Good pizza at a fair price, service and customer care could use some updating. We're very regular customers because we live in the area, so I wouldn't even need to leave a review, but the rudeness I experienced today when I made a phone reservation prompted me to write this review. The pizza is always excellent, well-topped, tasty, and with a fragrant crust. It's served hot so it never gets cold, and the price is very fair. However, the rudeness of the elderly red-haired lady is disarming; it's incredible to imagine such a low standard these days. When I called to make a reservation, I was literally told, "These are not the times to call!" (even though I've always called at this time on Saturdays and the other waitresses have always been very kind). To make matters worse, after providing my last name, name, and time, the phone was literally hung up on me without even a "thank you and good morning." This is intolerable! Perhaps this lady should be fired, especially considering the numerous negative reviews about her. She's basically the one who lowers your ratings.

As a pizza connoisseur, I can say the dough is really good. It's not made with 00 flour. It seems like a mix of 0 and 1, but much more 1 with a long leavening time, so a light, simple, whole wheat dough that's a success. I really liked it. The toppings were also good. Competitive price. I'd go back. Well done. I recommend going organic as your next step.
