21/09/2025: I can't say enough about my stay with my family for 6 nights , wonderful staff always ready to accommodate all your needs , rooms were spacious with a beautiful view , easy parking available on site , perfect location for a home base to visit the Dolomiti , wonderful breakfast served everyday John D

06/09/2025: After our originally booked accommodation was overbooked, the landlord sent us to this wonderful hotel. We received a very warm welcome from Mikele! He accommodated us at short notice and more than fulfilled our room requests! Wow, what a fantastic view from the room on the third floor! Five of us were here for mountaineering. The hotel is in a great location for climbing the Sexten Dolomites and then relaxing in the wellness area. A place where you feel at home and feel very welcome! Thank you so much, Mikele, for the magical stay!

13/12/2025: The atmosphere is unassuming, the kebab is good, and the prices are reasonable.

16/10/2025: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. I got the full one. It's on a small wrap, not the kebab wrap you normally get, and mine was also cold. Since the wrap is small, there's very little toppings inside. The price is much higher. Basically, a kebab, a small portion of fries, and a can costs the same as a set menu at a restaurant.

12/05/2026: terrible service, absolute lack of professionalism

17/04/2026: We came for a quick lunch and I had the bolognese which lacked depth but it did the job since I was hungry.

14/04/2026: Grandma's cake is fabulous, then the ginseng with milk... fantastic!!! What can I say... Try the snack... some smoothies... the afternoon snacks... a beer... come on, try it too!!!

07/04/2026: I was at the bar today. The waitress was rude the whole time (a girl with curly hair). She charged us for a soy cappuccino we hadn't ordered.

02/01/2026: Terrible experience. The service was extremely confusing: they got virtually every order wrong. The wait for the dishes was incredibly long, and yet, they still arrived incorrectly. The staff was completely inattentive and unprofessional. A truly huge disappointment, highly discouraged.

02/01/2026: A disappointment. The service was confusing; orders were put on the trolley and left to cool, then reheated. Dishes from other tables arrived. It was so confusing it felt like a candid camera. The location was nice and well-kept, and the food was average. We even found ourselves with an extra cover charge on our bill. A terrible experience.

13/10/2025: We arrived at this hotel and the welcome wasn't bad at first, but then the problem arose in the restaurant. The waiters were incredibly slow and the food was terrible. Pasta with cooking water in it. Poor my colleague Krakken. A dear friend of mine from Matera told me to go eat at Pietra Viva in Matera and you'll eat much, much better.

02/03/2026: Rude, nasty owner, no wonder the place is deserted. Lots of passive/aggressive signage telling passers by/customers to "watch their manners", "don't "change here", "don't leave bags" and similar nonsense - sure it's a translation issue in part but when the owner is downright rude and unpleasant it's more noteworthy and indicative of the vibe. Cortina is a joy, the people are wonderful. The only negative experience in this fabulous location. Ski 5 minutes down the slopes to El Sorei, a super kind, classy and welcoming local restaurant.

16/05/2026: Beautiful place and very friendly staff. My mom and I went for a quick break. The food was delicious; they make everything: sweet, savory, soft drinks, coffee, and more. You can tell when something is done well, and this certainly is. There are also tables where you can sit, and it's very cozy. Keep going, it's beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

08/05/2026: The staff is very friendly, but the focaccia is hard and old. I recommend checking this out.

30/04/2026: It's a self-service cafeteria with restaurant prices, but you have to bring your own tray to the table! The portions are small and expensive! You spend an average of 15 euros for a dish. Too expensive; I remembered it being different and with more options.

18/02/2026: A terrible experience. It's a reverse diner: the food is cold (I had fries and a hamburger) and the atmosphere is freezing (the radiators weren't working, even though it was a cold February day). There's no service because it's essentially self-service, yet they charge a one-euro cover charge. This place is highly inadvisable for lunch; it's better to bring your own cold food and eat it on a bench in the nearby municipal park, where the sun, if present, will certainly warm you more than the radiators in the center. If the sun isn't shining (which unfortunately happens very often in the Belluno area), it's best to stay in the office. This place is the only diner in the "Splendent City of Belluno," and perhaps it's time for some reconsideration.
