Each dish is prepared with great care, respecting local recipes and using top-quality ingredients. Our favorite dishes undoubtedly include the pigeon and goose, always cooked to perfection, but a special mention goes to the tagliatelle with offal: a flavorful dish, hard to find elsewhere and truly unsurpassed. Beyond the food, one of the reasons we choose this restaurant is the owner, Paolo,'s expertise. His passion for wine is contagious, and he always recommends excellent labels, introducing us to producers we weren't familiar with. The same level of attention is reflected in the service: all the staff are always kind, smiling, and helpful, contributing to a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The atmosphere is refined and familiar, ideal for a lunch or dinner with friends, but also for celebrating a special occasion. The food was divine, as always. A fantastic restaurant that combines tradition, care, and friendliness, resulting in a truly 360-degree experience. I come here regularly for work with various clients, and every time it's a culinary delight.

Very good food, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and desserts. The wines were also excellent...both white and red. The only downside was the long wait...over an hour to get started, as well as clearing the plates between courses. The staff were friendly and professional. But in the end, we were happy with the excellent food.
