01/12/2025: We were put in the oldest most run-down room. There was no shower, just a bath and a shower head. Every time we wanted a quick wash the whole bathroom got soaked. The plugs in the room was an issue, the regular uk to eu adapter didn’t fit directly into the plug sockets. Luckily we had a eu usbc plug to charge our phones. The room like many others, backed onto a courtyard behind the hotel which is where they discard glass bottles so it got pretty loud at night. Also to note, all the rooms that are front facing, will be over looking a bar called bar sport. This can be very loud until late, and the windows do not block out any sound. We could still hear it and we were round the back of the hotel. You need to park up somewhere to go in and ask for the parking fob for the free car park, and also ask for directions. The entrance is hard to find as google pin points the hotels car park as the adjacent car park which is privately owned. All issues were fine, many couldn’t not be controlled by the hotel of course so no reason to complain. I just wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a long stay. Albeit the location is good, quick walk to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. And the breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating.

23/10/2025: The location is good, but the prices are quite high. No distinction is made between large RVs and small tents. Unfortunately, there are a lot of long-term campers, and the atmosphere is strange. The sanitary facilities have been a problem for years: moldy, dirty, and broken. The location under the larch trees is great.

19/10/2025: What I didn't like was that there were people living there, it was a bit uncomfortable and the bathrooms weren't clean.

09/08/2025: Reported facts: €1 for the glass of water I asked for with my coffee—probably legitimate, but it's the first time this has happened to me. Furthermore, when I tried to pay with a debit card, I was asked to pay in cash "because it's under €10." I don't think this is legally required, but I preferred not to elaborate, cut short the interaction with the staff, and paid in cash. Personal opinion: Service lacking empathy; I certainly wouldn't recommend it to tourists who would enjoy chatting with locals. Fortunately, the rest of the day reminded me that in other bars and restaurants, the hospitality and value for money better reflect the beauty of the places visited in the surrounding area.

10/11/2025: I booked through Booking.com with the wrong date due to a translation error, and I contacted the hotel multiple times, via email and Instagram, simply asking to move the reservation, without requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response, even though the date was approaching. It was disappointing not to receive any assistance or communication, especially considering it was a honeymoon trip. I remain available via email if the hotel wishes to resolve the situation amicably.

04/11/2025: I called to make a reservation, and the lady who answered the phone said, "I'm busy now." If that's how you treat your guests, I'm glad I didn't stay with you. Really unfortunate.

12/08/2025: Friendly staff, good value for money and a great location. They also have a spacious parking lot.

10/08/2025: Charming hotel with a slightly old-fashioned decor, clean and very well maintained. Very friendly and welcoming staff. There are all the comforts in the rooms, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. There is no air conditioning but at 1300 m altitude this is not necessary, the nights are quite cool, we were there in August when the days were over 30 degrees, and even during the day you feel the coolness as soon as you enter the hotel. And if you are a biker, the hotel has a garage for motorcycles.

25/08/2025: Beer charged €5! €3 on the price display on the wall? Diabolo €4/lemonade €3 Tourist beware... not speaking Italian I didn't dare or know what to say... it's average and doesn't make you want to come back. It's very expensive for a provincial cafe! Same price by the sea or on the ski slopes!

17/07/2025: Questo posto è una delusione! Per chi vuole mangiare prodotti tipici genuini e casarecci non è il posto giusto. È solo un agriturismo moderno che di agriturismo non ha nulla, una cucina appena sufficente come quella di un qualsiasi ristorante di città. Il panorama bello.

07/06/2025: Locale molto carino, bella vista ottimo cibo! Antipasto tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici Insalata russa e confettura. Primi leggeri ma saporiti. Ottimo tiramisu, conto più che onesto.

31/10/2025: If you're passing through Feltre, be sure to stop by this pastry shop. High-quality pastries and pastries. Chocolates galore. Always fragrant brie cheese. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate with fabulous whipped cream.

31/08/2025: They don't look like Neapolitan pizzas at all to me. They should have a nice crust of at least 3 centimeters due to the long leavening process, at least 48-72 hours, while these look like battered pizzas without a crust!!!!

22/08/2025: On vacation in Veneto, Feltre, stopped for dinner... Simply wonderful! Very friendly staff, delicious food! Highly recommended!!! Right in front of the train station!

21/10/2025: Surrounded by nature, the trails are accessible to people with disabilities, with slopes of up to 8 degrees.

20/10/2025: The waiter was helpful and courteous. It was crowded, though, and the wait was long. We were seated in the bar area, and the constant coming and going made it cold to walk in through the front door. The food was good.

19/10/2025: We ate! Excellent farm-fresh products, like cheeses and cured meats; the homemade desserts are also excellent... generous portions and fast service. There are two seatings, so it's best to book to eat inside. The view is beautiful and there are numerous trails nearby for hiking enthusiasts. The only downside is that the road to get there by car is passable, but it's full of potholes, so watch your tires!
