the phone 📞 when booking), with the owner 🧓🏾 proving very helpful in patiently explaining the characteristics of the dishes. We opted for the friendship plate 🤝, which seems to be the highlight of the menu 📋; it is a single dish composed of different types of stew (from buffalo to ostrich to antelope, to name a few), accompanied by a legume puree and typical Eritrean bread 🍞 🇪🇷. As for this bread, characterized by a certain sponginess (no offense to Eritrean cuisine enthusiasts), I must say it's certainly an unusual and very distinctive product, although I didn't particularly enjoy it, primarily because of its texture. In fact, once it soaks up the stew sauce (it's served as a base for the meat itself), the bread tends to fall apart excessively, becoming impractical to eat. Perhaps it would have been better served separately, so as to keep it drier and more whole (but I also realize that doing so would probably have lost one of the dish's distinctive features). The meat was very good 😋, well-cooked and spiced. Prices were perhaps slightly above average, but justified by the exclusivity of the dishes. Overall, the rating is certainly positive 👍. Reservations are highly recommended 📞. A different kind of culinary experience, one I highly recommend. 09/07/2025: It was our first time at an Eritrean restaurant and we chose this little place, which truly enchanted us. We were pleasantly surprised by the style of the place, which was consistent with the culture and tradition, and by the delicious dishes that, though limited, respected customs. So much so, that no desserts were served, as they are non-existent in Eritrean culture due to extreme poverty. The owner is a kind, generous, and calm person who amazes you with his warm welcome and never makes you feel uncomfortable; in fact, he even explains how to eat with your hands! We will be back and recommend it to everyone! P.S. The complimentary final tea was delicious and helped us digest. A memorable evening.

22/09/2025: The food was really good and the interior décor is very catchy. Our server was kind and welcoming. It’s funny (and great!) to find such delicious Middle Eastern/South Asian food right here in Padova. Definitely worth a visit!

21/09/2025: The food was extremely tasty, authentic and the service was exceptional: staff were friendly, service was fast and the ordering process was straightforward. The only problem was the fact that my entire family (4 people) got food poisoning there. It's not clear what food article exactly gave us the food poisoning, however in the end our experience at the restaurant was ruined.

06/09/2025: A cute place with tables on the outdoor porch (covered and shaded, so perfect). It's the perfect stop for a quick lunch (we were running the Euganean Hills Cycle Route) with very reasonable prices and good, generous portions of food—in our case, the tramezzini and schiacciata were top-notch. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended ✌🏻

24/08/2025: Very nice, clean, and well-kept bar. Very fair prices on everything. The spritz is delicious and well-made, and the tramezzini are super tasty and filling!!! Giulia, the owner, is always very kind. There are also tables outside on the porch, sheltered from the sun and possible rain. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: Amazing restaurant in Italy! The steak was incredible, the pasta was the best we’ve ever tried, and the wine was just perfect. Loved the warm eggplant starter. You can truly feel that chef cooks here with love and mastery. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is warm and attentive. We highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

11/09/2025: We got married with Marchioro as our caterer, and the organizational experience was extremely frustrating. Brief summary: unreliable management and owner, constant forgetfulness, broken promises, and constant hassling. On the wedding day, we were unsure about everything. The operational staff, however, were impeccable and professional. They essentially saved the event itself and many organizational issues. The problem is that the bride and groom deal with the administration 99% of the time, and only with the operational staff at the end. If you want a standard "90s/2000s" wedding, it might work; for a personalized event like ours, it's a nightmare. Key details: Cake: We were assured we could choose the cake freely since "we have an in-house lab." But that wasn't the case; a month before the event, they told us that yogurt parfait with berry coulis (a simple homemade fruit cooked with sugar) wasn't possible without trying an external solution. They didn't let us taste the desserts; the owner suggested a millefeuille (in the July heat, lol), so we chose the least bad thing we could think of. For the cake cutting, they only have the tiered one; no cake stands, no flat cakes. Chairs: They promised shabby chic included in the price, but the only suitable chair was extra. We agreed to €350 for about 100 chairs, only to find that we also had to pay VAT (€35). Flowers/Theme: Comic-Con-themed wedding with miniature centerpieces. The owner had repeatedly said "no problem," even after looking at the photos, only to contradict himself two weeks before: no arrangements as agreed, forced to re-arrange at the last minute. Administration: Chaotic communication. They forget, don't read emails, accidentally delete them, constantly contradict each other. Menu chosen and then requested again; tables and files ignored; frantic calls two days before the event about previously agreed-upon details. I had to produce a three-page document that wasn't even consulted. Repeated patronizing phone calls, even sneers at our choices ("your little games" for the table markers). Accessibility: presence of a guest in a wheelchair. The owner of the villa they work with had told us that in the past they had assigned four workers to carry him upstairs; the management confirmed this, but the day before they retracted, offering "lanes" for €200, without clarifying what they were. Only after much persistence did they say "OK for this time," but we didn't trust them. Customer Service: despite numerous inconveniences, no commercial gesture was made, not even the €35 VAT deduction for chairs. Our complaints were answered: "We're sorry for your complaints." Clearly, the priority was invoicing over satisfaction. Conclusion: the event was saved thanks to the professionalism of the operations staff, but the organization was stressful and riddled with unfulfilled promises. The company thrives on its reputation and the quality of its wait staff, not on its management efficiency. Those seeking a personalized wedding must be prepared for constant unexpected events and chaotic communications; those seeking a traditional format without too much customization may find the solution better.

09/10/2025: Aesthetics in every detail. Spacious views of vineyards and olive trees. The aroma of wine from diffusers. Delicious cuisine. The most delicious tartare in the world. Be sure to try the "1916" wine.

07/10/2025: Impeccable service, exceptional location. The other diners ordered the tartare and gave it an A+, as did the gnocchetti and carpaccio. Unfortunately, I ordered the ravioli and can't give it 5 stars. I found it unbalanced, the filling too flavorful, the pasta and sauce lacking, and the sweet potatoes were very salty. The roasted potatoes were also very salty. The grape sorbet, on the other hand, was delicious and highly recommended, as were the biscuits with sauce, truly exceptional.
