Fantastic experience at Trattoria La Busa! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest waiters, always smiling, professional, and attentive to our every need. The real highlight, however, is the cuisine: the meat is simply spectacular. From the tagliata to the ribs to the Florentine steaks, every bite literally melts in your mouth. Perfectly cooked, the highest-quality ingredients, and flavors that make you want to return again and again. For those who don't want to eat grilled food, I absolutely recommend the tagliolini with scallops and scampi, truly exceptional, as well as the fried fish, crispy and light. A special mention also goes to the breadsticks with lard: a true delight that wins you over from the first bite. A place where quality, service, and passion are evident in every detail.
