25/08/2025: My partner, my son, and I went for lunch on Thursday, August 21st. The place is beautiful and the service good, but the food was very disappointing...the dishes arrived a couple of minutes after ordering, and one of my three dumplings was half-cut and tasted far from traditional dumplings. The spaghetti carbonara was inedible, and my partner's egg was very undercooked. I have to say, I wasn't expecting this from a mountain lodge in such a beautiful location and at such high prices.

08/10/2025: Sorry, I am a little late sharing my experience at Ristorante Miravalle. When I spent a month in Stabie with the Mortarino family in 1983, I visited Miravalle every day. Although, I was just an American boy, 12 years old, and the only thing I was interested in was gelato, I remember it very well. I did not speak any Italian, but the staff were always so kind, helpful and happy to see me. I am happy I finally have an opportunity to share this. I hope I will see you again one day.
04/06/2025: Excellent welcoming place, very beautiful and well managed, you can taste homemade first courses and excellent traditional local second courses, excellent wines 🍷, super homemade desserts, everything perfectly recommended 👍

16/09/2025: We ate at the restaurant with some friends, the fried mushrooms and gnocchi were very tasty. The deer stew was okay, nothing more. The Angus steak was not tasty. It seems that it is better to eat pizza here for a main course. The waitress was very nice, excellent service.

23/08/2025: The location, close to the public parking lot and the trailhead, is definitely a winner. For the less fit and elderly, there are also very easy walks. The interior has a rustic trattoria-style atmosphere, with slightly dated finishes, but it reflects the flavors of old-fashioned cuisine. Be careful during peak summer/Winter seasons.
16/08/2025: Went here today for the first time (I've been coming here for 50 years), and were pleasantly surprised by the service, the simple atmosphere, and above all, the food. The menu isn't extensive, but it's perfect for the impeccable management. The rabbit tasted like the kind we'd eat on Sundays at grandma's house. I'll save the 5-star rating for next time we go.

19/09/2025: They were incredibly helpful when we had questions and everything is very reasonably priced. The wine and pasta are delicious! This is more of a market than a bakery although their baked goods are certainly amazing! Their pastries looked incredible as well. We will be going back again!

21/08/2025: A kitchen nightmare so unbelievable it could exist. We came for dinner because it was supposedly good food. We found nothing but bad dishes. Tiny portions. Frozen. Reconstituted meat sold as escalope Milanese or Wiener schnitzel for 11 euros. Fries are extra for 4. Not even worthy of a children's menu. Edible pasta but tasteless.
19/08/2025: Mediocre restaurant with reconstituted meat for €11, sold like escalope Milanese.
Only venison and hare are offered as meat to accompany the limited pasta -> small portions.
I originally came for the good reviews, but they're distorted because people rate the inn, not the restaurant, and those who live there have a canteen with different dishes.

03/09/2025: Bakery with a wide variety of breads, pizzas, and focaccias: all excellent. But their strudels certainly stand out for their deliciousness and quality, offering a wide variety of both classic and delicious variations, never cloying. We purchased a couple of strudels (both beautifully packaged) before returning from vacation; we were served quickly and always with great courtesy. Highly recommended!
